I dined here and had a terrific dining experience. The evening I came by, was looking to catch a basketball game up at the bar. The bartender was attentive and friendly which added to a great atmosphere. Our pasta dishes were excellent and full of yummy flavor along with our quality drinks! My cocktail was on point and overall a solid choice for Italian food, outstanding drinks, and a great vibe.

I was really looking forward to going to Bistro 57 at the Aliante hotel and casino. My family and I had a father's day dinner at Bistro 57 on a Friday evening at around 5:30 P.M. It wasn't too busy when we had arrived and were immediately seated towards the kitchen area inside the restaurant. Bistro 57 interior is stunning! The ambiance is romantic and it's beautiful inside the restaurant. The service was outstanding when I visited Bistro 57, but the food wasn't my favorite. Looking over their menu, Bistro 57 offered a wide range of pizzas, pastas, fish, chicken and so much more! I originally wanted the Chicken Parm Pizza but Bistro 57 didn't have it on their menu anymore. I decided to go with their Carbonara instead. We also ordered the following Caesars Salad Garlic Bread Chicken Parmesan with Fettucine Alfredo Meat Pizza The Caesars salad and the Garlic bread arrived at our table first. The team member assisting our table continuously refilled our drinks with water and had provided multiple Starry refills! The garlic bread was loaded with cheese, and the marinara sauce was good. The Caesars salad was just okay. After waiting about 30 minutes, the entrees arrived at the table all at once. The carbonara was loaded with a cream sauce. It was really thick with the noodles. I didn't enjoy the Carbonara's flavor. It was really sweet. My husband's fettucine alfredo lacked a lot of flavor, but the chicken parmesan was good. The chicken was tender, juicy, and the breaded perfectly! We ended the family dinner with the cheesecake. It wasn't creamy, but more of a thick consistency cheesecake. It was alright. I'm glad I got to experience Bistro 57. The service was amazing, but the food wasn't the best. It was just okay.

Chicken Piccata- side of spaghetti instead of mashed potatoes and vegetables.

This restaurant is located inside the Aliante Hotel and Casino. I thought this was a nice place for dinner if you happen to be staying at or visiting the hotel. It is only open for dinner and is closed on certain nights of the week. The food was good, the ambience is nice and the service was good. For the quality I thought the prices were completely reasonable. I ordered the chicken piccata. This normally comes with mashed potatoes and vegetables, but I asked if I could have a side of spaghetti instead, and they were happy to oblige. I thought the portion size was very generous, as they gave me two large pieces of white meat chicken.

Bistro 57 is an American-Style Italian Inspired Restaurant located in Aliante Hotel/Casino in North Las Vegas. There is lots of space in an attractive atmosphere. I've been here at least four times and three of my four visits were decent. The founder and the rigatoni so far were always reasonably good. Tonight we decided to change up our orders and we each tried a special (March Pork Parm and Snapper Florentine specials) While they were being prepared they gave us a bread basket with soft butter and embellish oil. I have no idea where this bread came from but it was the WORST BREAD ever made on the planet. It tastes like Styrofoam was a part of dough. It was very offensive to taste. I'm think maybe I should give one star for giving out such horrific bread. The bread basket was never good here but it also never was this awful. Then our meals come out. My husband's Pork Parm looks much smaller than photo and is also over cooked and dry. But he sort of expected that because white meat pork is often over cooked. My Snapper Special looks horrible but tastes even worse. The fish is so over cooked THAT I NEEDED A STEAK KNIFE TO CUT IT. It taste fishy too and all my vegetables seem old...and it's in a Broken Sauce too!....(I'm boiling mad now). The server is busy with other tables but does come by after I ate most of the soggy grey green beans and a few old reheated potato wedges. By that time my husband is 75% done his plate so I didn't want them to try to make me something new. I am surprised that a manager didn't come by. I don't think that anyone even manages the kitchen or dining room. That explains the bad OLD food and the lack of compassion to guests that have bad experiences here. 1.5 Stars (I didn't give one star only because the founder and rigatoni dinners might still be ok)

We went her for a Mother's Day dinner on the Saturday before Mother's Day. Our server was Sean (with the help of Kevin) and he was very knowledgeable about the menu. He did inform us that some of the items on the menu are exaggerated. For instance the grilled salmon is waited not grilled, the broccolini is actually green beans. The service was top tier. Drinks never empty. The soup needed extra pepper and salt to add the necessary flavorfulness needed. As the only soup on their menu, it should've been more free or full from the start. But after adding the necessary salt pepper, very good. We had a party of 6 and the host accommodated us nicely.

