Daniel the service technician opened the unit up and tested everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He discovered a bare wire that had been chewed (possibly by a mouse) and was touching the metal housing which tripped the circuit breaker. Daniel replaced the wire and the unit is working perfectly. The honesty and integrity of this company is refreshing. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!

The response was professional and the owner went out of his way in going to my mother's house to fix her furnace after another company told us it was going to run up to $500. He was able to reinstall the original part and clean up the area and got it working for much less. This may be a temporary fix but I know that I can trust Ozzie, the owner to be upfront about what the solution is and charge an affordable price for the fix. As a real estate agent, finding a service provider that I can be happy recommending to my buyers and sellers is important. I am definitely adding O-Zone to my preferred vendor list!
