We've been dining at Bistro Pizza for seven years and loved the food and wonderful staff. Today was a long tiring day and we decided to stop for takeout which is something we do every so often. The two chicken parm meals were awful. Was it a recipe change now that ownership has changed. Could it be that the food was not fresh and maybe left over from yesterday. Back in the day we would take a bite and think "how can this taste so good". Tonight we both realized how awful it was and both meals ended up in the trash. Before Covid we dined at Bistro nearly every week often bringing new diners with us but not anymore. Benny still makes the best pizza in the world but today the chicken parm was awful. read more

After waiting twenty minutes to get a table we immediately put our order in just one pizza with two toppings we waited 52 minutes and after seeing three other tables come in and get sat and gotten and finished their pizza I went to the counter and told them to cancel our order our server was rude enough to not only call me a liar but was so inattentive to not even stop by our table to see if we needed drinks which we did or even let us know about our order ZERO stars for service but everyone else's food looked good but I'll never know. This is a decent, locally owned pizza joint. Pizza's are made fresh and you can tell that they hand stretched the dough themselves. Garlic knots were alright, but the bread had been made earlier, and then just had the garlic 'painted on'. Which would be alright except that they then tasted a little stale. Pizza was amazing, as well as the Bruschetta. Hands down the best pizza in all of central Florida. Benny the pizza maker is extraordinary. And the cook Andrew takes great pride in every dish he prepares. Last time we were there we were very disappointed to find that Mike, the server no longer worked there. Wife and I have been here several times. Bistro 326 is owned and operated by Arabella Restaurant 2 doors down. Arabella's is an amazing place. Upscale, class, great food and service. The food in Bistro 326 is very good as well. We have had the pizza and calzone. Both were very very good. Sauce is delicious. It's a small place but very NY pizza style. Clean and good service. I was extremely disappointed in being scammed out of $15. I gave the girl at the register $40 for my $22 pizza and she only gave me change for $25. I told her I gave her $40 and she said I didn't. First, she should have kept my money out to be seen until she gave me change (she immediately put the money in the register) and second she was distracted talking to another co-worker during the process. The reason I know I am correct in giving the $40 was that I just went to the atm and only had $20s. The had a video camera and I asked to look at that (why would I say that if I knew I was wrong?) and they couldn't get the camera system to work of course. The manager would not believe me either and said they will see when they close at end of night when register is counted. Of course they said it balanced out. I can't believe the owner would not give the customer the benefit of the doubt over $15. Don't go here unless you pay with credit card. read more

My wife and I are very pleased with the 12" pizza with 4 toppings. We get there once a month for the past 3-4 years now. Ben makes a delicious pie and just the way we like it,thin crust with pepperoni,red roasted peppers,onions and mushrooms.The ingredients are fresh and tasty. Great pizza. Crust is always perfect. Fairly thin, a slight chew, an occasional char on spots of the outer crust (which are awesome). Its thin enough to fold if you'd like, but thick enough to hold up to everything on it without getting soggy or floppy. Toppings are well-balanced, so they don't overwhelm each other, or the cheese, sauce, and crust. The wood-fired oven is a bonus. I highly recommend the Italia and the Napoli. The ambiance is nice, with a semi-open kitchen. The only reason I give 4 rather than 5 stars is that the house wine is $9.50 a glass, which is ridiculous, particularly for a pizza place. House wine should be no more than about $7 per glass, or just don't offer house wine. The reason people order house wine is generally because they want a relatively inexpensive glass of wine, a fact seemingly lost here. But, the pizza is very, very, good, and the service has always been good for us as well. read more

Great pizza, awesome crust. In town with family but wanted good food and this place had it.

To be fair the food here was great, but everything else I expected was lacking. The seating is extremely limited, maybe 30 seats total inside and a few tables outside. We were lucky enough to get a small two person table as soon as we walked in. There were two servers and we expected pretty quick service due to the customer to server ratio. It took approximately ten minutes for us to get our drinks and another thirty minutes to get our food. My drink went empty shortly after the food arrived and the server didn't come back to the table until after we had finished our meals. The servers disappeared for long periods of time and were inattentive to myself and the other customers in restaurant. I have given this restaurant two chances and both times the service has made it a lackluster experience. I will probably just order and pick it up from now on. read more

First time I went here I had to look around to see if I had suddenly been transported to a street cafe in New York City. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. It's a very small, boutique type restaurant so it feels very intimate. Very nice ambiance with the wood burning pizza oven right behind the counter. read more
