I told her what I wanted, showed her a few ideas and then a few days later when I came in for the tattoo she had a design that I really loved. She asked me if I wanted color added. I wouldn't recommend this place. First they pierced my tragus wrong. The owner apologized, fired…read morethe guy, and made amends. When I went back to get my jewelry changed, the guy took out the old jewelry in my tragus and didn't put in a needle so it wouldn't close up while he was getting the new jewelry to put in. The piercing hole closed. He tried to force it in multiple times. There was a lot of blood. He lied and said there was a little. He barely cleaned the blood off my ear. I had to clean it off when I got home. I was in a lot of pain for several days. He also bruised the inside of my ear with the tool he used and now I have two large bumps on the inside and outside of my piercing.

I'm pretty sure that Olivia used to work at another shop that I got my larger tattoo done at, so I was familiar with her style, the type of pressure she would apply. All in all, the tattoo took about 2 hours with 1 5-10 min break because my arm was falling asleep. Her line work is so amazing (I've gotten compliments already and it's still under the second skin). I've been following up since the end of Jan, which was two weeks after the original session since I can still see the original tattoo and I've been stood up 3x. I understand life happens, but I live an hour and drove to the shop 2x without knowing he'd be there. He was sick the first time - again I get that life happens. After I showed up at the agreed upon time a second time and he wasn't there, he rescheduled for a few days later but never got back to me on a time despite me texting the day before and day of. Thankfully I knew better than to leave home this time. I was promised that my touch up would be done and healed before I left for my wedding - I leave in a week and still nothing. Mike does AMAZING work but communication and follow thru is lacking severely which is extremely frustrating.
