On our last morning in St. Pete, a group of us ended up here for breakfast. If you've ever visited St. Pete, you know a good meal is definitely necessary after a long weekend of late nights. I honestly wasn't that hungry, but with a three-hour drive home ahead of us, I figured I should eat something. I ordered the classic breakfast with hash browns, scrambled eggs, sugar-cured fried bacon, and a biscuit. Everything was cooked well, and it definitely hit the spot. My husband ordered the wings, and the second they arrived, I wished I'd ordered them instead. I helped myself to one, and they were honestly some of the best wings I've ever had. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked--they completely stole the show. I also ordered a Bloody Mary, which was pretty good and paired nicely with breakfast. The service was friendly, the location is in a great spot, and our group had a wonderful time. Overall, no complaints at all. I'd definitely come back, especially for those wings! read more

Came here for Happy Hour for some before dinner apps and drinks with a big group. Despite everyone trickling in, the service was great with everyone getting easy refills and orders in. Patio was super nice in the March weather. The Beer Wall is really fun with a ton of options. Do not necessarily rely on the tap list on their website, as it was slightly different than what was actually available but still plenty of good beers. Love that you don't have to have a whole pint of something and only pay for what you pour. Happy Hour food was really good with the buffalo pizza, the pickle fries, and the pretzel crusted tuna. Everything was done well and came out fresh. If you're looking for a nice casual spot in downtown St. Pete would give this a try. read more

Oak and Stone is such a fun spot for brunch or anytime throughout the day. They do offer bottomless mimosas during brunch however they're $25 for 45 mins so we opted to just get cocktails off their regular menu. I got the citrus kick which is light and refreshing. I actually got a few of them, one had salt on the rim which I liked while the first 2 I got did not, so some inconsistency there but a good drink regardless. To eat, I got the sun kissed ahi tuna bowl; wow I was impressed! The tuna was tasty and had a pretzel crust which is unique. The pineapple paired nicely and was refreshing. Combined with the quinoa and spinach this felt like a really healthy tasty option. I've also gotten the winger pizza, clucker pizza, farmer and the pig, and buff chicken bowl before here and liked everything. The tuna bowl is definitely my new favorite though. My date got the boss plate and also a waffle which I tried and was sweet and fluffy and good. They also offer a beer wall where you get a wristband and pour beer yourself. Getting a flight here is a fun option to try different beers. They do get busy during brunch so making a reservation or allowing extra time in your schedule in case there's a wait is a good idea. read more

First off, love the idea of the beer wall and being able to just get up and refill and pick your drink each time yourself. I think it makes for an easier experience and allows you sample prior to filling your whole cup up. The atmosphere is a nice social bar/restaurant vibe for a chill night to have a few drinks, food and watch whatever sport is currently playing. The margherita pizza was good because the crust was thin and crispy and it was just the right amount of food. read more

Made pickup order because online wasn't working. Didn't realize until I got there, it was some 10 year anniversary day and it was packed. Tried to sit at bar to have drink while waiting and waited about 10 minutes to be recognized even though bartender saw me immediately. He was waiting on a part of 5 who ultimately didn't tip, but I can't super blame them. Expecting a tip without good service isn't good practice. Definitely underprepared for the busy day and bar. Now to the to go. Got back to my hotel room with no napkins and no silverware to eat my meal, so I had to use my hands. Order wasn't correct and the grouper sandwich was so fishy, I'm not even sure how to describe but , no. Has to be cheap frozen fish. Definitely was hopeful, but today wasn't the day. read more

I hadn't been here in a year, and after spending an afternoon at The Arts and Crafts Movement Museum, so, we decided to stop in for an early dinner. We didn't do the brews (but that's very much a thing here that's phenomenal!). We ordered the Farmer & Pig and the Blackened Hot Honey Wings. The food was out of this world! The staff was super friendly, accommodating our request for a booth and a few other things. Definitely a nice spot to eat and catch whoever was playing (FIFA World Cup). read more

Great spot to get dinner before seeing a show at Jannus Live across the street, although that made it a bit risky since I didn't want leftovers. Came for the pizza but ended up getting chicken schnitzel sliders since they were seasonal and our (super nice) server raved about them. I feel like on the first one I was like wow these are amazing and then as I was on the third one the excitement had diminished a bit lol. The chicken schnitzel was perfectly crispy and nice and juicy on the inside, just wish the pieces were a tiny bit smaller? And the toppings were great too, could've used more of the sauce but I was impressed with the slow cooked bacon jam. My friend got fries with homemade ranch that I tried and that was also pretty good. The inside was way bigger than I thought and the outside had plenty of seating in the shade. Didn't try anything on the beer wall but it looked fun and my friends' cocktails looked good. We came around 5:15 on a Saturday night and there was a tiny wait for indoor seating but none for outdoors. Need to come back for the pizza!! My friend got the plain cheese pizza which came loaded with basil which I love so that's already a great sign. read more

