We found this little taco stand on Yelp when we needed a quick lunch! We love birrias tacos so we were so exited to try this place! It has a lot of different unique birrias options! We opted for the ramen! The portion was huge! The ramen was so tasty and the broth was so flavorful! We got ours to go and it was still nice and hot when we got back to our hotel! It took a bit of work to find this cart but it was totally worth it. My boyfriend had the burrito and it disappeared quickly so I took that as a sign that he liked it. I had the Birria en Caldo and it was perfect. Not spicy but with a rich flavor. So much meat but with plenty of the Broth. It will easily be 3 meals for me. It came with chopped onions, cilantro and lime wedges and tortillas. Now that we know where it is I will be stopping by more often. I haven't had Birria since I moved back from Las Vegas 16 years ago and I am very happy to find a place that is close that has very reasonable prices with so many ways to have it . The girl took my order incorrectly over the phone when I get there to pick up my order, the guy repeated the order and I repeated to him I wanted three pork tacos. His English is very broken and that's why I repeated what I want it back to him! AND THEY STILL DIDN'T GET MY ORDER, CORRECT. I called them and explained the situation. I guess they put Carlos on the phone. I explained it to him and he act like he doesn't understand what I'm saying. I had enough for leftover lunch the next day. I'm not sure why refried beans are either, 1.) too salty Or 2.) no salt/no flavor Theirs are too salty (obviously, IMHO) Customer service was great, the staff person was friendly enough and answered any questions I had. Ambiance? It's a food truck in a parking lot. I guess you could say it's ambiance is convenience. The missing star was the beans, and frankly the price. The food here is good, but good enough for me to pay these prices? No, not for dinner. Maybe for a late lunch in which I didn't need a whole meal?
