There were 12 flavors to choose from, as well as sample! We decided to swirl the Ube/Taro Coconut with one other flavor that I can't recall right now. We added a couple of animal crackers and strawberry popping boba. It's about 70¢ per ounce per cup of frozen yogurt. The total was around $14. It seems quite cozy and welcoming inside. So, the good? They are super friendly, it's a relaxing environment with a fireplace, and they have several frozen yogurt selections, including vegan sorbet. The not so great? It's so expensive! My daughter Is the only one who ordered something and it came to over $12. I think it's 70 cents an ounce or so. Ohmigosh! This place is great! The server, possibly the owner, behind the counter is so nice and helpful! He gave us boba on the side to put on our frozen yogurt! The vibe upon walking in was a real chill. From the music to the decor. I love the way everything was situated. I even seen a couple sitting alone enjoying yogurt together. Honestly, the establishment is so beautiful I was tempted to take more pictures I love the flavors that offer and the toppings are awesome. You can seriously satisfy a sweet tooth. D'yhana was so inviting and informative. I had explained to her that I seen a review that complained that they were allowed to place the toppings on their yogurt and that they had to ask for assistance. She stated that during the pandemic that was the case and the setup worked so they just decided to keep it that way. There's plenty of self served toppings but there is another area called the "toppings bar" that has lids on each slot and those are the ones that are served by the employees. I have tried out this place twice already and both times I felt regretful afterwards wishing I went somewhere else instead. The good: a good amount of seating and games to enjoy while eating your frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt flavors are amazing also. The not so great: half of the toppings the staff has to put on for you if you want those toppings and it's hard to see what they even are because of the covers on top. I don't mind asking what's available also, but both times I have been here the staff hasn't been very friendly and it just feels like you're bothering them by even being there.. let alone asking a question. I rather put my own toppings on my frozen yogurt and I wish all of the toppings were self serve. Overall: you can get more bang for your buck at other frozen yogurt shops and you can put all of your toppings on yourself so I don't think I will be returning back. read more

Black Bear FroYo never disappoints and is always a crowd pleaser with the kids. So many options to choose from including non dairy which is important for one of my crew. There are a lot of toppings to choose from candy, to fruit, cereal, popping bubble things, brownie, cheesecake etc! They keep the cold items behind the counter and the employee has to serve you. Which is fine because then you know not everyone is touching the utensils and having access to those items. Personally, I appreciate it. You don't get your toppings yourself at subway or chipotle so this should be no different or matter that much. They have black bear decorations everywhere with log tables and a fireplace, gives you the feeling lol you're hanging out in a cabin. Now you can eat your frozen desserts even in the winter and not have to worry about your body temperature dropping too low. They have sandwiches and other menu items too for those without much of a sweet tooth, but you'll be missing out on this awesomeness! WOW!!!! By far one of the best frozen yogurt places I have ever been to. The gentleman who rang us up was so friendly and 100% genuinely nice. His name was Abdul and his son was there helping. They had a cute little video game table, a great selection of yogurt and just a overall great vibe. We are new to the area coming from out of state and we love to support small business and I will definitely be support this small business. From the moment we walked in Abdul greeted us, asked if it was our first time and offered to answer any questions if he had some. This place was just one of those places you walk in and get a good feeling that that person who owns it takes pride in what they do. What he is creating here is a place where family's can come get a cold sweet treat and enjoy some arcade games and family bonding. There is an array of options on the menu, not just the typical .48/oz froyo and coffee. Our cashier (the barista running the show) was friendly, real, and informative. My husband chose to try a panino, not sure which one, but I snuck a bite and it was delicious. Crisp grilled bread and evenly warm filling. They have fat free/no sugar added froyo varieties, vegan and gluten free. I'm sure the (flavor) options change daily. I ended up with fat free/no sugar added coffee froyo. To me that combo sounds nasty! But I tried it and WOW, taste like high end regular coffee ice cream. Not sour or tart, it was creamy and rich. This one is so small, dark and dingy. The staff/ help were very nice and pleasant but the presentation of the topping bar and the lack of yogurt selection was dismal. It's aiight. I imagined this place to be like Menchies. JUST froyo. But not really, what really caught my attention was the ENORMOUS muffins/cupcakes?! Only if I hadn't eaten dinner next door at the Thai restaurant, I would have saved some room for dessert! I definitely liked the different toppings they had! Especially, the assortment of flavoring! At Menchies, they usually only have one flavor of the pink balls that *pop* in your mouth but I found a couple things marked "lychee" at Black Bear! Anything lychee, I shall eat! (: I had some fresh blueberries and pineapples added to my froyo! Another bonus was the different sizes! I think the cup for "storm" ? is meant for a blended froyo but... decided to keep my proportions smaller and put my froyo into that!
