I had never heard anything about this place before , however, the outside of the restaurant doesn't look like anything special but the moment you walk inside, it looks like someplace where people would go when they're on vacation. It's bright and cheerful and lots of photographs and decor. Someone took some heavy thought and a lot of time to decorating this place. I absolutely love it. It's clearly a nice festive place to be. They have a very inviting bar, which looks very friendly and fun. They have many tables and some booths. They also have outside seating. They sell their own Chuy shirts, and if you wear your Chuy shirt into the restaurant, you get a discount on another shirt! When we went to lunch at 1:30 on Wednesday, it was not busy. They did have some business, however. We were greeted promptly and kindly and seated in a booth. It wasn't too long before chips came with two types of salsa; one looked like pico de gallo and the other one looked like a jalapeño cream dip. I would've loved to have tasted that, but it goes against my dietary restrictions, but I can tell you that pico de gallo was great! And the chips were nice and crispy. We were provided with place settings that each were in their own individual envelope sealed with a little sticker and labeled "sanitized"; I liked that. I ordered shredded chicken crispy tacos with rice and beans and my husband ordered shrimp tacos and a margarita. My tacos were great. I really loved the tortilla. They obviously take a corn tortilla, shaped it themselves and cook it before they fill it and the extra care could definitely be tasted. The rice and beans were good, But I really liked the tacos best. My husband said his shrimp tacos were good too. The prices were quite reasonable. My taco plate was $12. I'm really glad I visited this restaurant today and I will definitely be back to try out more of the menu! I highly recommend you visit it.

Came in for a birthday dinner. Table of 5…read more We placed our order for some drinks and one appetizer. food came out however we didn't get small plate for our chips/salsa and queso that we ordered. so we were having to reach across tables dripping dip all over- finally the waitress came back and we got some plates. We had to flag her down to place our order. order came out quick and food was good, as to be expected! I got the veggie enchiladas with boom boom sauce and the green chili rice. the texture of the rice was a bit like mush- but flavor was great! the inside of the enchilada was lacking veggies and just found a bunch of peppers - I like peppers but would have preferred more mushrooms or zucchini or really anything additional . I had a frozen strawberry marg which was fabulous. here comes the check- she asked if we wanted all separate or together . everyone except the birthday girl opted for a check for thier own order- disappointed to find out the waitress decided to split the queso 4 ways when it's not something that was ordered as a group- it's something one person wanted and ordered- I don't eat meat and the queso had meat and I got stuck paying for it. it was only a few bucks so we opted to all pay it and get out of there but I think the waitress should have verified before splitting the queso as only 2/5 of us ate it. overall i would come back as I like the drinks, nachos and enchalads here. The mishaps weren't a major issue but could have been a better expierence. forgot most pics but featured here are the veggie enchilada plate with boom boom sauce

The bartenders are sweet and nice and very customer service above. Be happy hour Monday through Friday. The pizza is amazing here. And may have also special drinks that are very tasteful. I recommend the espresso martini here. It's located right across from Perry Steakhouse-green garage. For a happy hour event or watching a sport this is the place to go and they have numerous table and numerous TVs. It does have an outside patio bathrooms are clean and everyone's just very friendly.

To start off we placed our order and at the same time asked the waitress for extra chips for our app not minding if we had to pay extra. Waited a while for the food to come out, when it did they forgot the chips and by then the appetizer had already gone cold so we didn't bother. The tacos were okay except for the cheese that gets melted on the tortilla on one of them , it just tasted very greasy. The rice and beans that it came with were not good at all, not sure if you're able to tell in the picture but that rice was burnt, half of it was inedible, hard burned rice and the beans were cold. My fiancés fettuccine was too salty and she left 80% of it untouched. The only upside besides the other server who took our order and forgot our chips, our original server was friendly and nice. The drinks were the best thing here and the only thing worth the money. Everything else was not worth the money or hype.

Clearly, not at all, because the place was packed. Either at capacity or about to go over. We secured a little standing spot at the bar and enjoyed our little brews. As we looked up at the TV, the original Leprechaun movie was playing. The staff were very friendly and moving around at the speed of light to get everyone their green dyed beers. There was over an hour wait for food due to how obviously busy a bar is on International Wear Green and Drink Beer Day, which didn't concern us because we had already eaten. For everyone else, sucks to be them. Our Guinnesses were good, and I really have no complaints. The location is quite narrow, but they make the most of it. There is a ton of beers to choose from, but I only had the Guinness because, well, celebrating a commercialization of Irish culture. Overall it does seem like a cool little spot and I could see myself coming back for a beer in the future. The Leprechaun movie was lit too. I'M SO GREEN RIYL: Brass on tap? idk

I went to the bar and ordered (no wait staff at the tables). I ordered the Fish-n-Chips w/ a Pearl Snap, my date had the Biggy BBQ Mac Burger with a Dragon Fruit Daiquiri. For the positives: our drinks were very good, hard to mess up a draught beer, but it was not flat & just cold enough. She absolutely loved the daiquiri, side note- she's with me so standards aren't super high. Bar staff were super helpful and attentive, patio was very chill and secluded from the other spots surrounding it. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like vomit. Negatives: My fish and chips were below expectations. Their grease was entirely too hot and it was flash fried causing the batter to be too crispy and the fish was piping hot. The selection of cod was not good either most of the pieces were blackened meat and the chips were crinkle cut fries, a letdown. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be going back but in a pinch it won't make you sick.
