This is a great location, and was happy to be back to visit. This location is close to work, and working from home we don't get by here as often. The selection is fantastic, there are 1/2 off specials in the afternoon, and also late night. Can't beat the service, the offering, the quality, and the ambience of BJ's. We used to frequent this location all the time - Courtney in the bar was amazing. This was my first return since they had a menu change - removing items we enjoyed in the bar HH. I arrived first from my party and since I was alone they said they weren't allowed to seat me as the wait staff would "have to do a lot of walking". WHAT? So, I waited ~20' for someone else in my party of a total of five to arrive so I would be allowed to sit. I dine in groups often and this has never happened before. What a way to lose money on drinks as well as aggravate your customer. Even better, while I sat on a bench waiting to be allowed to sit, numerous servers kept coming up to the hostess stand to chat. I guess this is acceptable walking. ‍ Once allowed to sit, I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad. The lettuce was about 30% wilted and brown. There were perhaps three broken croutons and the chicken was not an actual chicken breast, but a processed, rubber tasting chicken. I ate maybe a quarter of it and left - early. Just like I arrived. I will never return after this experience. We used to go so often the bar staff knew our order when we sat and put it in. What a difference! So disappointing!! read more

I've given this restaurant two chances now through Uber Eats, and both times they forgot to include one of the entrées I ordered. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a meal and then not even receive it. I had to go through Uber to request refunds each time, which is a hassle and not what I should have to do just to get the food I paid for. I don't understand how an order can go out missing something as important as a main entrée--twice in a row. Very disappointing. read more

Called to order the barbecue chicken pizza in the large size for pick up. OMG, worst pizza experience ever, and it was pricey! Ordered extra cheese, and paid the fee for it, but there was hardly any cheese. Like a tiny bit just in the middle. The pizza was mostly crust, and it was so dry, it's like they put 1 tablespoon of sauce on the entire giant pizza and tried to spread it around. Also paid for roasted garlic, and there was maybe two micro pieces of roasted garlic on the entire thing. It was basically just a giant chunk of crust for over $40 and most of it went in the garbage because we did not feel like just sitting there chewing on crust with nothing on it. Food is good, albeit pricey. When ordering takeout, they often forget to include sauces that come with the order like peppered bbq for sirloin and ranch for bone-in wings. What's the point of offering curbside pickup when they're too lazy and slow to come out and often don't. You get a text that they're packing the food 7 minutes ago and then an additional 10 minutes of waiting after checking in, and they still haven't brought the food out. It was Sunday afternoon with not a lot of cars. Check-in is also clunky. You go to your text, which opens up the browser, which opens the app just to check in. It's designed to maximize click traffic to their website and app instead of convenience. In comparison, Domino's sends you a text, you send a text back, then you turn on your hazard lights and wait. They also bring your order out much faster. read more

I figured a $20.00 and wings would be enough for a late night meal for her and my mother-in-law. Yet, I received a children's size pizza and soggy wings. Sure I factored in the delivery time and didn't expect anything to be hot, BUT to receive a $20.00 pizza and $20.00 wings that an American kid could inhale was disconcerting. As consumers our nickels & dimes matter, so when you overprice and undersize, I have an issue. The presentation was poor and I was highly disappointed because I love buying food for my wife. It is gifting but when your visual presentation is not received now you are deceiving your customers with no care. Sure make money as a business but it should be done with the intent of retention. Super busy parking lot. We ended up parking in the plaza parking lot and walking over. It just was less stressful at the moment. Our group of ten were seated promptly. The food was hot and tasted good. I don't remember what everyone got. The waiter.... I think his name was Jason.... Was super sweet. I need to file a complaint. I was in last weekend We ordered 2 entrees and I ordered a strawberry dackari. The waitress asked me if I wanted a virgin? I said no, puzzled. So she brought the drinks ( I had splurged because I had a gift card and I usually don't order drinks but thinking oh this is on my daughter cheers to our Mother's Day. When the waitress brought the drinks I noticed that my drink was quite sweet and didn't taste or smell of any alcohol. I drank 1/2 of it and I know it didn't contain any alcohol and didn't feel any different usually feel relaxed and a little buzz by then. I asked the waitress "is there alcohol in this"? She said "oh yes". But I know there wasn't and told her I couldn't taste it. She was clueless! A drink is over $10 and she knew we had a gift card. Why wouldn't she give me what I had ordered? I just don't understand? I'm 64 and should be able to order a drink if I want one? I wrote yesterday but no one responded to me... I know you probably this is nothing, but the more I think about it... I was the paying customer. I have since called 3 different managers and talked to all of them personally. they said they would get back to me with a resolution and absolutely nothing! To be honest, visiting BJ's was not the plan. I've been to a couple different locations over the years and just never had the desire to go back. If you're a craft beer connoisseur this may be a place for you. I was able to get a Stella draft but otherwise that was about as close as you are getting to an American standard light beer. Unfortunately a pint of Stella was $9. Quite shocking. The restaurant is clean, modern and spacious. Plenty of TVs and looks like during the week they have a decent happy hour. Staff was very professional and prompt on their service. I did overall enjoy the visit. My plan was to eat. But holy cow the menu is expensive. Chicken sandwich was like $16. Soup and salad was $13. Appetizers were minimum $12. I ended up with a "starter" salad wedge. Wow, it was exactly what I had hoped for. Blue Cheese, bacon, tomatoes. Cool, crisp lettuce. Mmmmmmmm. And cheaper than a beer! Let me first by saying I love this restaurant! I usually am not a fan of chains.. we live in a city where there are SO many unique places to choose from, but when I want a well known spot, I go to BJ's. I love this spot for many reasons: 1. They brew their own beer. (My favorite is the Jeremiah Red. They do have lots of other choices that are not their own as well. 2. The PIZZAS! Omg so good. My go to is the Great White, and I add artichokes to it. Get the deep dish, the crust is out of this world! 3. Dessert! I am not a sweets person, but I always make room for pazookies! Each pazookie is a baked warm cookie in a deep dish pan with ice cream on top. I always get the cookies and cream pazookie because it also comes with cookies and cream mousse, so it's like a bonus dessert. When I'm not in a pizza mood, I usually get the parmesan crusted chicken. I have no idea what they do to that chicken, but it's delicious. Make sure you sign up for the rewards club, you get a free pazookie when you do. read more

