I purchased a new eBike thanks to the Labor Day sale that Aventon was holding. While I had an eBike…read morealready, I had built that one myself from the box and was always a little concerned that it might collapse under me (I'm not the most handy of people...). Seeing that CyclErie was offering such a great deal in partnership with Aventon, AND able to build it there was an immediate go for me! I made an appointment so they would have the time to get it in from their warehouse and give it a little spin around the parking lot and alley, and less than 10 minutes later, I had her loaded up and ready to go home to take on more adventures. Staff was friendly, helped me with sending in my invoice info to Aventon to get some bonus free perks, had me download the app so I could unlock new max speeds, and recommended taking a picture by the balloon mural. Love the bike, love the town of Erie, and my husband was so impressed by their service that he just purchased and picked up his eBike from CyclErie so we can enjoy our adventures together!

Afterwards out of curiosity I read the reviews on here and one off the 1 star reviews said "not fun at all, left with bruises". We also left with bruises, the river was lower, we both got flipped off our tube at one point and both got a couple bruises. But we laughed the entire time and had the best time ever! For 2 ladies in their late 40's this was an adventure we will never forget!! 10 out of 10 would do and probably will do again next time we are in town.

Called a few other local shops and they were also booked out. I remembered seeing the Velofix van around, went online and booked an appointment for two days later. Jacob, the tech, showed up exactly on time and did an awesome job. No kidding, my bike is not only fixed, but riding better than it has for the last few years. I'll be using them again.

Bikes are in excellent condition with plenty of power for the many uphill inclines. Our 2.5 hour e-bike tour took us through much of Boulder countryside, downtown, CU, and along beautiful streams. The guide (Tanner) pointed out interesting places with history facts. We even stopped by the Mork-n-Mindy TV house :) There is option for a bathroom stop if needed on the route. You can pretty much use the power assist the whole time and not needing to physically pedal. We felt safe the whole experience and the e-bike tour is great for individual, families or groups.