The location is great. It's all glass windows so you get a great view. TV's everywhere playing football, super chill spot. The bar wall is a great concept. They give you a card, you go pick a beer to try and it charges you per ounce. We loved being able to try small samples of different ones until we found one we loved. The food was good. The egg rolls were AMAZING and would definitely get again. The sauce it's served with was great. However we felt like the pizza lacked flavor. We expected a kick from the hot honey but we actually didn't taste it at all. I saw the table next to us got wings and those looked amazing. Might have to try that next time because we did not enjoy the pizza. The dough/crust itself is good just lacked flavor. We got sat pretty quick, food came out at a decent time. Our server was MIA a lot of the time. We contemplated walking out (kidding) because we were waiting so long for her walk by so we could ask for the check. Overall good spot and will come back when in town read more

The location of this place downtown really helps it out, right in the middle of the action. This is a spot made for drinking. One of the only spots left in the city that does a bottomless brunch, and the beer wall makes for some fun times to be had here. They did not skimp on those mimosas. The food is decent enough that I don't mind coming back. Tbh I just want the Fun Guy pizza, it's delicious. Service is friendly and helpful (I was lowkey confused by the beer wall at first but they have an attendant there to give you recommendations and help you out). It's a pretty safe bet if you're looking for a spot to go as the menu has pretty standard options. Can be a little pricey, but as I've said before, that's the name of the game these days and given the location it's understandable. 7.5/10 read more

Oak and stone is a cute spot, but my overall experience was just okay. Our host was kind and my party only waited about 10 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night. We ordered and our food was put in quickly. We didn't have to wait long, but our server was kind of short with us. Not mean or anything but definitely not friendly. 16 dollars for a 10 in pizza was expensive and the food was just okay. Good but not anything special. I was very excited to try this restaurant because I saw the beer wall on TikTok and was surprised that they also had ciders and wine. There is really something for everyone. When I arrived, I stood at the entrance for over 10 minutes before I was approached by an unfriendly waitress who seemed like we were bothering her. Once we sat down, we took advantage of the 9 p.m. to close deals and got a pizza, pretzel, and the wings. The wings were definitely our favorite, the sauce was really good. The wall is a really cool concept, just on the pricier side. My glass of beer was $9 with 25 percent off because of the happy hour deal. I recommend visiting, just be prepared to wait. read more

The service was really. Great location in the center of all the nightlife. We enjoyed the food.

Overall I enjoyed Oak and Stone. The cocktails are more on the sweeter side but this is a beer place so this was to be expected. The pizza was surprisingly good! I really enjoyed the white pizza and for protein we added the roasted chicken that was the perfect addition as recommended by our server. The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were also very tasty I just wish they would serve them already cut. Service was quick for being so packed on a busy Saturday afternoon! We visited Oak & Stone for brunch. I've been to the Bradenton location before and had a great experience. I love their pour your own beer setup and tasty burgers. Unfortunately, this location didn't live up to those expectations. Maybe we just came on the wrong day or brunch isn't their strong suit. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which was disappointing, small, overpriced, and lacking flavor. The service was friendly but slow and not very attentive, which made us stay much longer than we planned. Overall not a bad experience but also nothing mind blowing. Oak & Stone has some real competition with brunch in St Pete. read more

I have been here a few times. The first was for beer, snacks and to watch basketball games. This place has an open and roomy feel - high ceilings, plenty of space, nice vibe overall. Plus, I love their wall of beer - what a cool feature. They have about 48 different brews, ranging from light to dark and you can try as many as you want without committing to a full glass. You are given a wristband that tracks how much beer you pour, and you are charged accordingly. The other two times were for lunch. I've had the crispy grouper BLT, the grouper was crusted in cornflakes and topped with candied bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch. I also tried the Voodo chicken sandwich, crispy buffalo chicken topped with chips, tomato, lettuce and ranch. Both were great, but the grouper BLT slightly edged out the chicken for me. The meat-to-bun ratio is impressively generous - my chicken and grouper practically spilled out of the bun. Just a heads up - these are messy sandwiches - think 5-napkin messy. I eventually gave up and used a knife and fork after removing the top bun. For my next visit, I'm trying one of their stone-fired pizzas - because nothing beats a pizza cooked that way. Service is always friendly here, I've never felt rushed. All in all worth checking out if you like good food, craft beer and a laid-back space. read more

