They always come to my rescue when I have done a lot of damage to my face. I have read great reviews and feedback about Yen, and she surely did not disappoint! Her professionalism is exceptional, and her skills are topnotch! I originally booked my appointment with Helen, but God sent me Yen. From the beginning of the session, she was very caring. She offered water/coffee as soon as I walked in. She politely asked if she can assist me with today's session, and I was so happy! I have been a member for many years, but I have not had the privilege of a session with Yen. She started by asking me my main concern, and she knew exactly how to help me. I have been dealing with maskne from needing to wear n95 at work for many hours. I also scar quite easily if I decide to help myself with my white heads and black heads. Yen spent a lot of time with my favorite parts of the session which are the extraction process and the post extraction (buzzing) machine. I felt like I had bonus treatments since she also took care of my neck and collar bone area as well when I told her about my upcoming big day! My skin definitely feels smooth and soft. I'm customer more than 5 years at this location and I keep renew my membership for facial services $450 for 6 times (buy 5 times get 1 time free ) no Agreement sign for one year service . Last year 4/29/2023 I was renewed my membership but I have family emergency so unable to continue to schedule to do facial every month. On April/2024 I was received the call from owner told me my membership is over for one year service (4/29/2023-4/29/2024) I explained to her what is my situation ? (I'm 5 years customer until now but this is first time I have problem) She agreed to give me an extension for another 3 months since the date I renewed my membership (4/29/2023-7/29/2024) . I thought she was very understand but then I had an appointment for a facial on April 7, 2024. She told me that today is my last day because she couldn't extend it any longer ( I lost 2 times service) On my membership she wrote down " extend to 7/24." But she erased it with "wipe out " I have proof . if you run the business without being honest so how can you succeed .. ?? Besides that I really like Ms. T, she do great and great that is reason I was 5 years customer . I will never come back again. This week was my second time making an appointment with Mimi and I am just as pleased with my experience and results as I was the first time. I am highly critical of many places who offer facials. There's often times too little attention to my skin and more attention to the esthetician's sales pitch in trying to sell a product. In A Nutshell: -The closest thing to getting a facial in Vietnam is Kanebo Skincare. The only difference is the price (which is now $60, from $50 vs. Vietnam around $10-15 USD). -The place is fairly small, but it's okay. They have great service and they are very on-time w/ their appointments. -I've been coming here for the past year or so and I feel like they improved the steps. -Since you have your eyes closed the entire time, it's hard to keep up with all the steps, but I really love the suction, the cold mask they put on you and all those face massages in between. -I HATE THE BLACKHEAD EXTRACTIONS. #painful Overall, if you want a healthy, shiny face then come over to Kanebo and the fantastic ladies will "squeeze" you in! read more

This place is excellent. Tracy did my facial today and it was a wonderful experience. The facials are almost 2 hour song for your first time but next session should be about only 1 hour . Tracy explains what is being done to your skin while putting on the products. She was gentle , the only thing that was a bit painful was the extractions but everyone goes through it beauty is pain :) . The extractions are painful and good because it gets everything nasty out under the skin which is a very good thing . I came here for a first time facial with my mom. I had Vi who was very nice and explained what she was putting on my skin as she put it on, and what to expect. They had soothing music playing in the background and she offered me a blanket. Vi made the blackhead removal as comfortable as possible by checking on me and patting/massaging the areas afterwards. I was very happy with the results, the whole process and the price. It was 75 minutes and included massaging. My mom had another lady whose name she didn't catch but she also enjoyed her experience. So I wanted to rectify the situation. A few weeks ago I wrote a 1 star review due to my bad experience with one of the technicians, who by the way no longer works there due to many other complaints by other costumers. The owner Yen did everything possible to get in contact with me. She went back into to her books/phone logs and found my friend's number. She then contacted my friend in order to get a hold me. She wrote me a long and sweet text message apologizing for what happened. I finally found some time to swing by to talk to her yesterday. After 30 minutes, I was convinced that Yen is not only adorably sweet, but extremely professional. I have never seen someone care about her business, reputation and overall costumer satisfaction the way that Yen does. She really does want everyone to walk of her place 100% or more satisfied. Her dedication to her craft and overall general knowledge are very admirable. She then offered to personally take care of my facial. 1hr with her felt like 2hrs. She is amazing. I almost fell asleep. I was not red and blotchy walking out, but was very refreshed. Today I woke up and felt great and looked great. People been asking about my skin all day. My skin is something that I am very self conscious about and you will probably never find me in public without makeup. However, all this changed after I left my facial extraction at Kanebo Skin Care. My skin never felt so good. I was able to continue on about my day running errands and wearing nothing but a light tinted moisturizer (which is somewhat of a huge deal for me). They take time in getting to know your skin. Vi surveyed and asked questions about my skin and then used products that would best fit my skin type. At the end of the facial, she nicely recommended products and services that would help improve the appearance of my skin. My facial included cleansing, exfoliation, a high frequency wand (to shrink my pores), vacuum extraction, hydrating mask, and a mini scalp & shoulder massage. At $60 dollars for 90 minutes- this is a steal! I'm excited to have discovered this place and plan to come again during the winter months for a chemical peel. I'm not giving this place a 5 star only because the woman there seemed a little old fashion. When I explained that my brows werent even, she seemed to throw a fit, and by the end we both came to a compromise. She was the expert and understand her intensions were good, she went based on my bone structure and guess one side of my face isn't even lol. But when your brows are totally different, you have to say something. She was able to tattoo my brows and they didnt turn out that bad, and the price $150 wasnt bad. Usually if you go to other places, they charge you $300. The last time I went to another place for $300, my brows didnt look as nice as it were done here. She makes them look as natural and not just lines. I'm going back for a touch up in a month, which is free! read more

The day after I had written my previous review, the owner of Kanebo, Yen, reached out to me to apologize for the experience I had had. Because my friend was the one who made the appointment, she called her to get my information. She wanted to reassure me that her customers should receive the service they pay for, and wanted me to come back for another facial done by her. I went back on Saturday, March 18th, and she was very apologetic. Because my first facial was not up to their standards, the facial I was getting was complimentary. We went over my skin type, and she thoroughly examined my face. She explained every process being done, and each product or mask being applied, and what it does for your skin. She would give me a heads up during the extraction process if it would be painful. Of course some were more painful than others. My skin did become irritated with some products/masks that were applied, but because I told her, she quickly removed it and applied a cooling/relief serum. So make sure you speak up if your skin becomes irritated or sensitive! Overall, I had a much more pleasant experience this time around. She gave me samples and told me how to best take care of my skin. My friend also came back with me to get her facial done by Tracy, and received the same great experience. read more

I've had two extraction facials done here by Tracy and Yen. Both experiences were superb and the best extraction experiences I have ever had. For anyone who's never had one before, that's saying a lot as they can be mildly uncomfortable. The pain that is to be expected was very tolerable and that is more than I could ask for when it comes to extractions. The technicians at Kanebo are clearly experienced and have addressed my skin concerns with such care. Each visit noticeably improved and seemed to reverse the effects of adult acne which left my skin scarred and dull feeling.
