I am really into chili cheese fries. Every time I visit a comfort food restaurant I ask for them. It's interesting to see so many different variations of a chili cheese fry. I really enjoyed this place. It says food truck but it's located inside the Reno Public Market. I added the jalapeños on top, it was a great addition The chili is all beef which I love because I don't eat pork. I opted out of the bacon bits toppings. The staff was very nice and helpful with answering questions about the menu. I saw they have buffalo chicken loaded fries. Definitely going back to try those.

Bite Me located inside the Reno Public Market is an incredible place to eat. With the vibe being so packed and people constantly coming on by, I felt like they hold up their own very well with their service and handing out their food in a timely manner! Here we have their DREAM FRIES that comes with Shrimp, Steak and the works. This right here is very delicious, packed with all kinds of hearty flavors and just gets the taste buds going with every mouth watering bite!! I enjoyed it very much and can not wait to come back and try something else out! I highly recommend checking out Bite Me inside the Reno Public Market. Fantastic service, tasty food, what more can you ask for!! Thank you very much guys!! If there was a "con", I would say just add a little bit more steak and shrimp for the price of $18.

The "Hoedown" (loaded) Fries: chicken, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, ranch, bacon and green onions.

We dropped by the Reno Public Market and my niece chose to get something from the Bite Me food stall because she lives fries. The menu is a little intimidating because there's so many options to choose from; we picked the "Hoedown" loaded fries: chicken, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, ranch, bacon and green onions. The service was friendly and we received our order pretty quickly. We read "loaded" fries on their menu but we weren't ready for the monstrosity we received; the portion was HUGE! It was enough to feed all four people in our party; saying the toppings were generous would be an understatement. Our plate of loaded fries was gorgeous, it was the envy of the whole food court, it was so pretty, and delicious to boot. We will definitely have to come back and try the other items on their menu.

Found this place among the many food joints in Reno Public Market. Our family loves us some fries so this is where we decided to eat out of all the places. We ordered 3 different kinds - hoedown, dream and pig pen! They all tasted great. Different but alike though. The prices were prettttttty steep for this. They range $16-$17 for these half Togo boxes. To me it's not worth it. The staff could also use some positivity and friendliness tips because they don't look happy to serve you nor take your order. Reno Public Market is a bit overrated to me right now but maybe another restaurant and experience could change my opinion.

Mardi Gras Sliders (1 of 2, couldn't resist) Comes with fries

Their food is delectable. I had the Mardi Gras Sliders, shrimp cake slider topped with bacon, spicy cabbage and lemon aoli. The spicy cabbage was the perfect little kick and the aoli balanced all the flavors out perfectly. The shrimp slider itself was stuffed with shrimp, juicy and the bell peppers gave it just the right texture. Their customer service was excellent. 10 out 10...would eat here again...and again...and again....

This is for their brick and mortar in the Reno Public Market! Okay this place is fire Mac and cheese creamy, smokey with small chunks of bacon, what was really nice is that it wasn't too greasy. The other picture is of the Rodeo fries the tritip was tender and chipotle aioli exquisite! The fries were crispy when you first order them so eat fast before the melted cheese takes over then you're going to need a fork and lots of napkins! Also worth noting if there's a long line don't let that scare you they are very fast and efficient taking your order and getting the food out to you A+++

My husband and I visited Reno Public Market and chose the Rodeo Fries at Bite Me... SO good!! Minus one star only because it took longer than we were expected for an off-meal time. We were there around 4:15 on a Saturday, and it took maybe 15 minutes for one order. That said, they were delish and I would go back. YUMMY!

If you have not tried this place OMG please to, nothing like some good loaded frys. I get half order because the full order is to much for me. Great menu u won't be disappointed. The price is worth it. Great people keep up the good job guys

I came across this food truck at the taco festival at the Sands Casino. If I had know they didn't have a yelp page, I would have taken more photos! However, their food is amazing and they deserved to be recognized for their quality!! Their food truck is described as Asian Latin fusion. We got the loaded fries with the braised pork for $9, and it was jam packed with flavor. The fries were covered in some sort of seasoning, yet weren't salty at all! The pork was smoked and juicy, and they topped it with cheese, home made spicy salsa and amazing guacamole. In fact, they had three trophies proudly displayed at their truck for "first place for guacamole"! I checked out their website, and it seems like they aren't out serving very often. However, if you find them, it's worth the search! I wish I knew how to find these guys more often!

limp garlic fries, warm to hot..that take 20-25 minutes to get.

