My purchase experience (completed February 2026) was actually a pleasure. A very responsive and courteous group of people at all stages of the sales process. All persons involved (whether in sales or finance departments) clearly listened to and immediately accepted my preferences. For example, when I declined "added warranties" there was never any attempt to upsell me in this - or any other - regard at any stage in the sales process. My sales representative, Mr. Tyler Stevens, was very professional and helpful throughout and seems a genuinely friendly young man. He promptly communicated with me when how and when I wanted (e-mail; the by phone; and lastly in person). He was also very accommodating to my preferred schedule. Highly, highly recommended. I made inquiries at almost two dozen GM dealerships within a 100 mile radius and - in the end - actually received the best overall sales price [essentially tied with just one other] from this dealership as well. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars only because it is my first vehicle from this dealership so I would give them 4 stars maybe 5 depending on the service I get in the future when I'm due for regular maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations and the quality of work. I do have a bumper to bumper warranty just for the added piece of mind and had the vehicle checked by my own mechanic of my own choice as well as a collision shop just to cover all bases. But the vehicle looks brand new for its age and the miles are crazy low for its age which was a big factor aside from the known issues Chevys and this particular model Chevy is known for when reading the online reviews for its exact year and model hence why I got the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty cuz the limited 90 day 4k mile warranty didn't make me feel so confident that's an oil change worth of miles and my luck things happen when warranties run out but by then I'll be just over 100k miles which most ppl I know anyways don't keep there vehicles more then that bc most vehicles I've had or others have had in general have issues by or after 100k miles and anything with a turbo generally turbos are only rated for 75k-100k miles tops before replacement as the pinwheel inside is I believe just aluminum which overtime the heat warps the turbo and the pinwheel can break off and suck into the intake ruining everything so I'm definitely glad and more confident having the 5-year bumper to bumper warranty or 75k miles whichever comes first obviously but with the amount of driving that I do I don't go over the average 12K miles a year for the most part which the new standard averages 15K miles a year and I don't come close to that nowadays I just do normal driving to and from work and any appointments and that's about it. But the sales consultant I had was very kind and very patient considering I wanted the vehicle looked at by both a collision specialist which was rated a 4.8 out of five stars they were rated just as good as carstar and they've been around a long time and the mechanic of my choice that I had check it out even though the dealership does their own 180 point inspection because I don't have trust for anybody it was nothing personal against Keller I've just had bad experiences in the past in general with either small dealerships that were either shady or buy here pay here's or just even private seller pay specifically told them it's nothing personal I just don't trust anyone or any business. But the beard with me and said they had nothing to hide which the mechanic I took it to which was a Napa Auto parts repair shop which Napa sells OE or equivalent parts and West Herr gets their parts from Napa as I used to work there so I personally know that plus I asked the dealership I have went to in the past if they still have a contract with Napa which they do so that's why I choose Napa auto repair shops is because they use all NAPA parts which are factory or equivalent parts and they said the vehicle was pretty much brand new even being 8 years old going on 9. Which was a huge Plus and for a base model it ended up having the AWD upgrade on it from the original owner because the ls base model only came FWD unless you paid extra to have AWD on the ls base model which I did not know about until I read about it after buying the vehicle because I also noticed it had all the sound buttons on the right side of the steering wheel but not the cruise control on the left side because the ls base mile does not come with cruise control or any buttons on the steering wheel as in the past I've had a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LS base model stick shift cuz it was the only way I could get stick shift especially in 2011 and newer when stick shifts were becoming less and less other than sports cars or faster cars in general basically cars that are expensive LOL or at least for me but my one complaint is that for a used vehicle even though the miles were lower than the average they said the price was negotiable but would not go down in price even $500 from the original listed price/asking price just because they knew they had something with miles so low they could potentially sell it within a day or two on the lot and yes the miles were that low for its year and I didn't like being rushed into a sale by them saying well it's not fair to hold a vehicle to get it looked at when all of our customers that come in here come in here ready to buy same day well I'm not your average customer I want the vehicle looked at especially if it's used to make sure that it's improper working order by someone other than whoever is selling it whether it's private seller or dealership and I put money down right away just so they couldn't sell it out from under me but made sure that the money was refundable. All in all ​​​my only dissatisfaction is that the cost of the vehicle was not negotiable even though I was told it was& that's dishonorable & KBB value for that year and mileage was much lower than listed read more

