As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. That is terrible customer service! Why would you waste a Customer's time and effort if you plan on not resolving the situation? I did not intend to pay over $30 for a poorly sewn product and do not recommend doing business with the South Coast Plaza Popmart store.

On a Saturday morning, the weather couldn't be more perfect to stroll through the different tents. All the owners were so friendly! They offer an incredible selection of high-quality crystals -- everything from small, affordable pieces to stunning, museum-quality specimens. While chatting with them, they kindly invited me into their warehouse, where I got to see even more amazing options. It's not often that you get to see crystals on this scale at regular shops, and one of the best things about this company is that they offer great quality pieces at almost wholesale prices. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Kai, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He patiently answered all my questions about the crystals -- their quality, grading, and pricing -- no matter how many times I asked. Kai clearly has deep knowledge and passion, and he happily explained what makes each stone valuable and unique. The entire staff is also very friendly, and I really appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere was -- kids are definitely welcome here, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The warehouse behind the booth is full of beautiful crystals that haven't even been displayed yet, and I'm really looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. I also follow their Instagram, where they often sell new crystals through live sales. Things sell out quickly there, so being able to take my time today and choose stones while hearing about each one was such a treat. Today, I found a beautiful fluorite that they kindly gave me a discount on -- such a great deal! As I was leaving, Kai even ran after me to give me a free bonus piece -- it was absolutely gorgeous and made me so happy! Even though it takes me about an hour to get there, it's 100% worth the trip. This is definitely one of the events on my Bucket list that I do not wish to attend ever again:( I was given a ticket to the sample sale of this company. When I heard sample sale, I expected something different... This is the first warehouse sale I have ever been to, so I didn't know what to do, to bring or even to expect. First. If you plan of buying a lot, bring a cart, some sort of cart will allow you to push it around instead of carrying all the clothes you picked up. It will get heavy, and I see people taking in more than 10+ items. Though number sounds small, it WILL adds up. If you come on time as written on paper, you will allowed in on time, not early. The sale was taken outdoor, so you have to walk a distance to get to the sale. I saw mostly boys/men clothes, girls are okay, not much of women. I actually don't recall seeing anything of women sizes. I saw a lot of flip flops for both genders, some shoes for women, more for men. There were a lot of swim suit for both men n women. Accessories were there too... Such as phone cases and little necklaces here and there. Overall, it was not much. Not for my taste at least. They do carry snow boots. The price of your clothes are based on weight, 10/12$ per lb.... It's not bad if you are a girl since clothes weigh less compared to guys clothes. Event was definitely organized, although there were many people there(100+) , it was very well organized and process went by fast! I was in and out right away.
