Their printed lease grid shows $781-811/mo at 39 months / 10,000 miles with $3,000 drive-off. * Aug 7 (texts attached): I confirmed in plain words -- "$3,000 down, then $781 for the next 38 months. No fees, no taxes, nothing else. I walk in, pay $3,000, and take the car away. This is all inclusive." The salesperson replied: "That's right... that is the number," conditioned only on strong credit approval. My credit is strong; credit was never raised as an issue. * Same day, at the dealership's request, I sent driver's license, registration, insurance card, and signed documents, after being told: "just send me your license, registration, and insurance card and I will take the vehicle out of the market for you." When we picked up the car we noticed there were still scratches - the salesman Jerry just acted like it wasn't a big deal. Come to find out, they just found a salvage bumper and installed that instead of repainting like they promised. In addition, there was a lock installed on the rear seat belt which the salesman said they could remove for us after the fact. We went to have it removed and they said it was there for a reason, because the seatbelt was broken. So now we have to take it to a dealer to get the seatbelt fixed. They also made me wait almost an hour and a half for the financing guy after I drove an hour to get there and had a set appointment so I wouldn't waste my time. Very dissatisfied. Not the experience we should have had.

My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. ( The parking is a tad confusing but once you figure that out the rest is a walk in the park) The inside was sooo clean and clear of clutter which was different from most car dealerships. You can tell right away they pride themselves on what they do. I was greeted by this guy ( I forget his name) he treated me like a long time friend, I felt comfortable immediately upon his greeting. We chatted a bit about what I was looking for. He told me the pros and cons of all the cars I was thinking about. I was first thinking I wanted a bigger car than I had but we talked about what came with the bigger cars ie. they eat through more gas. He asked why I wanted a bigger car and I didn't have a good reason, so we looked at cars similar to the car I had. I was impressed by that because often times woman feel like they are pressured into buying more expensive cars as some of us aren't knowledgeable about cars. That's when I was introduced to Dave. Super nice guy. We took the car for a test drive and I LOVED it but hated the color ( I still hate the color but LOVVVEEE the car. I was hung up on the color of the car so Dave and I spoke about what else I didn't like as he thought he might have another car I'd like. Honestly, it was just the color of the outside I didn't like besides that it was soo perfect. I told him I needed time to think about it. He didn't pressure me at all even offered to let me sit in the car as long as I wanted. I decided to buy it. I came back to get it about a week later, Dave promised it would be washed ( he thought I would like the color more). There was a miscommunication when I arrived and it was not yet washed. I didn't say anything because it wasn't a big deal. But it was a big deal to Dave. He made it a priority to keep his promise and had it washed while I was signing paperwork with his son. His son was super friendly and really helpful in explaining all the paperwork step by step. I would never buy a car anywhere else! I know all the guys in there truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I left feeling like it had been my own family taking care of me through the whole process. Could this possibly come out using PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal). I initially called a place that just does PDR but it was a little too far from my house and they were a little frustrating to schedule an appointment with. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone. And the price? Well they definitely lived upto their name. But most of all the quality of repair was great. I can't tell at all where the dent was. 100% gone. And I'm 100% satisfied.