When BJs first opened I didnt really like them. However, as I've gotten older and wiser, my tastes have changed. For my most recent visit, we went with family to celebrate a birthday. Our server was great and kept up with us the entire time we were there. She even made some menu recommendations and asked of we were celebrating anything. She took our drink and app orders, which were promptly filled. She then took our main course orders, I had the steak and chicken combo with mash and green beans. Wife had the chili and my daughter had chicken tenders. Everything came out as expected and was cooked and seasoned well. I think my only gripe is that the menu is really extensive. It's nice to have choices, but too many can make it difficult. My philosophy is to do 50% of everything at 100%, not do 100% of everything at 50%. Luckily, I haven't run into the bad parts yet! Just had the worst dining experience ever. The waitress knocked my drink over spilling into my lap while setting the food down. She never apologized once, she set the rest of the food down on another table and ran away. 3 minutes later she brings a towel to try to get the rest of the soda off the table and gave me another for my soaked pants. I then ask to get boxes so I can leave, obviously because who the hell wants to sit in sticky wet pants. And then after they said they were getting boxes they stopped and got the order for the table next to us. WHY WOULD YOU LET ME SIT THERE WITH WET PANTS. We just moved to the area and after traveling/eating fast food for for a few days, this was a much needed great sit down dinner! We were able to sit right away. The staff was very courteous. We immediately ordered a flight for my husband and i to split, along with the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both came very quick! I love that they have healthy options. It's become such a pain to go eat anywhere with my family because I like to keep it somewhat "light" and my husband and son on the other hand, would eat a triple cheeseburger every single meal, if they could. I got the Mahi Tacos which came with a salsa and an avocado sauce. The avocado/lime sauce is to die for! They don't use dried up corn tortillas, which is a relief. The Brussel Sprouts were perfectly charred, a bit sweet with a kick from the sriracha. They have a million options. Whatever you want to eat, they have it. The menu goes on forever. I know it's a chain and it not fancy but I do like BJ's. Typically the service is really good and the food is consistent. My go to is the shrimp quinoa and a side of the brussels sprouts. The flatbread, soups and pazooki are all really great too. They brew their root beer in house and have a lot of beer selections too. Service is always great. I wish they had some outdoor seating though. read more

Bj's food is really delicious. The flavor is great and the portions are plentiful. The biggest issue I have is they NEVER get my curbside order right. I mean never. I'm missing a whole potato tonight. They packed the sour cream, but no potato. We order the ribs special every Thursday for the last few month (BJ's check my record). You've left off the kids meal drink or the dessert or the ice cream and this week the potato every single week. I call, you're apologetic but it keeps happening. I can no longer support this back and forth order. Someone needs to do order control and it shouldn't be me in my car for every curb side pickup. Unfortunately, you've lost a consistent customer. Order # 186 Caesar Salad and French Fries along with Order # 334 for a Great White Pepperoni. My order was # 3802D for a Gluten Free Pizza with Bacon, Jalapeños and roasted garlic, Spicy Boneless Wings and Hibiscus Tea. I call the BJ's this was delivered from and I get, "We gave the right order to your Uber Driver, it's their fault, sorry!" Stopped here for lunch this past week while visiting one of our plants in the area. The thing I love about BJ's is the large number of options on the menu. The restaurant was not that busy. Our server was friendly and the food was good. I had a new item on the menu the Kickin Chicken sandwich. It was decent. Came here the other day when they opened. The server was great. He had a few hiccups here and there but that's understandable due to our large group. However, the food was still cold by the time it got to our table. I was highly disappointed because we paid about $90 for our food. Please explain why my daughter's chicken tenders with fries tasted better than my fresh Atlantic salmon with rice and broccoli. I was better off ordering the tenders and calling it a day.
