We made a reservation, however no one bothered to tell us it was BYOB. There is a liquor store 5 minutes walk. They did not charge any fees. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a very enjoyable meal except for the a/c.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love it cool, however it was blowing on our food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is all prefix, no À la carte. We were not told that when booking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The meal was very good, I will try again during winter when the a/c won't cool my steak.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My wife and I came for the 5 course tasting menu on a Sunday. The portions are small but amazingly flavorful and surprisingly filling! The service is excellent and really professional. We consider this a special place we are happy to return to.

First time here for us, 62nd birthday for me. They seated us & provided complimentary glasses of champagne. We chose the 5 course Chefs tasting menu and we enjoyed. Everything was delicious, plated beautifully. Grilled octopus and venison were superior. My gf's fish (NJ fluke) was so well seasoned and cooked amazingly that I'm still thinking about it. How do you cook such a delicate fish to be crispy (w/o skin) on top and be so moist & tender below? Wow, compliments to the chef and staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is warm and peaceful, the decor is beautiful and tables are spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Many stars rated for me, kudos to the staff and owner.

A special cut of Iberian pork, delicious sauce and veggies.

Just walk toward the back and that's where the restaurant seating is. To start, we ordered the hot antipasto for two. I was really excited to try it, but honestly at least half of the dish needed salt. Our favorite parts were definitely the clams oreganata and the stuffed mushroom. For entrées, we ordered the Chicken Scarpariello and the linguine with clams. Again, the chicken lacked salt, but once we added some, it was good. Now the real star of the night was the linguine with clams wow. The flavor and sauce were amazing. We dipped the fresh bread they gave us into the sauce and it took the whole dish to another level. For dessert, we had the cheesecake and it was delicious. Our waiter, Santiago, was a delight. He gave amazing service, and even the person he was training was great as well. The ambience is very dim and romantic, which I loved. It's a nice place for a dinner date or even a relaxing dinner with family. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely come back for the linguine with clams alone.

We had the fried calamari, almost best I ever had, fresh and crispy and tasty. I could have had that alone. Also had the stuffed mushrooms, very tasty. The table bread was fresh and we should not have eaten so much. A friend had the Veal francaise and it was tender and well seasoned. First time here and I will be back, big menu.

Our order included the following: * Deep Fried Brie served with caramelized onions: $15.95 * (2) Soupe à l'oignon Gratinée - traditional onion soup: $14.95 * Jambe D'agneau Braisée - new zealand lamb shank braised in port wine reduction served over israeli couscous, carrots, mushrooms and onions: $36.95 * Steak au Poivre/au Poivre Vert - two 4 ounce medallions of filet mignon with black peppercorn rub: $39.95 * Pommes Frites (hand cut french fries) $8 This place has the casual look and feel of a Paris bistro, and I really like the vibe. You can sit at tables or the large bar, we chose the former. The service was very good, accommodating and friendly. The food was nicely executed. My lamb shank was tender and tasty. I sampled the steak and thought it was nicely cooked, loaded with flavor and also very tender. The brie was tasty, and didn't seem to heavy, which was surprising as it was deep fried. If I lived in the area, I'd be a regular here.

My most consistent go-to is the Matcha Latte with Rosewater Simple Syrup. Sometimes you can actually taste the rose and it complements the matcha nicely. One thing I will say for the women, if you are into cycle syncing, there are so many options here for us. Fave foods to order are the cauliflower pita & lentil soup. The salad is quite filling and fresh. Actually all of their food is fresh. I like the falafel bowl although it can be a little dry. I typically drizzle olive oil on it. The tahini is good, but it's only enough for the falafels. The falafels are good as well; authentically flavorful. Def try the meze options. I've never ordered something and didn't get it a second or third time. I eat predominantly vegan and this spot gives me options galore like I'm back in NYC. Amazing for dine-in and the best at bagging your takeout/delivery. Stapling the liquids inside a smaller bag to stay in place in the larger bag? The most thoughtful packing I've come across honestly. Would love to see them add a vegan pastry or few. I appreciate that they do digital rewards now as well