Oak and Stone has exceeded our expectations. First of all we walked in we were greeted by the host, and he was very friendly he also answered our questions that we had which I thought was great. We were seated very quickly. We had such a nice server her name was Angelicca she was so professional and very accommodating to my allergies. She answered all our questions, and she explained how the whole thing works there which made our experience even better. I ordered the vegan pizza made dairy free But I did add pepperoni on it. It was absolutely delicious. The crust was so buttery that it tasted like dairy, plus the crust was so crispy I couldn't stop eating it. The dairy free cheese was melted perfect. I felt great after I ate it. This is definitely my new favorite place for pizza. My husband had the Grouper sandwich. He said it was so excellent. He wanted to go back the next day to get another one. It was perfectly crispy not dried out at all, the fillet, of fish was really big and thick very flaky and full of flavor. The fries were really good too. But the other awesome part about this restaurant is being able to taste different beers 1 ounce at a time! So many different types of beers from dark to light. My husband thoroughly enjoy the coffee Porter, the pumpkin beer, Belgium style white beer, Allagash. I tried some IPAs really enjoyed them. The only thing I would say about the beers is maybe listing some of the allergies that might be in the beers. But we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and next time we are in the area, we will definitely will be back. read more

Oak & Stone offers a late-opening kitchen, a self-service beer wall, and delicious cocktails. I wasn't particularly hungry during my visit with friends, so I chose to have a couple of signature cocktails and share some appetizers. The garlic parmesan wings were flavorful, while the soft pretzel sticks paired perfectly with the beer cheese. The pixel fries were delightfully crunchy without being overly coated in batter. However, the spinach dip was unremarkable and probably wouldn't be ordered again. The service was average, and the restaurant was quite noisy, which made it difficult for me to hear my friends at the end of the table. It reminded me of an upscale Chilis with a younger, trendy vibe. I appreciate that the kitchen stays open late, showing that the staff works hard. The coolest part was the self-service beer wall. All you had to do was ask your server for a card, and they would charge your amount to your bill. I thought it was a fun and engaging way to socialize with strangers and friends. read more

We were staying in downtown Saint Pete and we were looking for a convenient family friendly meal and found this place on yelp. Reviews were solid, but I wasn't expecting anything special. We were pleasantly surprised. On a Saturday night around 7 o'clock the wait was 30 minutes, but we were able to find seats at the bar. We ordered the espresso martini and the old-fashioned and I forgot to take a picture until the drinks were half gone. Amazing bourbon, selection... And I watched the bartender chill my martini glass before she made my espresso martini... Classy! We ordered the pickle fries, which were fine. But the sausage and meatball pizza with ricotta was really delicious. And my son ate an entire cheese pizza himself. The crust is thin, but and the pizzas were cooked perfectly, without burning. It was definitely a way more elevated experience than I was expecting and I would definitely recommend a stop here if you're craving pizza, beer, or bourbon! read more

The service alone is what got this to 4 stars. The pizza is also on point here. Personal size and great selections to choose from. Came here on a Tuesday night just after 8pm. Got seated right away. The three of us decided to get some chicken wings as an appetizer to start. We ordered two different orders/flavors since there were only like 8 to an order and a whopping $16 per order.. The wings were sub par at best. Good flavor, but quality of the wings was poor.. Not a lot of meat on them and either really dry or overcooked. Certainly not even close to being worth the cost of them! I definitely wouldn't order those again. Still a great place to come to in DTSP. Great pizza, and great service! read more

We stopped in had a couple of drinks and split the buffalo chicken dip. The dip was flavorful served with tortilla chips. Bartender was friendly. We are not into the self service beer scene so we ordered drinks at the bar. My real problem with this place was the cleanliness. There were popped balloons stuck in the square wooden lighting fixture above the door near the bar. That's what initially caught my attention. But the more I looked at the lighting fixture it was full of dust. Other lighting fixtures were just as bad. Behind the bar there was a fan on that from where I was sitting I could see the dust moving on the fan cover. All of this was very obvious in the daylight. After seeing this we decided not to order anymore food. This place is in dire need a deep cleaning. read more
