We then had another issue, where all of the sudden, while I was showering, it started raining just downstairs from the recessed lighting fixtures. That issue, too, they came, saw, and fixed. Finally, we had flooding in our basement. Twice, about 6 months apart. The first time, despite my anxiety, he managed to convince me that we should not grab someone for a Sunday emergency service, since that's going to be way more expensive. He was right, because at the time the issue was both intermittent and thus unsolvable. We didn't see the issue again for about 10 months. Fast-forward, and the issue happened again. This time we caught it and figured out exactly what needed to be done. His team fixed it quickly and hopefully, we won't see the issues again.

I am inclined to say they do good work but at the time I called it was in the middle of a cold snap when it was a gold rush of sorts as this was happening all around and they were going to take advantage of the situation.
