This place would be one star or even less than that. First of all, this place puts more attention towards their appearance outside than they do inside. They're the first restaurant/Brewhouse that I've encountered that uses a revolving door. It seems like you're about to walk into a hotel. The restaurant itself is a mix between Not Your Average Joes and Applebee's. We entered here on a not very busy night and sat at the bar. We were introduced to the house-made beers and weren't very interested so we didn't try that. Not a single thing in the menu that I saw was under $6. The soups itself were $7.50. I got the mahi-mahi tacos and my boyfriend got the barbecue chicken salad. The mahi-mahi could be fried or grilled, and I picked one of each. Other people next to us that came here after and ordered after got served before us. That was a bad first impression. The thing that surprised me was that I wasn't asked if I wanted a hard or a soft shell-- I do know that this place isn't close to a Mexican joint in any way but that's about as simple as it gets when it comes to tacos. Instead, I got a soft shell that was baked in the oven. So it was hard and soft at the same time. The chips were regular stale Tostitos that you can buy at the supermarket. It was also served with salsa and mint cilantro sauce. Salsa tastes like ketchup with onions and mint cilantro tasted like it was from a can. Don't even bother trying their chips!! The salad was also disgusting. It was overloaded with sauce and a mess. Also, we notice that a lot of staff like to stand and chat and hang out with each other in the corner by the back wall and a bartender happened to have so much free time that she was flirting with the customers next to us. UNPROFESSIONAL! Do you only have one computer to put your orders in??? I don't think so!!! Where's the manager? Instead of hanging out and hugging each other, go clean up the dirty bathroom!!!!!! This was my first time going to BJs, and from the looks of their website I felt as though it gave me the same vibes as Applebee's or another chain restaurant. Regardless, I decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised! From the service, social distancing, safety precautions and food, it was definitely worth the price I paid. The tables were distanced more than 6ft apart, with everyone being placed at every other table. There were no menus, just a barcode that was given so that customers could view the menu on their phones. The waiters had on masks and gloves, which reassured the fact that they had protecting people's health as their top priority. They offered lunch portions of their top-selling items, which is very convenient. Definitely a great alternative to Applebee's or Chili's! read more

I travel extensively for work all over the country but I live in RI and I've been a few BJ's across the country. Was excited to see something "new" for the family to try. I've been twice because the first time I thought that I was willing to let them get the kinks out being so new. My second time there was worst than the first. Three different people at the front desk and what they're jobs are are not clear but we were told 25 min wait for a seat and the three of them all stood there while there were at least 2-3 tables that needed to be cleaned. We stood at the front door for ten minutes when I noticed 2 empty tables near the bar area to which another family who walked in after us promptly walked up and took. I asked one of the people at the front desk about the table and he told me "oh yeah, if you can find an empty one then you can go ahead and take it"! You would think they would give you that option when you walked in so you didn't have to be crammed into a very small area at the front door. We ordered the artichoke dip and when it came out there were a total of 6 full nachos and the rest were just pieces, like bottom of the bag pieces. I ordered the Hefeweizen to which I was told it was a favorite, not to me it wasn't. It was very flat, not "someone shook my soda flat" but beer flat! Flavorless. My daughter ordered the flat bread which very undercooked. The dough was still wet and not cooked. I told the waiter who told me he would tell the manager, the manager walked by our table simply to tell us that he took her food off the bill and was gone in less than 5 seconds. Totally disinterested in any feedback. Lastly, I get that they are new to this, but training in everything, the use of the mobile POS system is horrible. The waiters fumble their way through them both times that we've been here. Neither time did we even order the Pizookie because everyone just wanted to leave. Very disappointing, bad service, bad food, overpriced. Went on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and was seated right away. The menu is very impressive with a ton of options. The beer selection is also very extensive. Got our drinks quickly, but that was the last we saw of our server until the food arrived, an hour later! When the food arrived, yuck: Brisket burger - ordered medium rare, came out medium well, dried out. Kraft Mac n' Cheese - hard as a rock, seriously how do you mess this up? Kids pasta with marinara - Pasta was dried out and hard. Pulled pork sandwich - So much sauce, there was almost as much sauce as there was pork. They even forgot to put chocolate sauce on a kids sunday! Told our waitress that the food was over cooked, she didn't seem to care at all. My fiancé and I decided to try a new restaurant today. Needless to say, I now remember why we always go to the same places. The entryway is not very large, so don't go through the revolving door because you might get stuck in it if there's not enough room on the other side for people to move. Our waitress left a lot to be desired; she spoke to us like she was reading off of a script. We placed our orders and neither of our entrees were correct. Thankfully, we didn't order them a certain way because of allergies. More than half of our meals were still left when she came to clear the table and she didn't ask if there was any problems. I felt as though she was rushing us through the meal instead of taking the time to provide good service. The only reason for the two stars is the strawberry lemonade and the potato skin platter; the only parts of our meal that we enjoyed. read more

