AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I voiced my experience at this establishment on their Instagram page and they deleted it, therefore I'll leave the review here. I came to this location expecting to get some amazing tacos but had a horrible experience. Not only did they have AWFUL customer service, but the meat had ZERO flavor, the salsa was bland, and the tortillas tasted old. The consomé did not have any flavor and it seemed to be watered down. You'd think that it would have SOME flavor since you have to pay extra for it. You do not get a side of the consomé with a purchase of any taco even though each taco is either $2.00, $2.50. or $3.00. After I had placed my order, I asked for a receipt and the lady told me that they don't give receipts and its cash only. I got my order, and my tacos didn't have the guacamole that I paid extra for...it was just all over the place and I was the ONLY customer there. Overall, this place was a long wait, awful food, and bad customer service. I really wanted to love this place but it's a hard pass.

Not the best place to have birria. Don't even bother

The worst birria ever. I purchased the MEDIUM size consomé and it was full of oily grease and the beef had a bad stinky smell. And it was very salty. Terrible flavors. I only had 1 spoon of it and tossed it in the trash.

This place was good for being out in West Covina and it being a Birrieria Truck , only thing is that I noticed over the time the meat is dry when I was a kid I loved it but like they say as you get older your taste buds change so nonetheless it's pretty bomb just I think Birria ain't for me anymore . But the Tacos Dorados was a Hit maybe I just gotta eat it differently oppose to it being in a Burrito .

Would give them no stars Avoid I haven't been here in about a year they used to be really good and full of flavor when there location was at holt In Pomona. Drove 35 minutes out of my way to this location. Don't know what happened maybe under new management or this truck just half asses the food and cuts corners. The consome taste like warm water no flavor it looked like they fill half of the cup with consome and the rest with hot water. The Birria had no flavor taste like water the beef didn't have any flavor. The spicy chili taste different to watered down. The beans and rice are also watered down no flavor so sad to see this happen. Waste of $54. You would swear that they just add water to everything when they are running low to make more.

These are awesome quesa birria tacos dorados. They have a wholesome taste like hecho en casa. Los tacos estan perfectamente dorados. The tacos are regular size but they pack a lot of good meat. I tried their consome and it is what I will be looking forward to in the Fall. They have many types of delicious and picante sauces. Must buy at least three to start! Vengan raza a comer delicioso tacos de birria.

Best Taco truck in Covina goes to Birrieria Estrada. Never have I ever been so impressed by Tijuana style tacos. I've discovered a new world of tacos and my taste buds will never accept anything less! They have to most amazing tacos dorados de birria con queso and tortas de birria con queso. They pair perfectly with a beer on a warm summer night or on cold gloomy day. Eat them with your better half or enjoy them alone either way your visit will be worth it. There is plenty of street parking and they only take cash. Full disclaimer beer not sold here.

If you want to try some delicious birria style tacos, tortas, and tostadas this is a great choice. The meat was very juicy and the toasted tacos with cheese was icing on the cake. This little slice of heaven is a must for all tacos lovers. If your not into tacos, this taco truck will definitely make you question you bad decision in not eating tacos in the first place.

Hands down my favorite birria spot. They have amazing birria tacos. My favorite is the KETO birria taco with guacamole. It's so good several of us from work go every Thursday for lunch.

Called in my order and it was smooth and easy. This place is CASH ONLY and they have an ATM inside if needed. Arrived and the cashier was friendly and easy transaction. Received my burrito in no time and I devoured it as soon as I got back to work. The meat was tender and not dry. HATE it when it's dry and tough. Seemed like they gave a little too much chile verde sauce but I think I'd rather have too much than too little. It was not the best wet burrito I've had but it's definitely delicious and I would have it again without any hesitation. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of tables for guests. The restaurant is located just south of the In N Out, next to the Baskin Robins I never knew existed.

After I nearly blew up my poor en-suite microwave (I didn't realize the El Picosito staff had DOUBLE wrapped my burrito, an inner layer of aluminum foil encased within an outer paper layer) the rest of my W evening dinner was uneventful. Typically, El Picosito formulates their burritos w/ the protein of your choice, beans/rice, cheese, onions/cilantro and hot sauce- I made only one change, pivoting from the hot sauce to sour cream. My burrito was good sized, filling and quite toothsome, a rib-sticking, finger-licking meal. While I canmot affirm if they're "a lil bit spicy," they are a lotta bit tasty.

The food has always been solid. The tacos are flavorful, the portions are generous, and they do not skimp on the meat. It can be a little on the oily side, but for a food truck that is part of the experience and it still hits every time. You can tell the team works hard. Even when they're busy the line moves and the quality has been consistent every visit. The pricing is more than fair for what you get, which is another reason we kept coming back. It had been a while since my last stop, but I saw the truck driving the other day and it reminded me I needed to leave a review. Definitely due for another late night taco run soon.

There wasn't a line at around 5:30 pm, so it was quick to order. This truck accepts Zelle payments, which was huge! After browsing their menu, I ordered (1) al pastor burrito, (1) carnitas taco, and (1) chorizo taco. Despite a large order, everything was neatly packed within 10 minutes. They also included the sauces in the bag. The chorizo taco was a bit lacking in flavor, but I consider it 3/5. I liked the asada tacos a lot better and consider it a 3.5/5. For the burrito, this was definitely my favorite and I'd give it a 4/5. There was a lot of flavor in the onion, beans, rice, etc. The only drawback was the burrito was falling apart with each bite, so be prepared to get messy! One thing to note is that the pepper they gave was very spicy. If you're looking to dine here, there are a few tables in the front that accommodates large groups.

There are three businesses all clustered together, each with a separate entrance, so I ended up accidentally parking in a private doctor's office lot and was told to leave. Eventually, I found the small parking lot with just four or five spaces so if it gets busy, it might be tough. But once I got inside, it was worth it! I entered from the back door, which passes through the restrooms on the left and the kitchen on the right, leading to a cute seating area. It's small but super cozy, with a lovely bar filled with lemons, napkins, and lots of hot sauces at each table: at least seven or eight types! But the real star here is the food. The tacos are absolutely incredible! fresh and full of flavor. I ordered three: carne asada, fish, and shrimp. The fish and shrimp both have the option to be fried or grilled, so I went with fried, and they were fantastic. The flour tortillas were perfect, and I also got a pineapple agua fresca. it was ice cold and so refreshing. The price was really reasonable, and I'm honestly surprised this place isn't more popular. I can see it being a hit so, definitely, I'll be coming back soon!
