Incredibly rude staff experience after they skipped our online check in. We checked in online and were quoted 17-22 mins. Arrive in 15 mins and spend a few minutes trying to find parking. Check the text messages and find out they removed us from the waitlist BEFORE the lowest quoted wait time. We go in to see what happened and they said we never responded to messages WE JUST GOT. Then they said that our table was still available, but it is a high top for our 2yr old. We are then told we would have to wait AN HOUR to get another table. What a great find! We try to stick to non-chain restaurants and while this is a small chain it was totally worth it. It was quite easy to order online and my order was ready (and still hot) when I arrived. We both had fries with our meal since we didn't know what the potato cake is. A couple months ago we were in Chattanooga for the weekend. We have a Big Bad Breakfast near us (we live in Hoover, AL), but we have never eaten there. We tried a couple of times, but the wait was too long. Anyway, we saw this one in Chattanooga and decided to try it.