Looking at the 9 page thick menu, I was excited for all the options available! But with a high quantity comes low quality. The food sounded great on menu but what actually came out was only Meh. Though I will say the siracha dry rub wings were a huge hit and worth a trip. They also had a great beer selection ON MENU. In reality they were out of half of them. This was my first time going in years since I was in California. I had a apple-wood bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. The fries were excellent a little salty but super hot so I think I got a fresh batch with all the salt on top but nothing a little ketchup couldn't fix. My friend had the Mahi Mahi tacos and she loved them. The wait on a Friday is ridiculously long as soon as like 6pm hits. What I did like was you can put yourself on the wait-list with their app and when I got there my name was there and we still waited about another half hour from the 15 minutes before we got there when I put my name in. First time coming here today and it was better than what I expected. They have a reasonable amount of options for brews that include IPA's and more traditional draft beers. We opted for a flight of the more popular options and it was about $8 and change. The menu options had a little of everything. They had a great lunch menu but also could build to your own liking. They offered some take home entrees for $6, made fresh and chill overnight to enjoy the next day or have it the same day, up to you. Had a great selection of healthier dishes that included zucchini noodles or quinoa. We ended up doing a Calamari app, although it was good, I thought it was a rather smaller portion. I also ordered a cup of Clam Chowder, which was rather thicker than what Im used to. Foe the entree I ordered the Shrimp scampi pasta dish and added a fresh Mozzarella and tomato with Arugula salad. Chicken was moist and entire dish was flavorful. Yesterday the appetizer never made it to the table and the chicken was dry and arrived Luke warm. Three stars a little better than average. Was reluctant to go here based upon overall rating but gave it a try. Picked a busy day to go. Whether this had anything to do with the ten minute wait to find out who our server was after being seated I don't know. So other reviewers who commented on similar experiences, yeah... I counted ten bodies presumably working and we were passed by about thirty times before we knew who our server was. Ok enough about that. You like TV? Yeah they got those, they got lots of them. You like food? They got a lot of that too. They even have calories so you know how much shit you ate. Not actual shit, c'mon.. I went with the steak, not the ribeye but the other one. Comes with two sides. I found the bowl of chowder a good deal in the end as the steak and mashed portion was on the lighter side. Personally I'd go to longhorn if I was in search of chain restaurant steak. The restaurant can seem very loud, be it number of people plus music but I didn't find the music too loud. If you like a place with a lot of food, this isn't bad. You'll find better and you'll find worse. After the wait for a server was resolved Dacia was awesome. Very attentive and aware of checking on us, getting drunk refills. I'll come back sometime. read more

Been here twice in one week! So delicious and such great service!! First visit - kind of loud because it was a Friday and our server was kind of weird but my Parmesan crusted chicken was so delicious and a huge portion. The watermelon and feta salad was also super yummy! My husband got the lentil soup and deep dish pizza and really enjoyed it! Second visit - went today for lunch and had the Santa Fe salad. It was good if you like taco flavors. I would recommend getting a sweet dressing on the side as well to cut that Smokey flavor but all around good. My sister got the twisted blt salad and could not stop saying how good it was. Our server Nicholas was really efficient as well. Finally checked this place out. Started with a Stout that was delicious. Ordered the Prime Rib for dinner. It was perfectly seasoned and very tender. One of the top 3 prime ribs I've ever had. Tried this place for the first time the other day for lunch. My boyfriend and I each got a drink both of which were good, and we split the appetizer sampler. It came with avocado egg rolls, boneless buffalo wings, chips & dips, and mozzarella sticks. When it came out there was a black hair in it, I told our server who got the manger. He told us he would take care of it and get us a new one. The new one came out perfect, and he kept his word and took it off the bill. Accidents happen and it was really great to see how good they handled the situation. Overall we enjoyed our experience and food. We definitely will be back to try something else! Well after 3 more visits ... 1 failed due to a ridiculous wait of 1.5 hours .... 2 successful visits. Did call ahead both times and was there ahead of the required time ... still had to wait more than 40 min each time. First visit we waited for our waiter to bring drinks ... 30 min uh not good .... our food came out 45 min after ordering my wifes chicken dish was dead cold ... my burger was hot but the fries were dead cold as well. Reheating took 20 more min. Waited for additional drinks... the whole meal was almost 1.5 hrs .... the staff and management need to get their act together and the hostesses as well. With 2 restaurants closing in warwick the new influx of customers this place wont be able to handle the service. They really need to work on turning over tables and the bar much more quicky. read more