I'm so glad we had the chance to dine here. We couldn't make up where we wanted to dine and since Aliante Casino is close to us, we decided on Bistro 57. The restaurant is pretty good in size so good for large groups. Next time I visit, I want to sit along the window looking out into the Casino. Food: Pasta Carbonara-Bucatini Pasta, Prosciutto, egg and black pepper. Fried Calamari Complimentary Bread Basket Several bread choices and I preferred the long roll. We asked for butted to go with the oil and vinegar. The Carbonara was delicious. I truly enjoyed it but it was a bit greasy in taste. The highlight was the fried Calamari. Truly the most tender I've ever had. They prepared it good. Loved the peppers too. Overall, a great restaurant In a local Casino.

Spur of the moment drop in and review...we were in the area and just getting a bit peckish, not that this area is a food desert or anything, but compared to some areas , there's not a lot that is going to make me jam on the brakes and go in to a restaurant. I mean nothing is bad, but after awhile there is just nothing that says "I have to eat here or....." Anyway, Bistro 57 is kind of a known quantity, the "free" food credits and Boyd comps also may tip the scales for a drop in. We sat in the bar area and as always, Courtney was holding court behind the bar . She as always greeted us warmly and took our orders.... They have the occasional happy hour special change up and change to the entrees as well. I heard a rumor they are going to rebrand themselves in December or something when the long deserted space from TGIFridays is filled with a new venture. Back to the food, we ordered the truffle crisps for a quick app and my dining partner ordered the salmon entree. I ordered the spinach potato parmesean gnocchi . They also provide a decent bread basket if you order as well (no charge). The truffle crisps were good, not too greasy and somewhat addicting (ate too many). The salmon dish came with some small potato quarters and string beans. The salmon was well done but still flakey. I guess you could ask for it to be undercooked which would have been my preference. My dining partner ate most of hers, but as we always do, we ate too much bread . My gnocchi were dense to the point of literally being what felt like a couple of pounds worth. They were tasty, but maybe a trifle too much parm... Most of it went home for leftovers. As always, Courtney's service was the high point of the visit. Between the food credits and comp, dinner only cost us the generous tip we left for the staff. Sorry, no pictures this trip. As an aside, can't wait to see what Aliante and Boyd come up with for dining. IMHO, salted lime needs to go and so does the farm. Put in an Asian place where Salted Lime is , because physically, their bar area could very easily be converted into a ramen or sushi style place. As long as I'm dreaming here, revitalize the food court... I know that's hard to do with franchisees as there must be enough $$ potential to make a very expensive franchise work... but we can dream.....lol As far as the farm, maybe an ice cream or frozen yoghurt place there instead of something hidden way back in the corner of the dead food court.

After seeing the billboard for over a year and a half, I decided to check it out. The spinach & potato soup called Tuscan was amazing. My friend ordered chicken tortellini and I ordered the pappardelle and a Caesar salad. Salad was ok not the best I've had but my dish was delicious. I should've added a little salt. Price wasn't bad either. Dinner roll included and they were good too. I just realized they forgot to give us the vinegar and oil for dipping. I ate mine with butter. Our waitress was amazing. She's been working there for four years & putting herself through college. I can't remember her name, ugh. Here are photos of what we ordered. My salad was long gone by the time I took pictures.

Great service, Veronica was very nice. Ambience was very chill. Food was very good. After dinner was able to have a drink at a slot machine and enjoy the overall experience of the Aliante.

She was quick in taking our orders after that and thanked us for waiting. While we would not have purchased a different pizza, we certainly would have purchased additional slices if required. We love leftovers. Shame on your manager for saying he made these offers when he did not! ************************* On all other visits, we've had 5 star food and service. But tonight did not go well. After a long night of volunteering for a local nonprofit, we were really looking forward to Rocco's. It's our favorite NY slice. The website stated they were open until 10pm. The sign on the dining room door says open until 10pm. But at 9:34pm, the dining room door was locked, so we entered on the takeout side. We were immediately prevented from entering the dining room. We were told they close the dining room at 9:30. We definitely were not happy, but decided to roll with it. At the counter, we ordered 4 NY slices. The cashier said they only had two. When we asked how long a wait it would be for another two, he said they were not willing to make another two. By now, we were even more annoyed. I mentioned the 10pm notices on the website and the door, but he just shrugged. So with our two sluces, we ordered 6 garlic knots instead. For us, that could have been the end of it. But 5 minutes later, when another couple entered, the same cashier happily agreed to make them a stromboli and a fresh pizza. Now, how does that make sense?!? If we hadn't already ordered and paid, and if we hadn't been REALLY hungry, I would have walked out right then and there. Up till now, Rocco's has been my favorite NY style pizza place, even though it's nowhere near where I live. But after tonight, I'm no longer quite so sure how I feel about Rocco's. Definite thumbs down for tonight

