These mini cupcakes are almost too good to eat, but then you bite into one and next thing you know, you're halfway through the box. The size is a plus, because it's indulgence without the accompanying guilt of a regular-sized cupcake. And the flavors, well...those are several pluses! (I can't choose between the chocolate,chocolate, chocolate and the citrus--get both!) These sweet treats come beautifully packaged and personally delivered by the owner (within a certain delivery radius, I believe). Not your clunky mounds of sugar, these. The petite size warbles class and makes them perfect for parties, showers, and outdoor events. Kimberley is in a league all her own. She delivered 8 dozen mini cupcakes for my husband's office birthday party and they were a huge hit. They were gorgeous, professionally packaged, delivered on time and with a smile, and out-of-this-world delicious. I'm not much of a sugar person, but I kinda had to have a moment alone after taking a bite of the mudpie. Holy moly. Ok let me start off by saying I use YELP quite but I've never written a review...so I think that alone tells you how special BiteSize Baking is. My parents wanted to surprise my sister for her birthday and send some form of dessert to her workplace. I was helping them out by looking on YELP, and when I saw all the great reviews for this company I decided to email Kimberley. Of course this was all last-minute and we needed the cupcakes delivered to her workplace in less than 2 days, so I was worried she wouldn't be able to fulfill my order. But no, within a few hours I received a friendly reply stating she would be happy to make the cupcakes for us. She was professional, flexible, and overall a pleasure to work with. Today she delivered 24 perfect mini red velvet cupcakes (plus a birthday message) to my sister's workplace in the requested timeframe and my sister (and her coworkers) loved them! These cupcakes looked too good to eat but they were also too tasty to stop. We ordered four dozen full-size cupcakes for a small birthday party because we couldn't decide among the many tempting flavors. Our guests (all boys) loved the Oreo. The runner up was Mississippi Mud. For more grown up tastes, my votes go to Peach Melba and Raspberry. My husband usually scrapes off the frosting to alleviate guilt, but not the frosting on these babies. Kimberly packs all the flavor in her frosting, which is neither too sweet nor too heavy earning her the Goldilocks "just right" endorsement. Her full-size cupcakes are a little smaller then regular full-size cupcakes elsewhere but I don't mind that. The cake is moist and flavorful. You can indulge and only feel half the guilt. Ordered 6 dozen mini cupcakes for my daughter's Sesame Street themed birthday party. Although she was already booked for the day of the event, she offered to bake and deliver one day prior, and she helped me choose flavors that would hold up ok. They were amazing!
