Our family wishes we had discovered Biscuits and More years ago! It's your neighborhood breakfast and lunch place, consistently great food, always pleasant, friendly, casual, and the best prices. We discovered that not only are their biscuits and breakfast items the best, but lunch, too - we like their burgers better than 5 Guys - and that's saying a lot. Plus we can get more variety than 5 Guys for a lot less $$. Everything is cooked to order and you can get however you want it. Great salads and sandwiches. For breakfast or lunch, you can't find a better or more tasty deal. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the decor really could use some sprucing up. The place is a dive. Nice people, ok food. Fair prices, ok coffee. You could show up in your pajamas and no one would care or judge you. Fairly dirty walls, windows, counters, etc and yet I think people feel comfortable there. It's like I feel like I shouldn't like the place, yet I might.....its a conundrum! read more

This place gets 3 stars because the gravy is delicious and great service. The grits taste good but you can definitely tell it's made with processed cheese. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit. The chicken is definitely a frozen chicken patty. I was disappointed it's not that hard to have a homemade hand breaded chicken. Mom and Pop shop meets big chain fast food and Biscuits and More wins. I ordered the hot link and egg biscuit. It was good. Beware of sodium in the hot link. The service was impeccable. I was in there today because I thought I would run in there and pick up a cup of grits. That is all I ordered. They were busy so I was being patient. When it seemed to be taking quite a long time (30+ minutes) I started making eye contact with the young folks behind the counter. They were so busy chatting with one another that they hardly noticed me. When people who had definitely ordered after me were receiving their orders I asked where mine was. They had LOST my simple order. They offered to give me a refund but it was only a few dollars and I was late to an engagement. So I said never mind. The manager came out and motioned me over and said he was giving me a gift certificate for "Next time" and that they don't do business like that. He then proceeded to imply that it was MY fault because I didn't remind them that I had an order! read more

This is my pathetic bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Half a slice of cheese and the egg is so small. Thanks for the bacon portion but this is just a a sad sandwich. You could spare just a little more to make this better. read more

We went there for breakfast, 1st timers and last timers. Ordered chicken biscuit & hash browns. Both were covered with salt, the biscuit was ok but the rest obviously from frozen. Chicken was dry/salty & h'brown patty was greasy/salty. Gravy biscuit was just ok and side of eggs were flat/folded/artificial. We weren't expecting fast food but if you want fast food your better off going to McDonalds. The sweet tea was good, hence the 1 star. I hate to sound mean, but we won't be going back. :( read more

Some stuff is frozen. However, I can get a biscuit after 10:30 am that taste on par with McDonalds biscuits. Support local business. This place seems to be one of those spots where you could order a coffee and read a paper, or bring the whole family for a quick bite. read more

Okay, so this review is strictly for breakfast only. When you walk in, the place is setup cafeteria style. It was fairly busy and after reading the reviews I was excited to eat there. You wait in line, put your order in, and sit down waiting for your number to be called. The place has great customer service. Everyone was friendly and they bring your order to your table. I had the biscuit and gravy..just as everyone else noted, they are great..no problem what so ever there.. I also had the cheese grits. The grits were ok, nothing to rave about. You can tell they used some sort of processed cheese, turning the grits an almost off yellow look, so that kind of pulled me away from them. My girlfriend had a chicken egg and cheese biscuit that was nothing far from what you could get at McDonald's. The eggs were square and the chicken was obviously frozen. My breakfast was fair, but my girlfriend was fairly unhappy with hers. If you're looking for gravy and biscuit in this area, definitely give them a try. I can't speak for their lunch, but overall. .just fair.. read more

The biscuits were above average, very light, and not greasy. We tried the sausage, egg and cheese and the chicken biscuit, plus a bowl of cheese grits. The cheese grits were very creamy and cheesy. The coffee is decent and they keep the containers full. read more

Biscuits and More is a wonderful place to eat. My husband and I discovered it by accident one day and we have been back many times since. The food is good and the staff is courteous and efficient. I never liked grits, but I had them here and they are fantastic. They are creamy and have a lot of flavor. I have never had a bad meal here and will be back many many times in the future. When I win the lottery I'm going to ask the owner to open another place in Dalonega just for me! I could spend my days there just enjoying the great food and fine service. I once watched an older guy plop down at their table with some other senior citizens and remark "Don't like cheeze grits, don't want no danged cheeze grits." He ordered only coffee and watched his table mates digging into their cheeze grits with great glee. After a few minutes the owner stopped by the table and slipped a bowl of cheeze grits close to his coffee cup.. He eyed it suspiciously.... and finally dipped his spoon in and took a taste.. It took him about a minute to clean the bown and order seconds.. As the owner served him his second bowl I heard him whisper.. "East Cobb Cocaine wins again"! read more
