Came in on a Sunday at 3:15 p.m. and I brought my 83 year old mother. This is my first time back in…read morehere since it's rebuild. Atmosphere - The rebuild has done wonders , the place is very inviting and has multiple T.V. s around the entire restaurant and bar. It has a very wide open floor plan with minimal obstructions. It's very clean as you would think being it is practically new. Final grade = 8 out of 10 Service - our server was Amber and she was very nice and attentive. She was professional and made suggestions. With the food coming out hot and rather fast approximately 10 min after finalizing our order. Final grade - 9 out of 10 Food - Mom ordered the fried 4 piece chicken dinner. Her opinion was the coleslaw was on the sweet side but she ate it all. She said the chicken was enjoyable and moist in the inside with plenty of flavor. She also said the the mashed potatoes were real potatoes with some potato skin still present and the gravy having plenty of flavor. Her Final grade - 8.5 out of 10 stating the serving size was plentiful and the coleslaw being her only mediocre grade. ( As a side note take the slaw with an open mind after all she is 83) Food - I ordered the fish and chips - the fish was fried cod and the fries were hand cut style with the skin. The fish was a tad bit on the oily side and the fries were a good potion. The Brussel sprouts with a sweet spicy sauce had great flavor with a little kick, however the sprouts were over cooked and chewy. My final grade 7.5 out of 10 due to the oilyness of the fish and over cooked sprouts. Final overview- Yes I will be back and we had an over all good experience. When traveling down route 2 either headed to or coming from Cedar Point or the Islands it's worth a stop to grab a bite and stretch your legs. Don't let the gas station front stear you away. The restaurant is in the back and even if its under the same new building its definitely its own environment and has its own vibe!

While in the area for the Biggest Week I stopped by BlackBerry Corners for dinner 4 times. I had…read morethe burger twice, the pizza once and the fish basket once. All were delicious. The pizza was not what I expected. The cheese was on the bottom and there were so many toppings that without the extra cheese on top they didn't stay on because there was so much. So order the extra cheese even if you don't typically. The burgers were juicy and well seasoned. The fish was tender. The sweet potato fries were perfect. The "lifer" pie flavors were good with the rhubarb being my favorite. Service was good although at times we did have to wait extra long for our checks. It's your typical locals hangout until birding week. There is a bar area and a restaurant area. I recommend paying a visit!

Silverware (crusted ) hmmm 3 spoons later 7" pizza pd $16 was made incorrectly and had burnt crust. ( we were sitting near kitchen and I could hear the guy trying to figure out my pizza.) Took too long for a lunch service. No refill offered. Asked for to go container for pizza . Had to chop up pizza and stack it to fit in the small container. Pizza not a-lot of flavor too much crumbled sausage. Mostly tasted like mozzarella.

All of the food was amazing, but hands down the table favorite was honestly the whipped feta. It's what dreams are made of! It had a slightly spicy oil topper, and delicious crostini! The only note I would give, is that the bacon appetizer really needs to come with a steak knife for sharing. It was a little too hard to cut with just the butter knife. Steaks and sides are all prepared perfectly, the button mushrooms were a hit as well. I would completely recommend this restaurant to anyone, and will return again if I'm back in the area.

We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and the host asked if we'd like to sit in the bar where they offer the full menu. Saying yes was fine until the last 15 minutes. A better choice would have been to sit in the dining room. We started off with drinks, V ordered a Mai Tai, and I had a Tequila something or other. The drinks tasted good, if I were a betting person, I'd say that they touched the ice with alcohol, and that's about it. I don't drink very often, so I always know if a drink contains a meaningful amount of alcohol. They brought out a warmed puff bread. It was unique for sure, and tasted good too. Our appatiser was Lobster Tail served on a bed of vinegar-based coleslaw with miso or something similar. The flavors worked together fabulously. V's entree was a beef stir fry. He said it was ok, but nothing special. He also ordered the Smoked Gouda & Rosemary Mac & Cheese with bacon. That side dish was very tasty, but overpowered my entree, though it paired well with his beef. I had the Miso Halibut, which came over with Sweet Chili Bok Choy and Jasmine Rice. This entree had perfectly paired flavors; I'd certainly like to have it again. Our waitress was friendly and attentive; we couldn't ask for better service. Sitting in the bar wasn't a good idea as in the last 15 minutes a loud-mouthed womanizing man started sharing his conquests with six other people.
