First of all they say door-to-door pick up, I bought a high in Mercedes in the LA area to be delivered to Arizona. I was quoted $750 later on I found out I paid $200 to $300 too much with other companies calling me with quotes. They emailed me after I stupidly paid them ahead that my very expensive Mercedes would be picked up at the dealership on Monday and delivered to Arizona on Tuesday. The dealership called me on Friday in a panic as I had passed on the information the car will be picked up on Monday however, another transport company took it to a lot where it sat over the weekend, none of this was communicated to me by CAR-GO, I finally tracked down the guy ( luckily the dealer had all of this information) and he advised me it wouldn't leave his unknown lot until After the weekend on Monday! I called CAR Go and only got a recording that they were closed on the weekend so I had no communication or clarity on what was going on with my car. therefore, I was left with only communicating with the owner of this vacant where my Mercedes at. On Monday, it was picked up and I was assured by the driver it would be delivered Tuesday afternoon. To make a long story short, the driver did not want to drive to Tucson on Tuesday Contracted but finally showed up at 10 PM that evening. I I Iwould strongly recommend Anybody shipping a car to not use this company. They are not dependable. They do not provide real time tracking and basically could care less once they got your money. I immediately got a response from Asif with AZM Auto Shippers, and it was going to cost $1500. I then found out that this was the correct cost for this amount of travel. I needed the truck shipped within two days, so my son would have it in a week or so to drive to practices. Asif had the truck driver pick it up today as promised. The truck driver was also on time and very courteous. My son's truck should arrive in about 7 days. I know that sometimes there are delays, but I just wanted to post this review now, so in hopes that others do not get locked into fake offers from lying brokers.