Home of the three-hour oil change! Brutal...just brutal this place. Why does this dealer even offer appointments when they cannot keep them or service a vehicle in a timely manner? I had a 10:30a appointment which I booked online for an oil change and tire rotation, and then verified again with the dealer over the phone. I arrive there promptly at 10:25a and they did not finish servicing my car until 1:15p - that's almost three hours for simple service. No reason given, no apologies offered, and they do not care. If they are short staffed they certainly do not make you aware of it or ask you to "bear with them". It just gets worse and worse with every visit and I am done coming here. Everyone else in the waiting room also had long wait times and was open about how annoyed they were. read more

I know some sketchy stuff about Keller Chevrolet, which is why I stopped leasing my cars from them. That being so, one of the cars in the house is a non-Chevy. I recently had two stripped lug nuts from another dealership, which Dave said over the phone that he would work on it. I pulled in 5 minutes later, after which he stated he had not spoken to me. I called the number again and the receptionist answered and told me she had transferred me over to Dave, the mechanic who apparently has a terrible memory. If you search through the reviews, you will see another review from someone stating he stated a service was provided when it wasn't. I highly question his competency to do his job. Anyway, upon arriving, he stated that he would not work on my car as it wasn't a Chevy and that I would accuse him of damaging my wheel if he did. Well, if you are incompetent enough to break a vehicle, yeah, you'd think they would be responsible for fixing it, though I do appreciate his honesty in admitting that they are incapable to work on vehicles which aren't Chevys. read more

Took my truck here for A/C diagnosis/repair and a recall. Made an appointment, a week out, then dropped off truck. It sat for 4 days, 3 of which the service department was open. Called 5 times on day 4, got nothing but VM with no call backs. On the 5th call, finally got someone who told me "We might get to it today". I went and picked it up. 20 years ago this was a top notch dealership and wife's family bought many cars here. Now its just another sketchy Chevy garage. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEIVES! STAY FAR AWAY! Nearly 3-4 months ago I went to this location to test drive a Chevy Tahoe. I really enjoyed the car. I put a $200.00 cash security deposit to hold the car so that I could go over financing. George my sales associated stated that my money was safe, and that Keller Chevrolet has been in business for so long because they don't steal from customers etc... over glorifying what wasn't actually true. Pathetic. A few days went by and I couldn't find the financing needed for the car. I texted George many times, many times for a refund and nothing ever came out of it. He would "look into it" Months have gone by and I am still in the search for a car and realized that this is unacceptable now. The business doesn't even realize they are technically over $200.00. Where did this go? How does the company not realize and say to themselves... why are we over $200.00? So where did the deposit go? Now as a customer I won't lie or over glorify the situation. George stated that the only way to get my money back was with my proof/receipt and I stated that it was lost going back and fourth between cars. Now this would be acceptable however how does a business take a payment for $200.00 and not have any record of that in the event the receipt was lost? Here's a great example. I go to McDonald's and buy a Cheeseburger for $1.00. I pay cash. The associate states that the only way to bring this cheeseburger back for your $1.00 is to have the receipt. Where does this $1.00 go?... my point... each and every business in this world has proof of a purchase or transaction. Everywhere. If not? They must be really shady and may even be illegal? Not sure. Not a lawyer... Anyways... I can assure that once I post this review I will get some type of communication from Keller saying "here's your money back" and truthfully what a joke that will be. Don't get me wrong I would love my stolen $200.00 back and to move on with life but if they keep it from me that's on them. So what's the point of the review? I called many times for a manager once George said he no longer could help. That's right. After a few weeks of back and fourth George who was trying to sell me the car was "unable to help". I bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic over 4 years ago and I have had nothing but issues with it. For instance, my rear view mirror literally just fell off my windshield a couple of months ago and just recently the button on my shifter just fell off. The assistant manager could care less about how upset I was with my vehicle and was going to charge me $350 to fix my shifter. Let me make this clear, although I did not have an extended warranty...This is something that should NEVER have happened! When I took my vehicle back to them, they wouldn't even look at my vehicle for days even after explaining to them I was scared to drive and that the issue should have been completely fixed in the first place. