They serve the dosa kind of like a wrap, where all the tikka filling is wrapped into the crispy dosa bread. It comes with coconut and tomato chutneys which were both flavorful. The spice level is great. I got a 3/5 and it was a good amount of heat without being overpowering. My friend got the maximum spice and he thought it was perfect if you like it spicy. The portions were HUGE and I could not eat all of it, but makes for great leftovers. Would definitely recommend!

The only item that we hadn't previously tried from here before was the poori bhaji. It wasn't bad, the potato part was very good actually, maybe a bit saltier than we had expected if anything. It was the puffy bread part that we were thrown off by. We thought the puffy bread would be soft and doughy, but it was more flakey and crunchy. Our favorite dish on this visit was probably the chicken dum biryani. The chicken was tender and the chicken to rice ratio was generous. Overall, the service was fast but kind of aloof. There are plenty of seating options and the tables are spaced out far enough where you don't feel like you're intruding on your neighbor's conversations. One thing I appreciate about this place is that their spice levels aren't overly spicy. Their mild and medium are actually mild and medium. At some other places, a mild spice is really a medium, and a medium is really an extra and so forth.

I decided to try it anyway, but the chicken was cool in the middle and dry. The rice was lukewarm and dry as well. I could only eat one piece of chicken because it didn't taste fresh. It seemed like it had been made hours earlier and just reheated. The sauce wasn't great either. Overall, it was an unpleasant dish (see photo).
