The wings remained perfectly crispy even after being tossed in the sauce, which is not always easy to achieve. The Volcanic Fries were another standout. The Volcanic sauce reminded me of Wingstop's Atomic sauce, but with a much better balance of heat and flavor. It delivered plenty of spice without sacrificing taste. Be sure to try the house-made Golden Ketchup. It has a subtle kick of heat while still getting ketchup notes. It's the perfect balance of spice and taste and pairs well with just about everything on the menu. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, with plenty of table seating, bar seating, and multiple TVs throughout the restaurant showing a variety of live sports.