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was charged for my tire rotation then realized after an hour of them working in my truck that my tired were never touched. I discreetly marked them with a paint marker. The mechanic Dave wrote in pen that it was done. I was refunded but my question is how many times have they done this to others and got away with it. So after this Individual slithered away our sales associate came in to give us our deposit and keys back he stated he had no ideal of this unscrupulous business practice and blamed it on the sales manager...Sooo bottom line... do not trust these people! well i purchased a 2019 gmc acadia over 30 days ago now and i traded in a perfectly fine vehicle and gave a 2 grand deposit and well i still cant drive the vehicle and keller chvrolet refuses to fix the vehicle or give me the key fob excuse being key machine broke , well i paid out of pocket for back brakes so vehicle would stop and since literally day 1 the front stru on drivers side has needed to be replaced excuse after excuse they held vehicle saying nothing wrong to saying drive it with the grinding noise from the front 9 times it went to the shop at keller , well obvious reason they did not want to fix vehicle cause the repair for strus alone is 1132.87 lets be honest , you go in there the sales manager runs and hides like a coward , the finance manager literally takes off , the salesman goes into hiding , its a very sad sad place full of lies and deceit sad part is they could have just repaired vehicle in this amount of time thats there responsibility , very sad read more

Turns out he added that rebate into the trade in dollar amount meaning he was offering considerably less in trade in than the other dealership. If I could provide a rating lower than one star, I would. These creeps took full advantage of my disabled uncle and sold him an overpriced lemon loaded with problems. They saw he was disabled, lied to him about what he could get for his trade-in, and then talked him into an old piece of junk at an exorbitant price. They pressured him on timing of the deal, discouraged him from discussing his decision with his family members and coerced him into signing on the dotted line. Despicable! When he went back to them with car problems, they told him the minimum warranty had already expired and quoted a price to him for repairs that was worth more than the car! Their sales person sought out my uncle at a nearby business, pretending to be interested in his current junker and talked him into coming to the dealer to see a car that would be "just perfect' for him. I was searching for a new (used) truck. We found a little Ford Ranger, drove to Keller to test drive. Craig was very lax, which in a way was nice. Unfortunately, as we later learned, a little too lax. We test drove the truck, decided to buy it. My wife left a deposit, they ran her credit (this was a Thursday night) and told us to come back Monday. Since we live 2 hours away, we were a little bummed that it couldn't move along faster, but understood it was later in the day on a Thursday. While we were there, we were told what an old fashioned dealership this was and they liked to do things "old school". They had me sign the Veteran flag and praised the dealership for taking care of our Vets. Friday we received a call stating we could not come back until Tuesday, because their DMV wasn't opened on Monday. I had explained many times that when we have purchased cars in the past from NY, we used a dealer plate until we were able to go the notary in PA to transfer everything. They always gave us a prepaid envelope to mail the plate back, etc. They seemed to know better, and said that wasn't the right way of doing it. I've purchased cars from two dealers in NY and that's exactly how they did it. By the time Tuesday had come around, we had a tragedy in our family, and were unable to go to the dealership. I immediately called the salesman and explained. They were concerned, offered to hold the truck for us, but not being able to make any decisions at that point, we said we would not be purchasing at this time. After a week, I called to find out about our deposit. Craig told me he would check in to it. Another week went by, we emailed, no response. Another week went by, I called again, left a message, no response. Another week my wife called and was told to send the receipt. As stated previously, Craig was very lax, therefore did not offer a receipt. We explained that, he said "time to go to plan B, I will get back to you. Of course, never heard from him again. I finally called a manager. He was the new car sales manager, but did offer to help us. He asked for a copy of the canceled check, which my wife sent him that night. My wife emailed the next day just asking if he received our email with the check. No response. My wife had to call and leave a message just saying "hey, just a response letting me know you got it would be nice". He emailed, said he got it and we would have it the following week. Because of this, and the fact that they hit my wife's credit FOUR times trying to get a loan through, (the banks didn't deny because of credit, which is great; they denied because the loan amount was more than the truck was worth), I would never go back. Later, we ended up going to Basil on a Saturday, bought a truck drove it home that day. That's how it should be done. read more
