Was looking to order food off of Postmates & this was recommended for me. I looooove birria so I decided to give it a try. I was set on either the ramen birria or birria plate and went with the plate. I wanna give a great review but it's really just not hitting the spot for me. The beans have no taste. The meat was perfectly tender but the consommé seemed very watered down too. The only thing that was my favorite was the rice. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I voiced my experience at this establishment on their Instagram page and they deleted it, therefore I'll leave the review here. I came to this location expecting to get some amazing tacos but had a horrible experience. Not only did they have AWFUL customer service, but the meat had ZERO flavor, the salsa was bland, and the tortillas tasted old. The consomé did not have any flavor and it seemed to be watered down. You'd think that it would have SOME flavor since you have to pay extra for it. You do not get a side of the consomé with a purchase of any taco even though each taco is either $2.00, $2.50. or $3.00. After I had placed my order, I asked for a receipt and the lady told me that they don't give receipts and its cash only. I got my order, and my tacos didn't have the guacamole that I paid extra for...it was just all over the place and I was the ONLY customer there. We ordered them on Postmates and it was amazing! I always pass their truck and has no clue the order was from their truck until after i looked the place up. We had gotten some combo meals and Birrieria ramen! First time having them and first time having the ramen and it was delicious. No complains at all! Would give them no stars Avoid I haven't been here in about a year they used to be really good and full of flavor when there location was at holt In Pomona. Drove 35 minutes out of my way to this location. Don't know what happened maybe under new management or this truck just half asses the food and cuts corners. The consome taste like warm water no flavor it looked like they fill half of the cup with consome and the rest with hot water. The Birria had no flavor taste like water the beef didn't have any flavor. The spicy chili taste different to watered down. Every other place in the world gives it to you for free. Second, we ordered and payed extra for quesa- tacos and none of them had cheese. The tacos were bland and not a lot of flavor. These are awesome quesa birria tacos dorados. They have a wholesome taste like hecho en casa. Los tacos estan perfectamente dorados. The tacos are regular size but they pack a lot of good meat. LONG WAIT TIME!! 2 TACOS FOR AN HOUR?! I always pass by this truck because I have couple friends that lives around the truck. One of my friends Jose told me that this food truck has its meat making you feel like you eating tacos from Mexico. He wasnt lying at all. On Sunday my friends Luis, Ray, and I saw the truck and swinged by to try it out. The taco was a decent size and juicy, pact it with meat. I swear the moment i bite into that taco I thought I was in Tijuana with my mexican Sambrero with the mariachi playing next to me. The reason why im giving a 3 star is because I waited for an hour just to eat 2 danm tacos. Ill come back again one or two more times. See how the customer service is . But the mean time I will give them three for making me wait for two tacos. They were good tacos but for an hour wait? HORRIBLE!! I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for 15 tacos, a plate, and 4 tacos dorados (which I never got) I went back and the lady had ran out of food in less then 30 minutes because they where so behind. She said "com back the next day" I never did and it has been about a year. I just noticed they had a yelp and felt like sharing. Got two tacos dorados with cheese and a mulita. The lady that took my order asked if I wanted guacamole on the tacos and I said yes. Got home and there were no guacamole on the tacos. The tacos itself was bland. The meat did not have any seasoning on it. The tacos were soggy even though it only took me 10 mins to go home and eat it. I ended up just tossing the whole thing in the trash. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 was the portion of the meat.
