The experience at Blast & Brew was very disappointing in terms of service. We came in about 50 minutes before closing, which should have been enough time for a normal dining experience. Instead, we were told we had to order food by 9:25pm but after being seated, no one came to help us for quite a while with no menus. My husband stood up and requested a menu. That already put us behind, through no fault of our own. Once someone finally came over, everything felt rushed. We were told we couldn't get beer past 9:40pm and by 9:35pm our server (Tejas P.) was already trying to take our card while we were still getting drinks he had said 9:40pm was the last call but rushed us before . The whole experience felt like we were being pushed out the door. To make things worse, staff were staring at us while we were eating, which made it really uncomfortable. When we had asked for to go containers, we also asked for extra ranch to go.. well our server said he didn't think so but my husband was upset and said " what ? You can't get any ranch, really? " He answered " let me check but I'll have to charge extra" we said it was fine and he did end up bringing some out. The food was actually great, but the service completely ruined the experience. I always tip, even when service isn't perfect but this was the first time I felt it wasn't deserved. No customer should feel rushed or uncomfortable like this, especially when they arrived within business hours. Pleasantly surprised by the delicious pizza and selection of beers on tap. Shared two pizzas with a friend. Tikka masala was excellent, flavorful chicken, just the right amount of jalapeños, and good amount of sauce and onions to balance it out. I think I liked the burrata pesto slightly more, the balsamic was just the perfect topping to balance it out. Crust on both was thin but crispy. Love a pour your own beer place as I can try small amounts of a variety of beers. Only ate half a pizza each so looking forward to the leftovers. Choices are very basic and not really even craft beers. When you pour it, it's mostly foam that comes out which you of course get charged for. Our table ordered bulgogi fries, tandoori wings (perfectly spiced and sauced), and two gluten-free pizzas with cauliflower crust. The crust is thin but tastes indistinguishable from usual ones made with wheat. The paneer Tikka pizza was a bit bland overall but the Seoul chicken was delicious with its sweet and spicy flare. My sister in law and I were looking for a brewery spot to relax and enjoy a nice cold beer. We came across this place, and at first glance there wasn't much parking. The location is right underneath some apartments. We go inside and the girl that works in the front looked like she didn't want to help us. The second girl was polite at first, she even helped us figure out how to serve ourselves the beer. The only thing i like about this place is that you self serve the beer. You get a card, load it in and self serve. The beer selection was great, and you get to pick your own glass. I served myself a beer that tasted like coffee and another one that was from Mexico. Both were amazing! As time went by we noticed no one was checking up on us, so we had to go up to one of the workers to take our food order. We got the Buffalo chicken bone-in wings and steak bites. As i cut open one of the wings, it looks very pink. I cut another one and same thing. I asked the server, respectfully, if it was supposed to be cooked this way and she said yes, that it is well cooked. To be honest, i couldn't eat it after that. However, the steak bites were good. The place was slow when we went in around 7pm and slowly picked up maybe an hour later. There's also outside seating. Overall, I didn't feel like the service was good. The ladies looked like they were not trying to be at work. I don't think i will be going back any time soon. I have been here 3 times now. Lunch sandwiches, pasta, and appetizers are consistently good but pizza has been served undercooked. 2 times with less than 4 people and 1 time with 9 people. Every time I have come, the service is very inexperienced and the kitchen can not get the food out together. It isnt group size, when I ate there with 3 people, we still waited at least 10 minutes for the 3rd lunch. Self service beer works well. However table service for drinks is poorly trained / takes way too long to order and arrive / they never come to ask about refills or additional orders. What a great find!!! After wrapping up a hot Saturday playing arcade games and bowling, we wanted to grab an early dinner somewhere new. Beef Slider Burgers - loved the grilled flavor and super juicy. 3 to an order. Steak Sandwich - amazing flavor and the steak was so tender. This came with fries. Side of Fries - the kiddo in the group ordered the sliders which didn't come with fries so of course we needed to get him some and they were thin and perfectly salted. Yum! 3 of us got beers, 1 had wine and the kiddo had a soda. The bill was over $200 for 5 of us so not cheep but I personally think the quality of the food, service and venue was on point. If you're getting appetizers or are a light eater (like me) plan to share a pizza. These are large enough to feed two people if not three. All of us brought 1/2 of each pizza home with us. To start off this location is small and the place has an echo when your inside. We got seated and the waiters asked if we wanted a beer card. We never been to this location so we didn't know how the beer card worked and it want till we asked how. When my boyfriend went to get beer from the self serve two of them didn't work and he told the same waitress that had sat us down she explained how it worked but my bf told her that it wasn't working and then when he proceeded to show her and asked if it can be changed she said there must be none and she told him to get mango cart and then ignored him instead of having the keg changed. This was our 2nd visit. Came in for a lunch date- good brewpub food with an Indian twist. There are self serve beer taps with wide selection of IPAs. Not as diverse beer palette as I would like but definitely caters to tastes of clientele. Would like to request the business to add additional pales, pils, lagers, wheat, amber, blondes etc. Not tried cocktails so far. The burger was well cooked and seasoned, bacon could have been crispier. Tikka masala sandwich was okay- they used dry chicken breast not my favorite type of meat, but it was well seasoned with nice slaw and lachha onions and aioli. Chai was well made- strong. Back for a second time and we came to celebrate birthdays! (me and my nephew) the waitress during the lunch shift was VERY accommodating and brought the food and refills out fast. The food, we HIGHLY recommend the burrata pizza. If you're into sliders, they do not disappoint they are very juicy and flavorful. Brews: so I was the designated driver, and did not drink but my wife and her brother enjoyed the variety of beers especially the guava and tropical flavors (my wife) and the darker beers for my brother.