So we are at The Reno public market and waited 20 minutes for garlic fries, to go with our delicious sandwich from Bone Appetit. my husband went back to the stand and inquired about where our fries were. The owner came up to him and told him they were making them right then. He tried to cancel the order but got push back with her telling him they are made for each order. Finally got them..we're they worth the wait. NOPE..not crunchy..soggy actually. They were hot. very disappointed with the quality. Better fries at in and out. Really a shame that a business who's sole food is french fries cannot hit them out of the park. Not even complaining about $10 for the fries..just the attitude and quality. 20-25 minutes..for sub par fries? Really?

two plates of food on a counter

Pig-Pen Mac! All you need to hear! I personally made a mistake, and Bite me totally understood and got me not only fries but the entire order of "Pig-Pen Fries" as well!

Delicious Jubilee Fries added jalapeños, and chipotle aioli.

Jubilee Fries were delicious I definitely want to go back soon for more! I highly recommend. The only thing I wish I had were a couple more shrimp!

Food was good but way too expensive. Had the mac cheese with brisket. Fries were good. Sliders were OK but much too expensive.

The portions were generous with plenty of leftovers to pack up in takeout boxes for enjoying for another day. My favorite three were the ahi tuna, the black cod and the brilliant asian/french mash up of red Bean Creme Brulee. I also need to mention, I loved the lamb tenderloin. I am not a big lamb fan, but this New Zealand lamb was tender and non-gamey. The owners did an outstanding job of timing the dishes and engaging with our group while also taking care of other diners including non event patrons getting getting take-out and inhouse menu dining. The space is very small, but even with and almost full house, it didn't feel cramped. Even though Kwok's is right across the street from where I live, this restaurant would be at the top of my list of "I would drive out of my way to eat here"

To start, you can't go wrong with the enthusiastic welcome we always receive. Then quickly seated and wine poured. The 2026 CNY menu was fabulous, with some great surprises. The ahi tartare portion anywhere else would have been a shareable appetizer. But each person was served a large portion of delicious fresh ahi. Mmmm this course and a glass of wine could be dinner alone any other evening. The soft creamy rich egg custard was hidden under a thick seafood gravy. I really enjoyed this unique dish. The miso black cod is always flaky and delicious. And the crab fried rice it's nestled on also never disappoints. The rich New Zealand stir fried lamb and shiitake mushrooms over pea shoots was a fabulous hearty dish on this chilly March evening. The braised short ribs were so tender no knife was needed, they flaked apart with the fork. And the e mein noodles were perfectly al dente. The dinner wrapped up with a crème brûlée that only Kwok's could pull off - red bean. Creamy smooth. Not overwhelming. The perfect burnt sugar layer on top. The regular menu is just as delicious. Small inside seating area, so recommend always make a reservation. In the summer there's a fabulous patio area out front. Limited street parking.

This place really stands out for both the quality of the food and the authenticity of the flavors. The dishes taste fresh and homemade, with the kind of balance of spice, sweetness, and flavor you expect from real Thai cooking, not watered-down versions. The curries are rich and flavorful, the noodle dishes are excellent, and the spice levels are done right if you like authentic heat. Our waitress Nid was great, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Overall, Moo Dang Reno is one of the best Thai food spots in Reno and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy authentic Thai cuisine.

I then had to fight to flag a waitress to ask for chili paste to get any heat in my entire dish. I like that there are veggies with it and the noodles have a good chew, but I've found zero dishes with anything near Thai spices here My partner got the pad thai, which was sickly sweet yet didn't taste like tamarind, fish sauce nor contain pickled veg. The wood ear in it was excellent, but I've never seen it in pad thai. The thai ice tea was good, maybe a bit heavy on sweetener. I don't understand the high ratings here, based pireh on food. Thai Chili has far better flavors, and is rated lower. The wait staff/food runners lacked politeness, and never checked if we enjoyed our food or needed anyone. Sans the person filling everyone's water, we were never checked on in any other capacity. The restaurant was a cacophony of noise and conversation, I had to lean across the booth to have any chance of hearing my companion. The noise level is overwhelming if you have sensory issues at all. The decor is pretty cool.

Usually the ones I've had in Asia are very savory. I've even had zha jiang mian in Alameda, California, and that version was savory, not sweet at all. At one point my husband even wondered if they might have accidentally used sugar instead of salt. The mapo tofu was also a bit too sweet. The best one was the beef noodle soup.
