I went with the semolina crusted with basmati rice and creamed spinach. The fish was meaty, flaky, and tender. The rice had an essence of coconut and the spinach was perfectly cooked. At $8.99 it was a very small order compared to what we can get at any Mexican or Chinese restaurant back home and a waste of dollars since it ended up in the trash eventually. The Jumping Lomo was okay. Rice was good and with the sauce was pretty yummy. But the chicken was fairly bland and had no seasoning and the pickled onions were over vinegary. Such a shame... It held such promise but didn't deliver.
