W&OD trail is a few feet away you can see the sign from the cafe. The interior was quite hipster. A good amount of seats inside and outside. The place was crowded in the morning but they had enough staff take care of people. I got my cortado in like 2 minutes despite the amount of people in line. They work fast. The cortado I got was okay. It's not something I'd drive to Leesburg for. My friend said the matcha latte is good. The breakfast other people were having looked great. Parking wasn't easy. I had to get past all the new apartment buildings and park at Market Station and walked a block. The bouquet of flowers here look very unique.

It took 10 mins for anyone to come see us. I had to get up to ask for someone to get our orders. To boot, the person who was supposed to assist us, was in the back hall by the restrooms texting and hanging out. I assume no one told her that we were there. The cider I ordered was warm, so I had to ask for a cup of ice at the bar. My husband's burger was meant to be medium well and it was raw. Lastly, it's extremely loud in that room. The chairs are metal, and when drug against the flooring, they make an awful sound! They really need a form of rubber on the legs. Very hard for grandma, who has hearing aids. Poor thing was so uncomfortable. The room next to us, with a door leading to the window to the kitchen, was so incredibly annoying. They were pounding the entire time we were seated, and it was LOUD! We all just sat completely silent. This was an incredibly disappointing visit and we will not come back.

It was a seameless process to make the reservation online and edit as needed. There were automatic emails and texts for the reservation confirmation and reminder. Each afternoon tea includes 2 pots of tea, 1 macaron/person, and additional bites (savory & sweet). Luckily, there were 2 of us, so we each ordered our own teas. I'm not sure how flexible they are if requesting additional tea pots for larger parties (max 8 people). The weekdays tea is $35/person, weekends $40/person (needs a reservation). There is an 18% gratuity to all the final bill regardless of the number of people in the party. I would highly recommend the Thai tea...I don't add any sugar or cream to my tea and it was still so tasty. I ordered the coconut macaron, which is the newest addition the the macaron family. Parking: there is parallel parking available in front of and around the establishment. There is also a parking garage roughly 1 block (walking distance), which is free on the weekends. When I said we were dining in, she told us the restaurant was full and that we could sit outside... in 100‑degree weather. The attitude was snotty, dismissive, and completely out of line. We felt like we were being treated as second‑class customers. Not welcoming at all. I'm genuinely disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite spots, but if this is the direction the service is heading, I'm not sure I'll be back.
