Nice spot for burgers, drinks, and shakes! Hopdoddy has a relaxed vibe where you order at the front and then the cashier tells you where to sit. The seats were comfortable and all the workers were really friendly. We ordered the bacon jam burger on the crispy Brussels sprouts. This was such a delicious way to have the burger. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, salty, and had a nice touch of balsamic. I loved the burger too. It was juicy and the toppings complimented it perfectly. The bacon jam wasn't too sweet either. I would order this every time I come here. Also the Oreo shake is awesome! It was a good consistency and still had chunks of Oreo in it. 3rd visit here and seems there are things that continue to work well and some that don;t. The chicken lollipops seem new, or at least I didnt see them previously. For $13.95 you get 4 "drummers" with little meat, virtually no sauce and no taste. This doesnt work here: maybe revisit the prep and drop the price to less than $10. Out of 4 burgers, one was cooked to proper temp, rest were overcooked: Med was Med Well and Med Well was Well. Seems cook only knows the grill time to get a patty to Med/Rare, rest is a crapshoot. Fries continue to be the big winner here. No matter which of the large fry options are offered; all are solid. It is a bit off that they bring the fries 5 min before the burgers, maybe to offset the small patty; as you fill up on fries. Service: Pay at register and they drop off the food at the table. Is that worth a min 15% tip that is flashed on the tablet? Our meal was just under $100. so $15 to walk over 4 plates? They dont fill/refill drinks, dont stop by to check on food. Seems a bit greedy. Overall: I like the place and would come back, but not running over in a hurry. Part of the issue is the value. Burgers are decent, but I can also get pretty much the same at 5Guys for 20% less. Hopdoddy offers burgers, sharable fries, fried chicken, loaded brussels, boozy drinks, beer, wine, salads, kids meals, shakes, and non-alcoholic drinks. My favorite are the burgers, fries, and shakes (all classics). I prefer the Classic Burger, Parmesan Truffle Fries, and a Chocolate Shake (just in case you want to surprise me with something from Hopdoddy). All of the items I've ever ordered from Hopdoddy are tasty and delicious! The Scottsdale location in Arizona is one of many locations among eight states. There is a large indoor area with a big bar with many seats and then plenty of indoor tables with chairs and two sets of outdoor seating areas. When you walk into the restaurant, there is a line straight ahead, which usually goes very quickly though sometimes if there are a lot of orders ahead of you, it takes a bit longer for orders to come out. Feel free to order dishes in advance on the app, and then they may be ready when you arrive. Just look for the To Go area near the register. If you are using a reward, make sure to redeem it and gather the number displayed on your phone and show that to the cashier (though wait until you are at the register to redeem it). Regular hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 10 PM. Happy Hour is Monday through Thursday from 3-6 PM. Terrible.... Just terrible. The fries were old and hard. The burger was ordered with "some pink" yet it was similar to eating a flip flop. I ordered a gluten free bun which was so dry I could throw it in the ocean and it would absorb all the water and still be dry. Get the small sweet potato fries for 2 - large too much but GOOD. Friends got the Brussels Sprouts and I tried them - really good flavor and crispy! I ordered the The ahi tuna burger as a bowl which is a great option for those wanting to cut calories, or cannot have a buns! The salad was refreshing and cut perfectly so I did not need a knife. As for the tuna, for my preference needed to be a little cooked more, but other than that, it was a great meal. My boyfriend got the prime time which was fabulous. We used to love this place but the last 2 visits have been disappointing. It tastes like the quality of the food has declined for some reason. Not sure if they're using subpar ingredients now, or have a new cook, or what the reason is. I've tried the Llano Pablano and Goodnight/Good cause and other menu items. The presentation, service and ambiance is good, but the taste falls short. Their fries don't seem to taste like anything and the burgers seem like there's something missing. It's hard to put my finger on, all I know is the food here used to be delicious and fresh, now it tastes disappointing. Maybe that's why it's been empty and ppl arent coming back. Hopdaddy did not disappoint. We arrived around 6:30 on a weekday and there were about 4 people in front of us. You order first, then find a seat. And the person taking our order actually gave us a table number. They do have a bar that people can sit at as well. I like their many choices of burgers or of course you can build your own. Prices are average for what a burger goes for these days. Many places are charging more. We ordered the BBQ Ranch fries to share. They come in a bowl which is kind of fun. They are salty, but tasty. Next time I will try the loaded brussels. For the main course I ordered the poblano burger and it was delicious. Everything you want in a burger, a little zing but not too much, a cremey aioli, a fresh bun, and a perfectly cooked patty. One of my dinner mates ordered a mini shake and I tried it and wow!
