Haven't been here in awhile so took the family for dinner. The waiter was amazing and very polite and quick. The food was just had boring flavor and no excitement to eat so kinda disappointed. The tritip and shrimp - asked for well done and got medium so had some pink so strike 1. The shrimp was ok but nothing great. The salad was good thou Wife got the soup - broccoli/cheese in bread bowl. Just tasted like a canned soup. So disappointed Son got the chicken Alfredo - chicken was good he said but the noodles taste like rubber bands with Alfredo sauce. Disappointed again Younger son got the a personal pizza - The lil pizza I was told by him and the wife that it was actually good. So I would recommend that pizza The rest wasn't even worth taking pictures of. About $200 for dinner with a good tip I think wasn't worth it. Came here just for drinks and dessert and we were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and were served immediately. I got the watermelon Margarita (yum)! I had the Biscoff pizookie at the other location and I didn't like the sugar cookie base, so I requested the caramel cookie base for the Biscoff cookie here and it came out delicious! Horrible food horrible service. Caesar salad dressing tastes so artificial it's disgusting. Ordered 2 hickory brisket burgers with bacon and one spicy jalapeño chicken burger. 3 jalapeño burgers came out. Did you see me say 3 burgers? Then could t find waitress to get right food. 30 minutes later two of the correct burgers come out but backwards. Medium well had sweet potato fries and medium had fries so that stunk. A group of twelve of us recently had a function at this location but I will limit my food review to what I ordered, a ribeye steak. I had anticipating ordering their fish and chips but was surprised when I was informed BJ's doesn't have cocktail sauce. I am not a tartar sauce fan so f&c was out. Not being a weekend, prime rib was also out. I was surprised how thin the steak was but a thicker steak would have looked small on the plate. The ribeye was tasty and cooked to my order, medium rare. I went for simply butter on the bake potatoe. Our group was surrounded by adjacent tables which made hearing somewhat difficult. Our waitress, Jasmine, was kept busy running back and forth. She was excellent. We ended up stayed til closing time with no complaints. I would like to come back and try their prime rib sometime. read more

What to say???; if you're here for craft beer on the happy hour menu, you might be a happy camper with all the choices. The food is marginal to say the least. The service is slow because they have one poor waitress trying to run the whole show in the bar area. I ordered a chicken bacon flatbread with Parmesan cheese and it was pretty skimpy. A couple little chunks of chicken, sparse bacon, not much detectable cheese and overly salted. The pizza was just so so. They fill you up with Pazooki, which I didn't indulge in. But the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. So if you have time to just chill and enjoy your drink, then come and enjoy. The happy hour bill won't take you down. read more

I'm surprised a chain gets 5* but this one was great. Polite and friendly staff, music wasn't loud and seats were good. Toilet clean but old. Service was top notch! In the several times we've been since the last review, we've found the food to be solid - last trip we (fam of three) had prime rib, cheeseburgers, and some onion rings. Prime rib was fatty and mediocre. Burgers were fine and service attentive even when the room is crowded. OK fits here but we're seeing value less and less. read more

Zane was rude when we went to the bar asking for water because no one had been to our table in over 30 minutes. He would not give us the water right then and said to go sit down and he would bring it. He made a comment to his co worker and laughed at us. It took him ten minutes to bring the water. Went to BJ's on Oracle on 2/20/2026 around 9:00pm and it was a mess from start to finish. I ordered a cheeseburger with a veggie patty, and asked for ONLY lettuce and pickle. I clarified this three separate times, so the request was very clear. The burger came out with only tomato. I sent it back, and it came back again with sauce added--which I had also clearly said I did not want. I told the server again, and the third attempt came back with no patty at all, plus a snarky comment about how the bun was "extra toasted." It wasn't just my order either: my girlfriend waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for her pizza, our table was missing fries, and it took about 45 minutes just to get water. Now the reason this is 3 stars instead of 1: the manager was great. He handled it professionally, comped the meal, and even gave us gift cards to make up for everything. I genuinely appreciate how he stepped in and made it right -- I just wish the service and kitchen execution hadn't been so off in the first place. read more

Disappointing visit yesterday. Four of us on a work lunch. 3 of us got burgers. The waiter only asked one of us how we'd like the burger cooked. (We realized this afterwards) My coworker noticed hers was very pink and brought it to the waiter's attention. He took it to cook it more. I noticed mine didn't have the promised brisket topping. I told the waiter. He took it back. When it got back to the table, it had lukewarm brisket on top. Also the burger was pretty pink. At this point I decided to take it to go and reheat it myself. After a day of spending time in the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park, we stopped at BJ's Brewhouse for dinner. Tri-tip was medium ( not usually how we like it, but wasn't asked how we'd like it), shrimp was flavored n cooked well, broccoli was crisp ( not cooked well) and asparagus was seasoned perfectly. Ended with drinks to go and a $4 pooskie -chocolate chunk. I had ice cream and the boys had the cookie. 4drinks, 3- 1/2 priced appetizers, shareable pizza, burger, tri tip n pooskie=$135.62 before adjustment then new bill $113.11 Had to get Jasmine to change out ticket to reflect 1/2off appetizers-she stated that the bar n patio usually only areas for happy hour pricing. You specifically waited to take our order because we asked about HH and never said anything from above. Great service, food was delicious, came out presented well, temperature good. Went to BJ's with a group of friends and we had a great time! They had a variety of games on which gave it an elevated sports bar feel. The menu was so extensive that we all had a hard time deciding what to get but the shrimp tacos and pizookies were what I decided on and they were DELICIOUS! My favorite bar to watch sports games especially during football season. They have amazing daily specials with half off pizza, burgers, or other dishes depending on the day. Bland, not enough cheese, did not leave a good flavor. Fries and appetizers were bland too. The only thing I enjoyed was the coleslaw. Was not impressed and definitely not worth $100. I want to write an update for Bj Brewhouse on Oracle Dr in Tucson. After my less than stellar visit i wrote a review & the business manager reached out to me, and invited me back to give the establishment a second chance i was hesitant, but I'm glad I went. The manager on shift was nice and i explained & showed him my invitation and he took care of me. Our waitress was awesome our tea was constantly filled, and our food was brought out in a timely manner. Thank you to the business manager who reached out to me i appreciate it, and that is why i am giving my updated review 5 stars. Bad experience @ the Broadway location yesterday. Party of 10 with 4:30 reservation. Arrived @ 4:10 & we were told we'd have to wait till 4:30 to be seated. This, despite about 20 people in the restaurant. Girl at the reception booth was surly at best and seemed to enjoy making the group wait. Got to the table where we didn't have drinks delivered until 45 minutes after sitting down. Then once the meals finally arrived (about 6) everyone got there meals but me. Waitress checked into it, mine was delivered to someone at the bar so 20 minutes after everyone in the party had theirs, I had finally had mine delivered. Then we all waited for the desserts (mini-pizookies) to arrive (another 30 minute wait). It was 7:15 when we left the restaurant. Oh, and I had a charge on my bill for an item I never received. 3 hours for a meal? Unbelievable! Should have been clued in when the surly young lady at the front made us wait despite having numerous empty tables. Staff was incredibly incompetent and customer service non-existent. read more
