Truckit365 owes me $2585 as of April 22 2023 as I had to pay their driver to return my stolen RV for Truckit365 non payment to driver at time of drop off. RV owner hired and paid $3900 in full for all inclusive delivery, Truckit365 failed to pay driver at time of drop off , driver returned and stole my RV and refused to return the RV unless he was paid in full by 5pm April 22 2023. The RV owner was forced to pay Truckit365 driver $2585 by credit card for the return of his RV. Mitchell Truckit365 owner was kept fully informed as events unfolded but did nothing to pay his driver by credit card as I was forced to. Mitchell promised a full refund of $2585 back to my credit card within 72 hours to cover his costs for their driver. I have made several requests by email text and phone was promised payment back to my credit card and requested the transaction number visa issues to confirm refund since no refund had posted or was pending, that was 3 weeks ago since then Truckit365 has stopped communicating and has made no attempt to pay anything, turning a simple transaction of returning money that does not belong to him into a complicated fiasco that is snowballing into a complicated situation that will both cost him financially and damage to his reputation as to be trusted with any business dealings.. Sometime shortly after Mitchell got on the road, he discovered one of the trailer tires was bad. He found a farm supply store, found out the price and called to get my approval to replace both tires. He replaced the tires and his work was never added to my bill (of course I paid for the tires) He regularly called to keep me apprised of the trip. Upon arrival for vehicle pick up it was obvious they both cared about the vehicles they transport like they were their own. They have very nice and well kept equipment had a well thought out plan to load all 3 vehicles. They loaded and secured them with care, showing me exactly how they were secured. Delivery was smooth. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. After booking "Mitchell Keller" through a broker for this company, he gave me a bid to move my home (5th wheel) over 300 miles to Oregon. He called me and was overly complimentary as I was a nurse during Covid..."We appreciate you, blah blah blah! We will take care of you." I am always a little skeptical of people who are extremely schmoozy, but he promised he would get my home to me on Thursday 3/18. I had given them a range of 3.14 to 3.19. This was the last day I could be out of my RV space as someone else was moving into that spot. Communication up to setting the date was clear. I wrote down Thursday, 3.18 the minute he said it to me. On 3.11, I didn't hear from him as promised so I called the broker who was able to talk to both of us. Mitch said at that time he didn't tell me 3.18 but rather Friday. I knew that was incorrect, but I said ok, Friday would work. I was feeling a little uncomfortable bc he didn't communicate with me like he said he would, but the broker company had good reviews, so I decided instead of heading up to OR early, I would wait until he got there to pick up the RV. I messaged him that and received no response. On 3.15 I asked if he had gotten my messages and I got no response until I called broker company. (I am not naming them here bc they were not the problem. They tried to make this work). He then messaged me that he was on the road and would call me later....NO CALL. On Thursday before the pick up on Friday, I had still heard nothing. I messaged him to ask if he had an eta for Friday...I get a message back stating "I do not know as of now, My truck is getting a DEF system flush tomorrow".....and again silence. I then call the broker company as I was really starting to doubt that my home would make it to OR. They reassured me that he would be there. I decided to head to OR on Friday am as I had to be there and the rig was all packed up and ready to go. At 8am, I messaged photos of the RV and where Mitch could find the key to access the battery should he need to. At 11am I got a text from Mitch AGAIN telling me "unfortunately due to these circumstances(whatever that was), I am not going to be able to get this picked up today. What I can do is when I get my truck over to Northern CA this weekend, I can have it picked up and I'm willing to cut the rate in 1/2". I asked what day on the weekend and explained someone was moving into my spot on Friday. I was really nervous now and call the broker...very anxious. They said they would call and within minutes I get a call from Mitch. He is apologizing over and over and stating he thought I was someone else and again the compliments to me being a nurse started piling on. I was sick to my stomach, but he had my home in his grasp if he wanted it. He said he was "waiving ALL FEES" bc of how much he appreciated me and I "would not have to pay 1 penny on delivery". I started crying and he said as soon as he hung up he was going to send a group text to me and his driver who was "heading to CA and would have my RV picked by noon the following day" He then promised to call me that night to let me know where things were. You guessed it....no group text and no phone call. I texted him that night to see where things were...and he responded "I am waiting to hear from my driver. I haven't heard anything as of yet" On Sat AM I asked what the word was. "Ill check" And nothing for hours. At 10 and noon I asked again...nothing. So I called dispatch at the broker and they couldn't get hold of anyone either. Then at 1230 I get a text from Mitch "Unfortunately we not not be able to get possession until Monday. I have pulled every string possible. If the broker needs to find another carrier, I understand (YOU UNDERSTAND???) but I can assure you we can grab it on Tuesday without issue and have it there on Tuesday evening. Please let us know. I contacted the broker and they guaranteed me this man will never drive for them again. "He has been blacklisted" Please be aware of this man...I am not sure of the company as a whole, but there is another review on Mitch. And that was 3 years ago. I am surprised he still works for this company as our reviews are pretty identical with the issues. He acts like a some sort of manipulator...charming his way through awful behavior. BEWARE! We had a slide in camper transported from northern CA to Denver, CO. 365 is one of the only companies that will ship a slide in camper! They are life savers. Arguably the WORST logistics manager on the face of the earth. All started out great with Mitch being an excellent and professional communicator as well as having a VERY aggressive price. I had a trailer custom built and the trailer company is actually the one that recommended TruckIt365 (Mitchs' company). Initially, I told Mitch that he could use my trailer to help carry other shipments (ones that were already 'booked') on his route to my place. He picked the trailer up on 4/7 and was to deliver on 4/9. Mitch was supposed to provide photos immediately upon pick up (via text) before leaving the yard. I texted Mitch asking how things went and letting him know I am flexible for drop off times. He then asked if he could drop off Wednesday 4/12, i said that was fine. Monday, 4/10 I get a text saying there was a delay and asked to move the delivery date to the weekend, reluctantly I agreed and said it was important for me to receive it either Friday or Saturday because Sunday was Easter Sunday, at which point I requested instead of Sunday evening could we do the drop off Monday 4/17 early AM. Mitch agreed and I blocked off my morning schedule to accommodate that, no further communication until 4/14 (Friday before drop off) where I had left voicemail and requesting an update. The text stated he was over booked and headed to Mass. I tried calling several times and no response. SO at this point I am expecting my trailer Monday morning. On Easter Sunday I get a text saying the delivery before mine cannot be accepted until Tuesday 4/18 (pick up in NY), which means my trailer won't be on its wait until at least late Wednesday night 4/19. At this point 12 days has gone by since my trailer has picked up, communication is degrading and my trust in this man to deliver my trailer has gone completely out the window. I reach out to the trailer company that recommended him and that I paid for the freight and they are BLOWN away... They have never had an issue with him, but they started using TruckIt365 because he was local and reasonably priced. On Monday 4/17 our texts go from iMessages to traditional (non iMessages). I start to worry this man ripped me and my trailer folks off!!! All my calls are going straight to VM and he is not answering my calls... I informed the trailer company, they make contact and inform me he is not only still alive, but he has made 3 recent deliveries for them between GA and Mass and GA and NY since the previous Thursday!!!! You know, when he was supposed to be on the road with my trailer. But in their communication he promised the trailer company he would deliver my trailer by Thursday 4/20 at the absolute latest Here comes 4/19 a txt at 1am, that he is dropping off a trailer in NY and headed to pick mine up, asking yet again to change teh delivery date from 4/20 to 4/21 (AGAIN!!!!!!!!) and NO responses to text messages after.. At this point I tell him I will report the trailer as stolen if he does not respond within the hr. I get a prompt response and phone call. "i know you are upset, blah blah blah"... So he commits to a Friday evening delivery. At some point Thursday 4/20 I called to ask where they were and the response I got was "headed north".. I ask where, very sketchy and vaugely he says "Tennessee" Having been raised in Kentucky with MANY friends and family in TN I know he should be atleast 13hrs out (KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THURSDAY AFTERNOON) so I am optimistic my delivery will infact arrive on Friday. (4/20) Thursday night at 9pm CST, i text asking for another update as I have not heard from him on their ETA or status. He informs me they STILL have to get the trailer for their 'Warehouse' and will be leaving Friday morning at 6:45am ( its a 19hr one way drive). With the rules and regulations on how long one can drive commercially, that trip just got broken up into two different stints, one at 12hrs then required rest and the remaining 7. That puts us to mid day Saturday at this point. At this point I ask when the delivery would be, he indicated still Friday night ( not possible) he states he will "look over" FMCSA regulations in order to get it to me. I express for the safety of him and my trailer, I would prefer if he stopped and just got here safely with my trailer. So instead of pushing to get here Friday evening at 1030 (which i expressed i wasn't comfortable accepting the trailer at that hour) I asked for a 7am Saturday Delivery, he agreed. By this time I called the trailer dealership to let them know we are making headway and if it wasn't for their awesome customer service and taking it one step further I don't know I would have ever gotten a response from Mitch. I end up talking with the owner of the company as the sales rep I normally dealt with wasn't in the office. He blows a darn gasket once he found out I still haven't received my trailer. I contacted Mitch from Truckit365 on April 24th to arrange transportation of my trailer from Arizona to Washington State. I needed the trailer delivered by March 17th, and Mitch and I were able to agree on a price. Mitch told me that he as able to adjust his schedule and would be able to deliver my trailer well before the 17th. Mitch sent me a Bill of Lading which I signed and sent back. After the initial communication, it became very hard to get in touch with Mitch. As it got closer to the pick-up date I continued to try to get in touch with him, and on the rare occasions that he would respond, he would never answer the question of when he would pick up the trailer. It is now March 17th and I have had no contact with Mitch for over a week. I have had to pay to put my trailer into storage. Mitch is not honest or trustworthy. I believe he agreed to moving my trailer as long as a better deal didn't come up. He is obviously comfortable agreeing to a deal that he knows he may not complete, and then avoiding communication once he knows he's not going to follow through. If you are considering using Mitch and TruckIt365, be warned that your experience may be as bad as mine. There are honest, reputable businesses that will stand by their word and not lie about their intentions. read more

* the owner, agreed to pick up a shipment of three pallets for me from Nashville TN to California. I sent in my deposit promptly, but unfortunately they never showed up. On more than six occasions in two months they said they were coming to pick up my stuff. They even wrote up a contract with a pick up date. I paid workers to stay late so they could help load the shipment multiple times, but TRUCKIT never showed up. They blocked my phone number and I could only reach them if I called from another phone and acted like I was a different person. They were hardly apologetic, and acted like they didn't know what was going on. Eventually they said the were refunding my money and going to ship the stuff for free. Three weeks later the refund hasn't come, and they haven't picked up my stuff. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND HIRE A PROFESSIONAL SHIPPING COMPANY. read more
