The food was moist and not dried out with just the right amount of sauce. It had a spicy flavor without being too over powering. The fajitas plate came out sizzling hot and stayed that way for awhile. The side is beans, lettuce and rice were warm and stayed warm while we ate. I skipped the cheese and guacamole. Service was good. A young gal sat us at a booth and was our waiting staff. She knew the menu, got drinks right away and checked on our table frequently without overdoing it. They have a fairly extensive menu and both times I have been there, seem to have a steady customer presence, but enough space and staff to deal with what comes along. They have all of the bells and whistles online that these National chains seem to have to attract and keep customers. The people I go with love the rolls and they are certainly a nice addition to the experience.
