Yet alone a company doing a service on your car unauthorized and your still being told to pay. Well thats my experience. I was referred to this company and they did work on my car 2 mos totaling $1500. The work and their communication 10/10... so i knew for sure any issues i had moving forward where to come and i even referred them to family and friends.... Well today not the experience i had 2 mos ago and every disappointment in the book. A bill that should have originally been $249 turned into $657.70! Totally unacceptable. And the excuse i was told was "it slipped through the crack to give me a call with an updated price came before they started the new job (which i did not authorize)... better yet Kim the secretary visually seen how upset i was and called the owner jeremy and he offered to bring my bill down to $500... i told him i couldnt afford that, that i was expecting to pay what was told to me yesterday over the phone $249. I told them i didnt want to the route of filing a vs-35 form which is a report through dmv business regulation unit under repair service act but id have to do it if we cant come to a REASONABLE agreement. Kim called jeremy and his response was "if i file that complaint i can no longer receive discount". Which is a jacked up way to treat a customer! So i left paying a surprised bill of $400 more than expected, i left very disappointed and defeated. Please be aware of companies who do business like this! Tell you one price, but so other work you don't authorize and you are left to pay. They have lost a good customer and a vs-35 form will be filed immediately.The owner is a LIAR! I noticed some issues with the breaks, after bringing it to a different dealership I was informed that my calipers were stuck due to improper lubrication so it caused ALL of my breaks and rotors to burn unevenly. After reaching out to the dealership to figure out why nothing was replaced before purchasing I was told that if they wanted they could've sold me the car with little break pads left "as long as they aren't metal to metal" which is very clearly what they did. Then was informed they "only checked my breaks threw a pinhole" even tho they claimed they took all 4 tires off during my inspection.
