David was awful. His communication is very slow. He sells parts that are damaged and not usable and over charges for them. The ad for the car he was parting out was not accurate. He sold me parts he didn't really have. It took forever for him to pull the parts and forever to ship them. If he would have checked the parts and their condition prior to selling them, I wouldn't be writing this review. I specifically asked him if they were in good condition and was told yes. The fender liners are torn up and missing huge chicken out of them. The lower support is bent and has paint cracking/flaking that makes it pretty darn easy to see that. When I finally received the parts and sent him pictures and told him about it he ignored me. I gave him every opportunity to make it right and he wouldn't respond. I asked for a managers name and number and still nothing. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I would love it if someone from management would reach out to me and then I can update this review. This will be posted on Google and Yelp, as well as all of the car groups I am part of. read more

this towing company came out and did what AAA could not do. Brian, the tow truck driver, diagnose the problem as electronic, not transmission related. He unhooked the battery and rebooted the system. I have worked with tow truck companies for over thirty years. Brian was the epitome of a true professional. My BMW broke down on the road for no apparent reason. Initially, I thought it was a severe mechanical failure. Brian was patient and made several suggestions to rectify the problem before taking my car to a mechanic. It turns out I had a faulty gas gauge, and taking the time to put more gas in probably saved me a grip on mechanic fees! The driver, Brian, arrived in less than an hour (within their time estimate) and I got text messages for when he was on his way and and again when within 5 minutes. Brian was really friendly and helpful. He got my dead car out of the garage and down my curved driveway with no problem. The price was a flat fee that seemed OK. They cancelled on me last minute and said that it would take another 1.5 hours for another tow to come. Both of them failed to come, with no updates and just cancelling last minute. You know, I think we all need a day like today. I think a few people earned some serious karma points. Bad day at work. Rude people at the market. Etc. etc. You get my drift. Before I get out of the market and order takeout from a nearby pasta joint. Get out of the market and my car won't start. Tried to get an Uber and was told it would be 45min to 1hr. Figured I would just walk the 2 miles. Went to pick up my pasta and it started to rain. I knew they did delivery and asked (begged) if I could hitch a ride since I was just a bit over a mile away. Without hesitation one "employee" said NO PROBLEM and gave me a ride without even making a delivery. Luckily I have a 2nd vehicle. I went back to the market to deal with my car. Tried to jump it, no dice. Called my dealership which recommended Blairs. It was about 6pm and the dealership closes at 7pm so I asked how long it would take. "30 minutes". Sure enough at 6:30pm on the dot Brian pulled up. I'm pretty good at reading people and their vibe and I knew I liked Brian from the start. Won't go through all the details, but will confirm that my broken vehicle was at the dealership for service at 6:55pm. Service tech was fantastic as well. I will also confirm that Brian is one of the nicest human beings I've ever met. He, and two other good people, turned what was a really, really bad day into a day that I will remember forever. read more

I am a widow and have no family in the area. I lost my one and only key fob for my car. So I had to have it towed to the dealership to get a new one before 2 PM when they closed. Our OnStar dispatch was going to take over an hour and it wasn't even clear if that time was accurate, I called four independent tow shops, and nobody wanted this job told me it would be over three hours Called Blair on the fifth try dude said he had a guy 15-20 minutes away and ahmad was here in about 20 minutes. Dude was super cool in a good mood. Very happy got the tire changed in about 30 minutes it was only 125 bucks. My car broke down and needed help getting it to my mechanic. My insurance booked it with Blair Towing. Josh, their dispatch, was pleasant, helpful and kept me updated with their ETA. When the tow truck arrived we were greeted by Wolf who was both pleasant and nice. Wolf rescued both my car and surprisingly a cute little kitten stuck in my tire by my front brake. Wolf took his time to gently remove the kitten and was very concern for the little creature. If I could give zero stars I would dude tried to rock my Porsche off of his flatbed truck because it was stuck in neutral because it was taking up his time. On a Wednesday, I scheduled a truck to come to my house on Saturday to transport my car from my home to the service center. By Friday, I had not heard anything from Blair's, so I called them and asked them when they would be arriving. I was told they did not have any trucks available and I asked why they didn't tell me this before so I could make different arrangements. They agreed to send a truck as scheduled. Saturday morning comes, and the truck did not arrive on time. I called and asked where the truck was and eventually they got a truck to me, but was not on time and we arrived to my service appointment late, but not a big deal. The truck driver was friendly and professional and delivered my vehicle to the service station. This was the most positive part of the experience. I paid the driver with my credit card at the service station. About a week later, Blair's charged my card again for a higher amount. I called and spoke to Dave and asked why they charged my card. Dave told me it sometimes happens and that he would refund the charge. Dave refunded the original amount instead of the second higher amount. Then he charged my card AGAIN for the original amount. At that point I went through the credit card company to cancel the extra charge. In an already frustrating situation, Blair's Towing was disorganized and communicated poorly throughout. read more