I ordered a glass of wine to start, and it tasted off right away, like it had been sitting open way too long. So I sent it back and asked for a Cabernet instead. The server took the SAME glass I had already been drinking from -- a glass I had literally spit back into -- and poured it into a communal pitcher that they use to make red sangria for other customers. I'm not exaggerating. My used wine, with my saliva in it, went straight into something they serve to other people. That's not just gross -- that's a health risk. Saliva can carry viruses like COVID and infections like herpes, and the fact that something like that could end up being served to multiple tables is honestly terrifying. There is no scenario where that should ever be considered okay in a restaurant. It made my stomach turn thinking about how many people could unknowingly be drinking from something contaminated like that. It also makes you wonder what other basic hygiene standards are being ignored behind the scenes. I've eaten at a lot of places and I've never, ever seen something this careless and unsanitary. Completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

I was on the fence at first because of its location but decided to give them a try anyway. Upon entry I noticed a distinct smell and couldn't figure out what it was. It wasn't overbearing but it wasn't pleasant. The place was small and decor is cute and simple with a home-like feel. We arrived at 6pm no reservations and were the only there so we were immediately seated. Our server was Kara (or close I'm sorry if I got it wrong) who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, was patient explaining the menu, and continued to check on us. We ordered, the garlic bread with cheese, Caesar salad, meatball, chicken parmesan with penne vodka, and the chicken chature I believe that's what it's called. Side note; they offer happy hour prices from 4-6. The complimentary garlic bread was delicious with fresh chopped garlic. The Caesar salad was simple and was also very good. They used the nice green chopped Romaine leaves with real Parmesan. We did find a piece of plastic on the salad unfortunately and didn't mention it, as this didn't stop me from eating it and we all make mistakes lol The meat ball was tender and the tomato sauce tasted fresh and not overly sweet like most places. The coating on the chicken was perfect and was cooked to perfection. Overall, both chicken dishes were made fresh with quality ingredients, plated very nicely and were really good. The portions are also huge so the price point is reasonable. We both took half our meals home. However, both dishes could have used a bit more seasoning. My chicken parmesan could have used a little salt, garlic, and Italian spices and my boyfriend said the same. Still good but just providing my feedback and based on reviews a lot of feel the same. For all of it, we paid about $45 and I added a $15 tip because she deserves more than the average 20%. My overall experience was great, I will be coming back, and I will be recommending this place. I would just suggest adding a bit more seasoning, looking into the weird smell going entry, and advice that the cook wear gloves at all times. I also noticed that this Pizzeria is not listed on the website with the other Napoli Pizzerias. Anyways - This is an average pizzeria that offers the usual pizzas, wings, sandwiches and more. Someone ran a menu to our house so we thought we'd give them a try and just ordered a plain basic pizza to try. The woman at the counter was very busy with many take out orders but managed to be nice and pleasant and took our order too. In reasonable time our pizza, napkins, and paper plates arrive. I try a bite. The first thing that hits me is that it is very salty. Someone seasoned the pizza with extra salt and no other other seasoning that makes it taste unbalanced. Then I notice another problem. This pizza almost doesn't have any sauce. To me it looks like the sauce was watered down so much that it really isn't sauce anymore. THAT IS WRONG and it is also WRONG to add just salt to the top of a pizza. Too bad because the crust and cheese were decent. It would take very little to improve the pizza here. Salty Pizza with almost NO SAUCE is BLECH!

I was going to order two 16" pizzas and chicken fingers. However,if you pay attention enough there are specials! Which totally made it even better. In this time we are averaging $80-100 for takeout for a family of 4-6..I payed under $50 for 2 decent sized pizzas with one topping, chicken fingers and fries. That's a steal! Service was great, timing was within means,it wasn't busy on a weekday afternoon. Food did not disappoint.
