Amazing service. Waitress came by so many times to make sure everything is ok. Portion is very generous and the price is very decent. We love the French onion soup. It's once of the best I've had in a while. The eggplant panini was fresh, crunchy and very tasty. The Santa Fe burger is ginormous and it comes with fries which are very good. The worst meal I can honestly remember paying for. The appetizers were deep-fried beyond recognition and taste. My husband sadly pulled the short straw. First he had a Caesar salad that was coated in oil, followed by the short rib special that legitimately tasted rancid. Like the meat was no longer good. We were both going to order the filet mignon dinner that's on the menu but was told it was sold out. I opted for grilled chicken with grilled vegetables and a baked potato, my vegetables & chicken were tasty & warm, I would have preferred them hot, the chicken was nicely seasoned, thinly sliced, it is very tender and delicious, baked potato was hot, I enjoyed my dinner, he opted for the NY Strip with vegetables and fries, those fries were hot and delicious, seasoned perfectly, steak was served as ordered, a little on the tough side. We both enjoyed the dining experience and thought the portions were generous. I did ask for bread and our server brought us out a basket of warm bread. BYO is a plus. We came here for Mother's Day with reservations, and we were seated right away. Restaurant has beautiful ambience and was very clean. I love the cloth tablecloths and the staff was busy making sure everything looked nice. We ordered the trio for an appetizer and it came out hot and fresh. I especially liked the mini tacos as they had a flavorful filling and were crispy. I also ordered the shrimp and scallop penne with homemade sauce, which was delicious and plentiful. Lovely little byob in Avon. My boyfriend and I went here for a pre Valentines dinner. Sorry but so forgot to take pictures of the entrees. We started with the fried calamari and it was excellent! Very tender and seasoned perfectly. Loved the marinara dipping sauce too. For entrees I had the aloha salad. Loved the dressing and various fruits mixed in. It also had coconut chicken and shrimp. I found both to be a little dry. It would probably be a better choice to have grilled chicken and shrimp instead plus it would be lighter. My boyfriend had the cowboy wrap which was very good. It comes with chips but he opted for the fries which were a $2 up charge. The wrap had roast beef, mushrooms, onions and cheddar cheese. It was delicious. I didn't realize it was a byob until I got there. For convenience, there is a liquor store located a few doors down. I will. e sure to bring some wine the next time. lol The service was great and the entire staff are friendly. They make you feel welcome like family. Came for brunch and after a 10 min wait they sat us. They take reservations for larger parties fyi. They had all the brunch classics on the menu and it was hard to choose what to get. The biscuits and gravy stuck out to me. Solid choice. The classic eggs benedict was bland. I don't know there was no real flavor which isn't typical for this type of food. The chicken biscuits and gravy was just ok. I wished the chicken was served on the bone but it was a fried cutlet. The french toast wasn't bad but overall the menu looked better than it tasted. This was the first restaurant we went to once COVID hit and After what we have seen at other restaurants, we now realize just how cautious these guys were for the sake of their patrons and WE APPRECIATE YOU!! Aside from the food being delicious, they had one woman at the front of the restaurant taking orders, the rest of the place was blocked off so no chance anyone else could walk in and contaminate your food. Both she and the kitchen staff who bought the orders out to her, were gloved and masked AND they had antibacterial for guests to use. Your order is set down on a side table where you could pick it up. Thank you for taking care of us so well, as an immune-comprised family we truly appreciate it and will be repeat customers! It was super clean and nice. The problem is. Our food never came. And no one seemed to care. We were offered free food. And it was done in a rude way. after waiting 40 minutes. The lobster & crab bisque was gelatinous and lacked any flavor and the meat chunks were too chewy. We ordered steaks; filet mignon, porterhouse & NY strip. While cooked to our requested temperatures, we all were dissatisfied with how poorly the fat was rendered and the bland flavor. The vegetables were too large and basic. This is my go to place then I am down by Avon. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food. They change their menu so I never know what new items they will have which is great. The staff is friendly and during covid take out has been wonderful. So recently got their IRISH EYES WRAP...thinly sliced corned beef, homemade coleslaw  & melted swiss cheese wrapped in a large flour tortilla; Russian dressing side. Thought we made a reservation at Clementine's and apparently it was for Bistro by Clementine's. The hostess was dismissive and rude and I wouldn't eat there because of it. Bistro by Clementine's service was horrible initially-the place was empty and we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone talked to us and then it was awkward....waiter seemed new and not trained. The food was institutional at best. The calamari was tasteless and served on wet, wilted lettuce. I had the shortribs and they tasted like they were made with canned gravy. The asparagus was thrown over the top and extremely overcooked. Won't recommend or come back! read more

I will preface this review by saying we originally intended to dine at Maeberrie Market down the street. We went on Sunday around 11:30, but the wait time was far too long. Hungry, we opted to go a block or so down at Bistro by Clementine's and were most certainly NOT disappointed. We were seated right away and given regular menus in addition to a specials menu. I ordered the Nola; a bowl filled with breakfast potatoes, mushrooms, sausage, onions, peppers & cheese, topped with eggs made to order, fried avocado & a chipotle ranch dressing drizzle. I also ordered it with a blueberry muffin on the side. I will admit I did not know what to expect with the Nola; however, it was delicious! The blueberry muffin was fried and crispy, yet super moist on the inside. Two thumbs up there! My mom ordered classic French toast with some fresh fruit which was tasty as well. I also noticed they have a somewhat extensive juice list (nothing crazy, but more than your average apple and orange juice). The inside of the restaurant was cozy, the staff seemed to be polite and attentive. I will admit, the food did take a little longer than anticipated considering we were only 2 people. Also, it wasn't very busy, but my food came out piping hot which is a plus for me! (Who wants room a room temperature meal?!) In short, I am glad our initial plan didn't work out and we were able to brunch it here. I caught a glimpse of their extensive dinner menu and I am tempted to come back one evening.
