I had a small drip coming out of our fire sprinkler backflow system and I texted Richard some pictures. He immediately gave me a call back to walk me through how to adjust a bolt to see if that would stop the leak. If that didn't work, then I was probably looking at an expensive repair to replace that entire part. Richard's instructions were very detailed and it fixed our leak! After a couple bad experiences with other fire protection services, I called BBFP to make an appointment for some issues we were having with our fire sprinkler system. Richard was very warm and friendly and addressed any concerns that I had, no matter how poorly phrased he sounded due to my lack of knowledge with the California Fire Code/HB Municipal Code. We were cited by Fire Department for a few minor issues relating to the sprinkler heads. Apparently, the contractor who done the insulation installation on our ceiling was drunk and had them sitting on top of the sprinkler heads. Richard was kind enough to expedite the proposal as I was on a very strict deadline to get the non-compliance fixed to meet the requirement of the California Fire Code. I would like to extend my appreciation for the amazing work and turnaround time. Thank you Richard and your team for pulling through.
