My nightmare started on March 21, 2019 when a distracted driver rear ended me. This was a chain reaction car crash and I was in the middle. Then when calling the guy's insurance who rear ended me it was extremely frustrating. They told me that the person who hit me got an attorney and I needed to wait. I would like to share my personal experience with Jonathan Genish. If you're in need of an attorney then you have life circumstances that come with high anxiety, fear and uncertainty. I was in an auto accident with my wife when another driver pulled out in front of us trying to make a hurried left turn into McDonald's. So far I have just completed the intake process. Steven (the intake specialist) was very helpful and compassionate - I am initiating action for harassment and wrongful termination, and was in shock / severely traumatized at the time when I first contacted the firm. Steven asked very thorough questions and listened compassionately, and the lawyers reviewed my case fairly promptly. I could tell that they were being conscientious about reviewing my case so as not to proceed unless there is a good chance of success. I was injured in a motorcycle accident leaving me with broken bones, PTSD and a long road to recovery.
