    Quessobirra tacos
    Austin S.

These are the most legit tacos I have had in the HD. The inside is super clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. The tacos themselves are huge and full of flavor. The salsa had the perfect blend of heat depending on how hot you prefer. Finish off the meal with some consomé. If you do need to pay with card there is a $2 fee. Support local businesses and try this out.

SOLID. This place serves both pork, beef, AND goat. If you're looking for flavor, quality, and trendy this is the place. Tortillas are homemade. Sauces are scratch. They're BUSY. And they should be. If you drive past this hole in the wall that's a big mistake.

If you haven't came to this place and live up here in the high desert you're straight missing out! This is authentic Sinaloa birria no gimmicks. Period. Esto si es comida Mexicana de prurerito Sinaloa! Nombre la birria de chivo no toda la gente saber aser. El sabor auténtico. Just moved up here and was recommended to this place me and my husband tried it out man definitely a gem in the high desert! The tortillas are hand made this is not a fast food place so don't treat it as such this is delicious food that take time to prep so you can savor the authentic flavors of Mexico. But be here early since you may be out of luck they sometimes sell out early! Para la cocinera o el cocinero de la birria los invito al bautizo pero usted son los padrinos de comida jajaja gracias por la comida muy rica y sabor que nomás faltaba andar en el rancho

Paulina's has consistently delivered incredible food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that truly feels like home. The food is authentic, fresh, and made with so much care. Every dish is packed with flavor, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into everything that comes out of the kitchen. Whether we're stopping in for a quick meal or celebrating a special occasion, the quality is always exceptional. What truly sets this restaurant apart, though, is the people. The employees are genuinely kind, welcoming, and hardworking. They remember familiar faces, treat everyone like family, and make every visit feel special. That level of hospitality is rare and is one of the biggest reasons we continue coming back year after year. Supporting local businesses like this is important because they are the heart of our community. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, exceptional service, and a place that truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Eight years later, it's still one of our family's favorite places, and we'll happily keep coming back for many more.

We came here about 3 years ago for my son's birthday, and he insisted on coming back here again for this year's birthday. The waiter was nice and attentive, he didn't have any issues waiting when we needed more time to decide on our order, and he was quick to correct an issue when our food arrived. We never ran out of our drinks, which is a feat in itself with how fast the kids drain theirs! The best part for me was when I showed the waiter a picture of a drink I ordered 3 years ago and the bartender was able to replicate it and tell me what it was so I could order it again. It wasn't on their menu anymore, so it was impressive that he was able to identify it from a picture. Bring back the White wine Sangria, it's delicious! Oh, I also have to mention that when they brought the ice cream out to sing happy birthday, they made sure to include an ice cream for my 5 year old so that she didn't feel left out. I love that they took her into consideration.

The item was actually supposed to be chicken suizas, but we received chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Ironically, my mom liked this first order more than the second one. The shrimp in the shrimp fajitas was seasoned very well and I liked that it was visibly seared/grilled. My mom enjoyed her chicken enchiladas. 2nd order: Shrimp fajitas, but I received fajitas with chicken, shrimp and steak. I made an attempt to eat the steak but it was dry. We ordered chicken suizas and received the actual chicken suizas, which did not have shredded chicken but blocks of chicken. My mom hated this dish and said it made her sick unfortunately. The manager was gracious in correcting the mistakes and gave us some delicious churros, so that helped. The flour tortillas seemed handmade, they were very fluffy. The salsa and chips were good. I enjoyed my fajitas but sadly my mom hated the suizas.

Taquitos were crispy and flavorful. Salsas were fire. They had three and all were very good, with the dark red being spiciest. The ok: asada burrito and taco. Both were small and could have had a little more meat. Burrito was mostly beans and taco was tiny. The miss: hard shell taco. Was greasy greasy greasy!
