Delicious food, phenomenal wait staff, great ambiance! Only a few minute wait at peak time on a Saturday night.

Stopped in yesterday, 6/29 to have a second go at Blakes. I do love the decor, the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. BUT $25 for a simple burger (definitely pre-made, too perfect of a patty) and an iced tea with Tots?? With tip came out to $30 for lunch. Too rich for me Blake. read more

Oh. My. Goodness! Our family just discovered Blake's this week. We have now gotten food from them twice. This week. This place is amazing. The Philly cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious! And, the Taphouse burger was fabulous!!! All three of my picky family loved their food. We will be going there again. Next week, if we can wait that long. read more

Rob and Curtis, the owners, do everything they can to show you how much your business is appreciated. This is a small tap house that has one thing they are passionate about, and that's BEER!! They also happen to be pretty damn good with food too. During covid they have done everything they can to ensure the safety of their guests including adding a covered patio with heating, and a new air filtration system that cleans the air indoors. If you want great recommendations on new beers to try, this is the place. Most of what they have on tap is Colorado crafts, and they carry some local spirits as well. Staff is friendly, and they have live music occasionally. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! read more

This review is not about my experience but something absolutely ridiculous that I witnessed while dining today. There was a gentleman that was heading to the restroom I assume from his table and no more than just a few steps from leaving someone who I assume is the owner or manager made a huge scene about him not having his mask on and yelled at him. You could tell he was digging in his pocket for it and looked back at the manager in shock! I thought this was an interesting exchange so I couldn't stop myself from waiting for him to come back out of the restroom and there was the manager waiting at his table to very aggressively confront him about the mask situation. It was an extremely unprofessional and embarrassing thing to witness in such a small dining room. I'm pretty sure the guy walked out and I don't think I blame him. Wow! read more

Blake's quickly became one of my favorite go-to restaurants, whether it's for a quick bite to eat at a fun and friendly atmosphere or to take friends to a place that I know is going to be good every time. The staff is quirky and friendly to make things fun, the place is always clean, and the food and beer selection is always excellent. Probably the best taphouse around. I've probably been to this place a hundred times since it open, and and not once have I ever had a bad time. read more

From the minute we walked in we were catered to, and shown attention. The manager, Rob, came up to me and introduced himself before I even got a seat. He answered all my questions, and even remembered my name so that when my wife arrived, he could take her straight to my table. The nachos were fantastic, we ate out on the patio on a lovely night. Be careful with the manager? Supervisor? Shaved head. If he asks you to "MOVE OVER" at the bar and you are feeling shocked that a manager would speak to you in that way...you will be kicked out. My husband and I were moving over and just not fast enough by a second and he literally kicked us out and asked us to never come back. Worst experience EVER we quietly left and will never be back. read more

My husband, daughter and I went to Blake's for the first time tonight and it was wonderful!! Our server Renee, was awesome and answered any questions we had. We've been going to Blake's since shortly after it opened. Since it opened, they have evolved the food and beer menu based on customer feedback. The changes have been great. Their rotate their food specials to keep it interesting. We enjoy the atmosphere, the owner, and the great staff. We are very happy that Blake's is making it through the pandemic. We've been there since they re-opened for dine in. They are taking great care to maintain social distancing in the restaurant, and now have an outdoor dining area. Nothing at all special about this place. The owner walks around literally counting your drinks, asking if you drove a car. All good but we walked, hey pal, don't serve 9.9% beers to people. The place is weird, never going back and just a hunch, they won't make it, unreal man. read more

The family and I decided to try Blake's for the first time sInce they opened. I'm sorry to say that it was so disappointing. First, let me say that the service was great! Our server checked In with us right away and was great. However, the food has a lot of room for improvement. It feels fairly standard that a $13 (or $15 for the bbq version) burger should have a variety of sides to choose from. No options but some potato chips which in my opinion is really cheap. No fries? Really? How about tots, slaw, beans, anything? My son and I both ordered burgers cooked medium and they both were served burnt and very well done. We sent them back and mine was still wrong when it came back. Ugh. I think at least one of the burgers should have been comped after all of this. I know the place is new but if my family is going to spend $75.00 for a dinner for 3 than I'm expecting the food to be at a much higher here level of quality than what we got. I can get almost the same burger at Five Guys for half the prIce and I get fresh fries with it... I hope they can make some changes or that may not last long here. read more

Blake's is new! Just opened in December. Met owner! In dining available!!!! Hurray! Option to sit inside or out. I had flatbread and a cider. Husband had the special... rib sandwich? And an ale. Huge beer list! Great to eat out! Get away from the home and the in dining experience was so pleasant. Jessica was our server and she did such a great job of taking care of us. Highly recommend. My husband and I have been here twice now and have had a great experience both times. We've tried several menu items including the Taphouse burger, Philly cheesesteak, wings and pretzels. All of the food was great and the burgers were cooked as we requested. Tots are available as a side and they are delicious. I went to this taphouse a few days ago with my friend and we have been excited to visit this restaurant for a long time! The beer was awesome, the food was good and the atmosphere was comfortable. However, the overall service was not good. Upon entering, I was greeted very coldly by the manager and after asking to move due to a cold draft it was treated like a major inconvenience. Throughout the course of our meal our waitress was very short with us and not hospitable. We felt rushed to finish our drink and our meal because it felt as though she was pushing us out the door. We came in at 8:15, unaware of the hours of the restaurant, and quickly ordered. When we asked if we could stay until 9 p.m. (their closing hours) she responded with a long pause and then said "I mean, we won't kick you out but..." very clearly implying we were not welcome to finish our meal at our own pace. In addition, the restaurant closed at 9, but the waitress turned off the open sign at 8:40. I understand that people who work in restaurants and bars have a lot to do at the end of their shift and that it is nice to get a head start on your closing tasks so that you can get out early. I used to work at a restaurant so I personally understand that it can be an inconvenience to your evening. However, we felt very unwelcomed by the service at this taphouse and it will impact our likelihood to return. read more

My first time at this beer/sports bar that is in its 2nd week opening. There are 40 taps and a great variety of beers. Enjoyed the food very much. Three guys shared the Beer Cheese Beef Brisket Nachos which was outstanding!! Two of us then each had a pastrami sandwich which the owner suggested and it was very tasty. One had the burger and their secret sauce which was also great. Plan to be back soon! read more
