Traveling for Atlanta Ga to Greenville SC, we stopped @ exit 111 to tank up on food, but there were vapors coming from under the hood, and a HOT temp gauge. Just one call and a roll back arrived within 1 hour. They took us to a garage in Suwanee GA. , (fun for the dogs ... they got to ride in the car while on the RollBack!!!) and the service we received could not have been more professional. Luckily, the the repair was 'minor'. In less than 2 hr. we were back on the road. I can't say enough about Suwanee Auto Repair. Mr. Kim is ASE certified, and has over 40 years of automotive experience. He has a professional staff that know what they are doing. If I were a local, he would get ALL of my business. He was so professional, he even gave me his cell number in case something might go wrong w completing my trip home. Not needed, but it is a customer service note I will never forget. Then was charged a large fee to repair it. Basically, they damaged my cv axle while repairing the front shocks and charged me money to fix it. Was able to confirm this after going to a different mechanic. Would not reccomend.

An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place. I filled out the questionnaire online, and within an hour I was contacted by somebody for more insight and to schedule an appointment. He did some calculations and said he could get the SAME job done for $1,500!!! That's an $800 difference!! Upon arrival I can tell thee guys keep a busy, tight shop. Communication is well, they work very efficient and the staff is friendly. My car took over 24 hours to complete and they provided a shuttle to drop me home. The next day I paid for the transaction, treated myself to an Orange Fanta from their selection of beverages in the waiting room, and drove off. My car is performing much better, and I'm glad I brought it here! I will definitely be back for other services.
