Ultimate bacon biscuit. So much bacon

Gotta bring the average up. This place is lit omfg. Scarp all that hipster upscale brunch garbage, gimme some straight southern breakfast. Absolutely love it. Biscuits arent as flaky as the pictures but still worth it. Hash browns are perfect. Biscuits and gravy very good. My cat who loves to make biscuits would love this place. 10/10 would come back. You need to come here to experience NC properly

    Supppossed to be bacon....

Saturday morning.... Nobody else in line.... And this is the shitty excuse I get for a biscuit. What issss that?! Of course no napkins. About 8 employees.... And all of them discussing what they did or didn't drink for the day.... Worried about everything but the customer...or product they are sending out.... Sorry excuse of a place.

This place tends to be super busy between 8am-11am! I advice not going during those times- go before or after. Otherwise, service is not bad at all! They're very quick and precise with their orders. The manager Dondre Bonnet is also extremely nice and caring! You can tell he cares about the customer satisfaction of this place. The inside is usually extremely clean. The food is pretty good! They have many to choose from. Though I'm not a fan of their eggs, I am all for the steak biscuit! Also LOVE their blueberry muffins. They tend to change it seasonally so they currently have the peach so it's alright but I cannot wait for their red velvet to be back on!!

Biscuit (pronounced /bskt/) is a baked edible product. In American English it relates to a small soft leavened bread, somewhat similar to a scone Ville (French pronunciation: [vil]) is the modern French word of Latin origin now meaning city or town, but the first meaning in the middle-ages was farm (from Latin villa rustica) and then village. HOLY. TOLEDO. What we have here, is an entire town dedicated to biscuits crammed into a small building with a drive-thru. Biscuitville might not be the most amazing breakfast in the world, but I think it is king of all drive-thru breakfasts out there. It's also not very healty, but not much drive-thru food is. The biscuits are delicious. When you get a meal, you can get your sandwich with fries, hash browns, or grits. I've only gotten the hash browns, and they are always nice and crisp. They are open till 2 and I prefer their breakfast to any other nearby drive-thru (McDonalds, Bojangles). I think I went inside once... and remember it being kinda grimy... I would stick to the drive-thru. Biscuitville is a Carolina-based company. Support local businesses!!!

Since it was our first time at Pure Soul, the host gave us drinks on the house (we got Sweet Tea, Lemonade, and Root Beer). The tea and lemonade were on the sweeter side, but I enjoyed both. My sister liked the root beer, which was from Uncle's Scott's, a local NC brand. They also offer a discount for teachers, students, and veterans. For entrees, we got the: - Drumstix plate (BBQ, buffalo, or fried- included rice and a sauce): We chose fried- it was perfectly crispy, so tasty. Couldn't choose between hot honey and honey mustard, so they gave us both, again so nice. Rice was well-cooked. - Chicago burger (grilled onions, cheddar, pickles, tangy aioli): Classic! Enjoyed this overall. - Fried fish plate (includes rice, slaw & tartar sauce): This is funny, but this dish was a bit too fishy for me lol. But crazy how well they do their vegan alternatives. - BBQ plate ("pulled pork" in a sweet BBQ sauce, served with slaw): Probably my least favorite entree, I think the pork was too sweet for me, but it did balance with the slaw. We tried a bunch of sides, which from my most to least favorites were: Soul Mac (not too cheesy), Hushpuppies (crispy outside, pillowy inside), Rob's Favorite Cornbread (so moist), Sweet Potato Fries (classic), Bilbo's Greens, Blackeyed Peas & Veggies, and Nik's Candied Yams (too sweet for me). Ambiance is nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of parking available. 10/10 would recommend!

The space is a little tight but they do have outdoor seating which worked perfectly for our group. I also loved that they served cocktails in to go cups. I had the double classic burger. I wasn't really impressed. It lacked the flavor and seasoning I thought I'd get based on how good the burger looked. I needed to add ketchup and mustard to the burger to get a decent taste from it. The fries were great. I got the spicy seasoning that they offer. Now that I think of it, they should have cooked my patties in the seasoning they put on the fries and it would have been a lot more tasty. There was a good amount of people at the restaurant, so they may have had a difference flavor experience than I did.

They have never been out of any cut of chicken at any time I have come in, which is not true of other stores in this area. The dining room is glass on three sides, so it's bright at all times of day. Today there was a gang of teens who wanted to sit and share a large tailgate party together. They were very courteous (one of the guys held the door open for me as we entered together), and even though they were laughing and having a great time together, they never were over the top rowdy. It was like they were sitting around on their granny's front porch, pouring each other cups of lemonade and sharing dipping sauces. When they left, they took all their trash as well. The food I ordered was slightly wrong (breasts instead of thighs), but the person behind the counter fixed it without complaint and even threw in another piece. The porter keeps the room clean and the napkins and utensils in order. It's just a great place to sit and have a meal. And the food is hot and cooked perfectly - just like granny!!

The young workers behind the register were very friendly, helpful about what was good and gave great menu item descriptions. They were very excited about the food on the menu and shared personal favorites. Food came out fairly quickly but not together for the table. They also kept forgetting items from our order but were quick to get it for us. Note the workers taking the order behind the counter are also the ones bringing the food out. Food was amazing! I have the 3 birria tacos (1 chicken 2 beef- though I ordered it flipped but appreciated the error as the beef were better tasting) and rice with beans. Loved that I got the birria sauce on the side in a Togo cup as I definitely took the leftovers home. There are self serve salsas, lime, cucumber and radishes you can get. Appreciate they had vegan option for my partner. Will definitely come back to try more off the menu.

He returned and told me I could indeed order more than one, which was great because I knew what I wanted. The bowl was good overall. It was light and fresh. All the ingredients tasted well together and it didn't feel overly processed.
