Always great service and yummy food! I come in at the busiest times and they are always busting trying to get food done at a decent time and making sure their customers are happy. Their rewards program is nice as well. They have many options of food and I'm always trying something different. The OC biscuits it is the best place for breakfast in OC. Large portions, good service and when busy the wait times are not terrible. This is a small locally owned chain. When we have company over and decide to go out for breakfast we take them to Biscuits in OC. They have a decent sized menu and I feel the prices are average for the area. I give them an A but not an A+. read more

been here twice at the Oregon City Location. i have seen other locations all over the local area but never stopped in until recenlty. both times ive come in to this location the service and food have been exceptional. in fact, i can readily say the hash is the best ive ever had. also both times ive taken food home as the portions are sizeable. ive paid the same or more at other places with far less food quality and service. im going to give my Local (troutdale oregon) Biscuits Cafe a try in the coming weeks an im confident it will be as good read more

Got to the restaurant when they opened on a Sunday, took forever for the waitress to take our order while others who came in after were taken care of. Waitress was defensive when I said we have been ready for awhile and her comment was we still had our menu's open, that's not a reason to not come and see if we were ready. And the food was warm. Service is usually pretty good (except for the teenage boy who didn't speak to any customers) but it's been going downhill. They have a couple of long-time wait staff that are still good, but the new people might as well be not working because they're certainly not mentally present. Finished breakfast and sat waiting for a ticket. 5 whole tables with customers and she still couldn't figure out I might be done. No coffee refills. The Oregon City location ranks high in poor customer service. I've been there for breakfast on more than one occasion to give them the benefit of doubt and ensure they weren't just having an "off" day. Poor customer service by veteran waitresses who don't come around to refill coffee. $2.49 for one cup of mediocre coffee is unacceptable. As I tried to get waitress attention, I noticed they would rather wipe down tables and sweep than tend to customers. It wasn't very busy - maybe 12 tables for 3 waitresses (one on break). Horrible customer service. We walked out after the guy who was seating people made a comment to the manager in front of us quite loudly saying my dad was being impatient. We were waiting for a table for 5 and he kept putting smaller groups at tables instead of waiting and putting 2 tables together. I have to say I've been here before for breakfast and it was great both times, went last Saturday with my mom and we both had eggs Benedict and they were horrible. The food here is the bomb but I don't like this location. Crowded and under staffed at peak hours. Waiting area? A bench 3 feet from the bathroom doors. Kitchen? Believe it or not we waited just short of an hour and a half for our food. We would have left but we were told over and over that our food was coming. Finally after an hour our waitress brought out some biscuits to tide us over. When we got our food it was luke warm. We were starving at that point and didn't care. I have never been to a restaurant that hasn't offered to either comp your meal or give you a free dessert for making you wait so long. We were told that there were two tables before we got there that had twenty and thirty people so it put them behind. This place is a get what you pay for sort of restaurant. As for me who was just passing through town and needed breakfast quick, and was just looking for a low key local cheap spot, it was okay. If you are looking for more delicate plates for breakfast this is not it. But for friendly coffee and quick small town eats for truckers, it isn't bad. read more

I ate here a long time ago and watched one waitress wiping the sweat off her face with her hands and then grabbing toast. Thank goodness she wasn't my waitress! We tried it again when our normal place closed for a power outage and as we sat waiting for a table, I looked for the waitress from before because I didn't want her. Upon arriving we were seated promptly as there was not many people there. They didn't greet us nicely and didn't ask where we preferred to sit even tho there was only 5 tables taken. Our waitress was not very friendly at all and almost all staff seemed bothered by being there. I ordered the brisket dip and it was just alright. It was only meat on a bun, but the meat had decent flavor. Fries weren't very good at all. My husband got the chicken waffles and he said it was decent but they were over cooked. We received our check very shortly after receiving our food. What if I wanted something else? They also didn't even give us a second to sit down to review the menu before asking what we wanted. I didn't receive my dipping sauce until I asked a second time. Staff were having a celebration for an employees Bday rather than focusing on good service. read more

What can I say about this restaurant. When they first open we love them the food was great the quality was great. We always knew that when we came there we would get a good value and enjoy ourselves. But that is no longer the case. We went there on a Sunday. We ordered two kids meals and three adult meals. We waited for food for almost 45 minutes to an hour. Once our meal did arrive it was a less than even ok.I ordered the fish and chips. The cost was $10.99. That was really reasonable as far as I was concerned for fish and chips. But once it arrived it was not ok the two pieces of fish were small and tiny. Overcooked. And not very good. I asked the waitress if this was the child size portion. And she said no. Bless her heart she went back to the kitchen and had them give me one more piece of fish. The one piece of fish that she brought was as big as both of the other pieces put together. And it was not overcooked. This restaurant has just become a disappointment to me and my family unfortunately we don't have a lot of choices but I still don't think we will go back again. The other thing that concerns me is the manager is related to the owners. So I do not believe she is held accountable for her actions and the way her store is run. There were four people in the kitchen there was no reason for everyone to be waiting so long for their food. It's always sad to me when a good restaurant or a great restaurant goes downhill. Went there for Mother's Day. Food okay, nothing to complain about. Service was very poor. We ordered off the children's menu for our 4 and 6 year olds, and the waitress made a mistake and brought them food off the regular menu. So we said no problem, and took the food. Here's the thing, when we got the bill, they charged us the regular price for their food, not the kids price. They wanted us to pay for their mistake. When I said something to the cashier, she acted put out out and adjusted one of the meals. I said there were two orders where the mistake was made, and she said, "well you got the regular sized order, right?" I said yes but that's not what we ordered. It was way too much food for our kids. They wanted us to pay for their mistake. Weird. They don't even understand basic customer service. This was very basic. We wouldn't have accepted the order if we knew they were going to try to charge us for it. I was cordial the whole time and they ultimately adjusted both orders, to their credit, but not because they wanted to and felt it was the best thing to do. read more

Food is usually cold. They employee the WORST waitress in the state of Oregon. Dawndria is rude, never smiles, acts like she hates her job, never gets orders right, will argue with you if you want to substitute, forgets her tables before and after she takes your order. Last Sunday she clearly got reprimanded after ignoring tables. She argued with me when I wanted to make a simple substitute that I make every time I go. Eggs and bacon were cold because she didn't know the order was up, another very kind waitress brought it to me. The substitute I asked for wasn't done but yet she charged me for it. She threw our bill on the table behind me, I'm guessing so I would confront her about my incorrect order. She looks mean unless she's being confronted by management. Which happened that day. Then she's all smiles and laughing. This place needs to get rid of her. She's a detriment to their business. I won't go back if she's there or I'll ask to sit in another section.
