We got sat right away and the server was friendly. The food was really good and my drink was nice. It was spacious inside and had a small outdoor seating area.

This place was fun, funky and offered really good food! Our server was so good, and handled our large party very well! She was so interactive and I loved that she was very sweet to the kids we had with us! Everyone loved their meals! I'm sure I would visit this place again if I'm in the area! Make sure you plan well as they do have limited hours!

Plenty of parking but lot gets full with other businesses so may not be as close to door. Can join waitlist online prior to arrival to help with wait. Was seating fast during busy Sunday brunch time. Service was great and food came fast and was food. Nice coffee and latte, cappuccino options as well.

What a great find! We try to stick to non-chain restaurants and while this is a small chain it was totally worth it. I was hooked when I saw the Hangtown Fry and tomato gravy on the menu & they did not disappoint. It was actually so good that we went back a second time. My husband got the huevos rancheros both times!

The jack benny, a version of eggs benedict, was so delicious! The wait was minimal, even to get seated and receive our food. I also had an order of the vietnamese cold brew, and I strongly recommend! Check this place out if you want to enjoy a nice brunch.

    Shrimp and Grits.

I met some friends for brunch at 12:30 today. Quickly, all of the tables were full, with Christmas music playing and an industrial feel. We all ordered drinks and food. Our server was attentive and efficient. She checked on us multiple times. She brought out our food and it was great! I had the Shrimp and grits which was a little spicy, but I loved it! All of our plates looked and tasted wonderful! Yes, I asked. Lol I would say though for you to save your drink money for another plate, have water with your meal and make a run to the store if you want a mimosa, etc. I have had them at many other places around town for minimal cost. Their's were about 6 oz for $9 which seemed to be about standard for their menu in the cocktail section. Just saying.... I'm frugal that way.

I got the Mother of all biscuits, which is a dill chicken breast, cheese, and buttermilk biscuit. I wished I had upgraded the biscuit and made it a dirty bird (hot sauce, bacon, and honey) because it was dry and salty. The dill flavor stands out and differentiates the chicken from all the other chicken biscuits places. However, this needs to come with gravy or at least make it another add-on/upgrade.

The Old School Wrap with a crispy hash cake as a side!

If you want a first rate made-to-order breakfast, with freshly ground whole bean coffee OR a mimosa made with freshly squeezed orange juice (I watched them squeeze it while eating breakfast!), you need to visit this place!!! Known for their amazing biscuits and specialties, this place is an absolute "must visit" on your next trip to Chattanooga. I had the Old School Wrap (I remembered to take the picture accompanying this post after I already started to devour it!), billed as "burrito-ish" A tortilla over packed with eggs, sausage, pico, bell pepper, and cheese, served with an amazing lime crema, my mouth is watering as I type this review! I choose the crispy hash cake as a side - yum! The owner Kevin checked on me during my visit, and I was taken care of graciously by the amazing Heather! Tired of McBreakfast? Stop by BBB for a TRULY happy meal!

Great and friendly service, chill ambiance with cool music playing in the background. Not too loud, which we appreciate because we were able to hold a conversation. The food came out at a good pace and was nice and hot. Our server Jordan keep our drink refills coming. There's more on the menu which we'd like to explore on our next visit. Thank you to the young lady at the front who took our picture before we left. *Family friendly

The beets were fresh and the goat cheese carried so much flavor. For the desserts, we got the carrot cake with pecans and chocolate cheesecake. Both were soooo good. I would get both of them again, especially the carrot cake which was so warm and moist. And the candied pecans were such a nice complement to the cake - not too sweet at all. The waitress arrived shortly after our seating and took our appetizer and drink order. We started with the Triple B. The fries came out quickly, were hot, fresh and delicious. The drink I ordered was out, but the waitress gave another option, but unfortunately that was out as well. Ended up having an old favorite, Guinness. For our meals we ordered the smoked brisket French dip and the wagyu burger. Upon ordered the burger our waitress informed us there was a shortage of patties and if we still wanted the burger we would get one patty instead of two, but at a lower cost. Both dishes were amazing and we couldn't finish them as both the fries and the entrees were larger in comparison to other places we have eaten. Overall this was a great experience with great food. The only thing we had difficulty with is having to use the phone flashlight to read the menu as the lighting was really dim. Will definitely return if we take another trip here.

I can't remember all the varieties, but we usually get 2 of each kind of oyster they have available. It's a great way to start for the adults and the kids seem to go to town on the saltines. STIR has an extensive drink menu including various whiskeys and mocktails. We've generally ordered some kind of fish and a salad/poke bowl. The kitchen does a really great job of not overcooking the fish and there's the perfect amount of salt, fat and acid to flavor. The only thing that could be better is how they cook their white rice - it's not fluffy and has more of a gummy texture in both their poke bowl and their seasonal bento box. Ordinarily we wouldn't get desserts when Clumpies is a brief walk over, but this time we got their matcha cheesecake and layered chocolate cake. Both were delicious but between the two, I'd say the cheesecake was the best. Service is generally great here - they're attentive, friendly and give great recommendations. I also like how kid-friendly this restaurant is with a kids menu and crayons. While the ambiance doesn't feel kid-friendly, I like that this space allows parents to feel like they're having a night out while still able to have the kids in tow. Watching the chefs work their magic while enjoying Oyster Happy Hour was dinner and a show all in one. I sampled seven oysters from seven different regions, and my favorite raw oyster was the Cold Creek from Washington. It was clean, briny, and perfectly balanced. As much as I enjoyed the raw oysters, the true star of the evening was the Hearth Roasted Oyster. Buttery, silky, and kissed with just a hint of citrus, they were absolutely unforgettable. The Smoked Grouper Rillette was a pleasant surprise. Rich and smoky, it was elevated by bread-and-butter pickles that added a Southern touch and cut through the richness beautifully. The saltines were classic, but the twice-baked crackers brought an extra layer of crunch that I loved. The King Salmon Crudo was incredibly refreshing. The salmon had a delicate sweetness that paired perfectly with the fresh vegetables, while the serrano peppers added just enough heat to keep every bite interesting. Even the vegetables impressed me. The baby carrots were perfectly tender, and the chimichurri's bright acidity balanced the creamy richness of the toum. For my entrée, I ordered the Gramigna, which was fantastic. The sauce was packed with flavorful andouille sausage from a local butcher and finished with delicious Tomme de Lafayette cheese. Comfort food with a refined touch. To top it all off, the team surprised me with a strawberry gelato for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The entire staff had amazing energy and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Sitting at the oyster bar gave me a front-row seat to the action, and my hands cramped just thinking about how many oysters they shucked throughout the evening. The aromas coming from the kitchen were intoxicating. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, with large windows overlooking the covered patio. At one point, I even spotted a horse-drawn carriage taking a couple on a romantic ride outside, which felt like something out of a movie. The upbeat soundtrack kept the vibe lively, and the extensive bar menu offered plenty of creative cocktails and mocktails. A special thank you to Chef Ben, who took great care of me and even poured my aguachile tableside so I could capture it for a video. Chef Emery and Chef Skylar were also fantastic. It's clear this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail.
