And Vons, with rather rude people as well, and an insistence on child lock, childproof caps on everything. And they won't change it because, they want everybody to have the same caps. Anyway not a big deal but the overwork that they suffer, the fact that there are long lines at the CVS store in Marsh and the fact that the Vons people can sometimes be rather rude as well as failing to fill some desperately needed pain medications on time, means I had to find somebody else. Luckily I found Best Care pharmacy. They have always been courteous, helpful, patient, and the place is never crowded, you never have to wait in a long line. As a matter of fact out of the five times I've been there I have only had to wait once for one person in front of me. They are very well staffed. According to the manager, the pharmacy and its medical equipment store has a total of 20 employees. The only thing they lack is what we used to call a fountain back in the '50s and '60s. That's where you could get a soda, a root rear float, a banana split, or a real milkshake. Not a foam shake like you get from McDonald's or in and out burger. But a real milkshake. Anyway my mind is wandering. They're a great place for prescriptions and medical equipment. Try them. You will like them.

I pointed out to the pharmacist who finally brought the 3 pills over that their shelves and items on them were dirty/dusty, the floor of their lobby showed spills and tracked dirt and that pigeon feathers from in front of their door had blown in everywhere. I said it made a customer wonder just how clean it was on the other side of the counter. I asked if they had someone whose job it was to clean. He ignored that and asked if I wanted to transfer my prescriptions. Yes, I think I'd be more comfortable/confident with a place that was kept clean and had staff that took a customer's concerns seriously.

There were three of them specifically who were always completely rude and treated you like you were garbage because of the type of medication you were taking don't go there a few take pain medication and they had the goal to ask me why I was taking certain medications and from what I understand that's illegal. I don't know if it falls under HIPAA but if my doctor sends over a prescription and they ask you why you're taking it I am pretty sure that's illegal so glad I don't live in California anymore.
