Literally had the BEST service. I stopped by for a solo lunch, and the employee there was super sweet, whipped up a delicious dosa, and also brought out a complimentary dessert! He answered any questions I had and was patient about anything I needed and kept checking in to make sure I didn't need anything. I went in when it was quiet and literally started watching Netflix while I ate, and I just enjoyed the ambiance, service and dining experience I had on my solo date!

I'm so excited for our neighborhood to have this restaurant. I went two days in a row because I wanted to try more stuff on the menu. Biryani and Dosa specializes in Southern Indian food while most other Indian buffet places with Tandoori and curries have North Indian cuisine. The atmosphere is more casual with ordering at the counter and eating out of disposable containers and plastic utensils. It seems like a mom and pop establishment offering authentic first generation cuisine so definitely great to support. I was delighted to find the food was fresh and flavorful and also important for me they were able to accommodate different spiciness levels. I tried the samosas which were flaky and hot. I also tried a chicken biryani and goat biryani. It was surprising that they looked completely different so it wasn't just meat assembled in generic rice. Both were delicious with a full flavor profile. The meat is in the bottom with a thick blanket of rice on top. The rice was fluffy and nothing was greasy. Beware my mild level still accumulated a good amount of heat over my meal but it wasn't intolerable for me and worth the experience. The pepper chicken appetizer was also unique and tasty. We also tried a kaseri dessert that was a perfect mixture of mild sweetness and texture and maybe nuttiness... I've never tried this before but I think it was a good one. Lastly for drinks we tried the mango lassi which was premade and sitting in the fridge. Overall we had a great experience. I definitely want to go back for more and try the other things on the menu like idly, uttapam and dosa and curry. I love dosa with is like a thin savory crepe/pancake rolled up with your choice of stuffing. There are so many options for biryani ( I think more than thirty!). I'm not Indian so I needed to ask for descriptions but yeah everything we tried was super yummy. I can see it will be fun to make our way through the menu. We also had plenty of leftovers for later.

We really loved the potato dosa and lentil soup - the price was fair and the food came out hot and ready to eat :-)

The interior is gorgeous and would be a great place for a date or celebratory dinner. Their food though is next level, it really is well above the typical indian food around. The saag with paneer is so much smoother and richer, and the chicken tikka salad is really healthy and not greasy, while having a ton of flavor. But what gets me every time is the papadum. Here they serve it with a tomato-onion salsa which is delicious and light. Love takeout from here!

The ambiance was really nice. It has a really classy feel with pretty decor, and the restaurant is pretty spacious. There's also a banquet hall next door for events and parties. Service was a little slow, but expected because of how crowded it was for Mother's Day. They also had a special menu, so the selection was a bit more limited than usual. For appetizers, we got the malai chicken tikka and the ancho paneer tikka. The malai chicken tikka was good and came with chutney, although it was slightly dry. The ancho paneer tikka also tasted good, but it had a slightly chewy texture. The entrees stood out more. My favorite was the butter chicken. The gravy was creamy and flavorful, and the chicken pieces were soft. While I didn't personally try the goat curry or the desi ghee dal tadka, my family really liked both. They said that the goat curry had a really flavorful gravy with tender pieces, and the dal was light and comforting. The chicken Mughlai biryani was good too. The rice was aromatic and not very spicy. We also got the bread basket, which came with an assortment of naans and Amritsari kulcha. Everything came out warm and soft. The food is definitely on the pricier side. Quantities weren't so large, but the flavor and experience were good, so if you're willing to splurge a little on an upscale lunch or dinner, it's worth a try!

Dedicated 1 person assisting may be coz of less occupied. Vegetarian friendly. We ordered Malai Kofta, Paneer Parat, Saag, Assorted bread Basket, live chaat tray, Biryani, Mango lassi and other drinks. Overall food taste was good but I would say live chaat tray was pathetic. Pakora of live chaat trays as so cold plus very hard to bite. Khaman dhokla added to it, was not nicely cooked. Attached some pictures here for presentation view. Appetizers - Shrimps were very tasty, Mushroom Galouti perfectly done(didn't miss the lamb), Andhra Chicken was a bit lacking - batter fried with a kick. Mains - Chicken Saoji was a taste bomb, loved it. Parsi Patri fish was done well, just thought the mustard sauce was out of place. The Little Choka was a big miss - every piece of it was unbelievably sour, we ended giving up. The place is big, beautiful & luxurious. Service could have been a little better, we were the only ones. One tip we tried giving - for a table of four, the server could recommend adding a portion to a three-piece dish, for a price. We were curtly told Chef wouldn't agree!!
