I don't know of any other car places that give you a ride to work while your car is being repaired. If your car needs a repair, but it can wait, they won't rush you to get it done right away. They genuinely care about your safety in your vehicle. They can also get work done for you much cheaper than other mechanics! They are so accommodating. I am so grateful to have found such reliable, professional and honest mechanics. On top of these incredible traits, they perform the utmost highest quality of work on my vehicle. Their prices are the impossible to beat and is the cherry on top. I bought a car from someone who told me he had always used this place for any work he had ever had to have done on the car I bought from him. He told me to ask for Charlie. That there is no place better, period. I took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to them in the summer of 2020 for the first time and I was blown away with the way they eased my concerns about my car. They called me every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they found was the problem, then took more time to properly explain exactly what that problem means and then called me first to ask me if I was ok with them going forward to do the work. They went above and beyond to alleviate any stress I was feeling which made all the difference in the world. Before I found Charlie and Bob, my other experiences with mechanics were always very stressful with no communication and I know now after using United Auto that I don't have to worry about any of that anymore. I trust them every step of the way 100%. I trust their whole process and believe with all my heart that they truly look out for their customers. Normally I try to stay away from dealers and just purchase cars through private party because I just hate the typical sales tactics and BS that come from typical car dealers. But that's not the case with Lawrence! Buying a car from him is like combining the best parts of private party and dealer sales into one great experience. I really wish I wasn't on the other side of the country from him, but even then, he helped me arrange shipping for the car and it was just an overall pleasant, seamless, and FAST experience. To top it all off, his after-sales support was second to none. His actions made it abundantly clear that he wants to build and retain customer relationships for life, not just for one sale. I arranged for my brother to visit in person due to proximity, and instead of assisting, the primary salesperson delegated the interaction to someone else. Later, I personally flew from North Carolina to Connecticut to view the vehicle, only to be met with arrogance and dismissive behavior. Respect and professionalism should be standard in any transaction -- especially when a customer is clearly serious enough to travel for the purchase. I would advise future buyers to evaluate carefully who they choose to work with at this dealership.

My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. We chatted a bit about what I was looking for. He told me the pros and cons of all the cars I was thinking about. I was first thinking I wanted a bigger car than I had but we talked about what came with the bigger cars ie. they eat through more gas. He asked why I wanted a bigger car and I didn't have a good reason, so we looked at cars similar to the car I had. I was impressed by that because often times woman feel like they are pressured into buying more expensive cars as some of us aren't knowledgeable about cars. That's when I was introduced to Dave. Super nice guy. We took the car for a test drive and I LOVED it but hated the color ( I still hate the color but LOVVVEEE the car. I was hung up on the color of the car so Dave and I spoke about what else I didn't like as he thought he might have another car I'd like. Honestly, it was just the color of the outside I didn't like besides that it was soo perfect. I told him I needed time to think about it. He didn't pressure me at all even offered to let me sit in the car as long as I wanted. I decided to buy it. I came back to get it about a week later, Dave promised it would be washed ( he thought I would like the color more). There was a miscommunication when I arrived and it was not yet washed. I didn't say anything because it wasn't a big deal. But it was a big deal to Dave. He made it a priority to keep his promise and had it washed while I was signing paperwork with his son. His son was super friendly and really helpful in explaining all the paperwork step by step. I would never buy a car anywhere else! I know all the guys in there truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I left feeling like it had been my own family taking care of me through the whole process.
