Ok, I know I am from the North and not an expert in southern- style cuisine. But, I think I know a good biscuit when taste one and this sure was! I was traveling for work and wanted to bring some goodies to one of the sites I was visiting. I got a bunch of chicken biscuit sandwiches and some with the English muffin options as well. My favorite was the spicy honey fried chicken with the biscuit! It is as so very good!! The whole group loved the food! The service was also great. They had an attendant outside taking orders and he was very helpful and nice. The people at the drive-thru were also warm and friendly! The order was big, but it was all correct. Whenever I'm passing through N Carolina.. in the morning or early afternoon..I go to Biacuitville. The service is top notch, the biscuits fluffy, and everyone smiles at me no matter what.. lol!! My cashier Monica, was speedy, accurate, and pleasant. My order preparer Bless was on point and totally a great helper. And the Shift Mgr Kevin, was nice and accomodating too...he was helping! The grillmaster/chef Allen, definitely went the extra mile as well. Loved my fluffy eggs.....ty Allen I had the sausage platter and cheese grits...which I would have had a picture of, but I inhaled them.. sorry...not sorry. So glad we stopped here. This will be on my list of places to stop on my way to Charlotte. The service was a 10!!! Everyone there greeted us with a smile and/or conversation. You can tell they are a bonded group because when some were getting off there were comments from their co-workers like "be safe", "love you", "enjoy the rest of your day". The manager took our order and he must be the model that everyone follows because he was full of conversation, smiles and cheer. The star of the show was the food!! I'm not a biscuit lover but decided on biscuit items because of the name of the restaurant. Whoa! The Cuban was delicious!!!!! The flavors that all of the ingredients added to was chef's kisses. Driving south on I-85, we discovered Biscuitville in Archdale, NC. A good find it was. Had never heard of it, so just had to stop. It was Sunday and the parking lot was as full as the restaurant. A fast food configuration, it was a mass of people cued in lines before an equally full service counter. A very popular spot for before or after church. Southern done well. Menu was too much to really take in, especially as this was our first time here. But there were breakfast and lunch items (place closes at 2pm). Mostly breakfast sandwiches with sausage, chicken, country ham, turkey sausage, bacon and combine egg with any of those meats. And then there are other variations with waffles as the bread. OH! And there are healthy options! On English muffins. Bowls of oatmeal and grits (not together) and lo-carb eggs with bacon on a plate. Breakfast plates include a stack of pancakes. Good coffee. And to top it off, there are some pastries and muffins for dessert. Not for the timid...no, sir. Having only come in for coffee and to check Biscuitville our, we were not terribly hungry, which is a real shame. Wife and I ordered a plain biscuit so we could try it, along with some hash-browns. Wish we had one of these around where we live as it all looked good. And their biscuit was superbly excellent. Soft, but not fall-apart crumbly, flavorful and enjoyable by itself. Will be super with something inside it. Clean, very friendly service and employees, reasonable prices, great for families, though I would perhaps look at other than Sunday. Now listen I'm a sucker for some good breakfast and this place right here O-M-G!!!! The best pancakes you could ask for....very fluffy and light. When I saw the sign I did a u-turn because I knew the breakfast was gonna be on point. I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull up. Two cars had gone through drive thru before I got my food. Not sure what that was about but it was a bit of a wait. Nice and clean facility. It was pretty cool that they had a viscount maker in a boxes in window area when you walk into the place. The biscuits were pretty good. They were a little on the thin and flat side. The sausage was good. The spicy chicken was good. The pork chop should be skipped. It was not that good. The biscuits leave some grease on your fingers. I was a Biscuitville virgin till yesterday. Typical story. Northern boy comes in to town for a meeting. Sees a good looking building that specializes in biscuits. When in Biscuitville, must eat biscuits. Boy is enthralled by the limited hours and the pride shown by the employees. Boy falls in love with the biscuits and enjoys the pork chop. Like a Hallmark channel movie he struggles with how he can stay here forever but laments what he would eat for dinner. Surely he could convince them to stay open later. We stayed at the Hampton Inn, which only had a gross boxed breakfast of prepackaged foods. We saw Biscuitville across the parking lot and decided to try it. I am so glad we did. Everything was delicious right down to the coffee. The biscuit sandwich was great - perfectly cooked egg over medium, crispy bacon, and a light, fluffy, moist on the inside and slightly crusty on the outside biscuit. I should have gotten two. Every time I come here it's a great experience, wonderful staff who take pride in their work and make sure their customers are happy. Every meal I've gotten here has been fresh and delicious. Only downside is it very busy and can be difficult to find a seat, plus parking spots are limited. Despite all that it's a fantastic place to get food. We had several orders, and when the food arrived we realized we had a duplicate order, and was missing one order entirely. My manager called to let them know, and they were able to replace the missing food, and they also gave us a few bonus muffins. The replacement and free food is all well and good, but it was still lame for the girl who was just sitting there while our meeting rolled on, and she didn't have breakfast.
