This should be a Capital Region anchor. I still don't understand why there aren't huge lines and they don't just sell out and close everyday. Dunkin' is a utility. Between the adorable, colorful shop, great food and drink and sweet service, this little place is probably having a measurable impact on my physical and mental health (physical, questionable: mental, profoundly positive). To be fair to me, a lot of other people seem to have developed a problem right along with me: this place gained a fanatical local following pretty much overnight for good reason, and I seem to find myself in here about once a week. The donuts are delicious--I honestly would never have guessed they were vegan if I didn't know ahead of time -- and the other menu items (I love the vegan BLT) and beverages are excellent as well. The tea lattes are especially good: no weird commercial chai concentrate here. If you're not into a ton of sugar stick to the classic glazed donuts, but if you're a hummingbird you'll be in heaven. My personal fallbacks are the maple glazed and the cinnamon roll, with occasional forays into some of the wackier filled guys when I want something really sweet and gooey.Grab a coffee and carry one of these adorable donuts to the park and you're having a nice morning fit for a cartoon character. read more

Don't judge the smashed one it was delivery, but you could still see the effort. I chose a lemon one look at that cream. Not only was the donut well crafted light and airy, but it was also filled to the brim with cream. I hate to leave a review like this but I believe the issue should be addressed. I am a huge fan of Bitchin Donuts and on this past Wednesday I brought one of my friends in for the first time to try it. We both ordered the cheesy rollups and the orders had been switched when they were given to us (which that alone is not great as I could've had an allergy to what he ordered). We did not noticed until we started eating the items and I did not like what I got. I went back and explained the issue and was told there was nothing that could be done, and that we should've switched after we had already eaten some of the items. I just wanted to get what I ordered since I was given the wrong thing and it was not what I ordered. I paid for another cheesy roll up to get what I wanted and while waiting for my food I overheard the cashier and another person that worked there talking about the situation. I am unaware if the topic switched or if it was simply bad timing but I overheard the other person involved in the conversation say 'scumbag.' When I heard this, I was very upset, I nearly walked out and completely left the food I had to pay twice for. In no professional setting should any employees ever be saying remarks like that, let alone loud enough for customers to hear. Best place of vegan donuts !! We fell in love and ate here 2 days on a row. When we visit this area again (next month) we will definitely come here. The donuts are superb ... cream, PBJ, chocolate, vanilla, and surprising the fluffer nutter (if you like sweet this is the one). We brought the lonely honey-glazed home, and hours later, we found ourselves thinking, no, *this* must be the best donut they make. After licking the remaining oatmeal-and-glaze crumbs from our fingers (left in the beautiful purple box), we decided that all this trip proved is that we need a lot more research on this topic. Great Donuts! Notice I did not say great VEGAN donuts. The reason being is that I cannot tell that they are vegan, like so many other vegan treats. They taste as good or better than most regular donuts. To top it off, they offer filled donuts. I love filled donuts. Not many places seem to offer lemon filled donuts anymore, but the first week Bitchin Donuts was opened, they did and they were fantastic! This is an excellently curated experience, get ready to hang on the edge of I don't give a F@$k what you think... and here's the best donut the world has to offer you.. the space is full of fun flashy murals and even the exterior is painted in a trippy drippy eye catching fashion. The people inside... genius, friendly, welcoming and efficient, the space is always clean and the line moves quick. The coffee beverages are a little pricier than the surrounding shops but I overheard the barista telling a guest they use locally roasted ethically sourced beans and some super high end flavor syrup line to set their coffee products apart from what else is being offered. Overall I have visited at least 15 times since they opened and I have never had a bad experience, on the contrary... every.single.time.
