Watered down pesto sauce and drizzle seeping through the pizza box
    Amelia B.

The pesto sauce and pesto drizzle were so watered down and oily that it seeped through my box. Change back the ratio. There's no reason to make the pesto sauce recipe basically water and oil on my pizza other than to save money. It was perfect the way it was before.

Pizza was good! Why 1-star? I observed salad was super wilted and blueberries were actually moldy! Staff was friendly as usual tho.

Love the concept of BYO pizza! Always great coming here and ordering a pizza just the way I like, loaded with toppings and extra jalapeños! With the heat and salty pizza a beer is always tempting, unfortunately the last couple times that I've came their draft beer pours are out of sevice. I appreciate that they have bottled beers and some nice lemonade besides the regular fountain drinks. Always friendly staff and noticed attempts at keeping the place clean, especially during the busy hours. Plenty of parking is available, tho sometime not near the entrance.

Cashier/ cook Gorlock that wears glasses had the nerve to talk shit about my pizza yesterday just because I added garlic on my BQQ pizza. It's not my fault I'm trying something new. Low vibrational energy!!! She's not the only one, even the dude had something to say. Like any louder I can hear yall both. I just played it off like I dint hear them but i sure did. That place need guidance, in general because you don't go out of your way to disrespect your customers that pay your bills lol Real talk.

Blaze Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza it honestly makes me so happy every time I go! I always get the Build Your Own and load it up with almost all the veggies, plus chicken, mozzarella cheese, Kalamata olives, and jalapeño peppers. The combo is absolutely delicious every time. One of my favorite moments was when I received a Mother's Day gift card from Blaze I was so happy, lol! The service is always good and it doesn't take long to get your pizza. Even if there's a bit of a wait, I honestly don't mind. It's totally worth it! Highly recommend if you love customizing your pizza just the way you like it.

Lunch Special (build your own and come with a drink!)

[ Food ] I ordered the lunch special and it was great, it's just enough for people who don't want a whole pizza to themselves. I was surprised you can build-your-own half pizza, I thought it was going to have a one-topping limit for the price. They also have 2 new sauce you can drizzle on top of your pizza when you pick it up, chili oil or hot honey, so that's nice! [ Service ] Customer service was good, the lady was nice. [ Parking ] Their parking lot can get packed, especially at lunch time since they also share it with Burlington, The Habit, Wing Stop, and others.

Had not been here in over a year. My god, it is awful now. Probably why no one was in there at about 1pm on a Monday. Ordered a large pizza take out. It was so oily and greasy that despite the wax paper the cardboard box was soaked. I sopped up grease with paper towels. Sure sign of very cheap cheese. I order no meats for toppings btw, imagine if there was also pepperoni or something. I tried a few pieces, hands literally so oily I had to wash them to use my phone's touch screen. I told my wife, saying it was probably going to end up dog food. She tried a bite and, I kid you not, told me not to give it to the dogs as they would get sick it is so greasy. Ended up eating a few pieces. No tomato sauce, dry awful crust, threw the rest away after cutting off the crusts, I think the dogs can have that. Honestly, and truthfully, not fit for dogs. Do not by this trash for your children, please.

On this visit we tried the new Spicy Hot Chicken Pickle pizza which has no red sauce and has white sauce base, shredded mozzarella, chicken, basil, a generous portion of pickles, and a hot and spicy chili oil topping. It was good and different but I love red sauce so the next time around I will stick with my favorites. The pizza oven guys are nice and quick at bringing out the pizzas.

Parking: They are located within a large plaza so parking is easy to find. Ordered: 5/5 We got the Build Your Own and it was super delicious! My favorite part is that the pizza wasn't soggy even with the amount of toppings we had on it. Also their roasted garlic is a MUST. I've never had roasted garlic that tasted this amazing on a pizza before. Service/Interior: Service was great. The staff are very friendly and was very generous with their toppings! We were splitting the pizza among 2 people and asked for the sauces on the side and the staff was kind enough to put it in sauce cups for us. The interior has plenty of seating and is clean and nicely designed. Conclusion: Would definitely recommend coming back. This was my first time at Blaze Pizza and I've become a raving fan!

The restaurant sells itself as an East meets West, New York Style, California Vibes establishment, and it achieves this effectively. I came by with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. The inside, see photos, is clean, well organized, filled with TVs playing sporting events, and sporting an open kitchen, and a self-serve beer and wine bar. I especially liked the pizza boxes available to take extras to go, as well as other conveniences easy to grab. After resisting the many delicious looking beer options, I ordered a personal Manhattan Meat lovers pizza ($14), a crisp, well constructed small pizza with excellent crust, no flop, and multiple meaty toppings. My daughter had the Shrimp Scampi with Linguine ($18), which included a trio of garlic knots. The pasta was cooked perfectly el dente, was exceptionally lemony and garlicky which I can appreciate, and included six large shrimp. While the sauce could have been a little thicker I thought this was quite good for a pizza and beer place. Everything was made fresh. The staff was friendly, made good recommendations, helped us get a to go bag, delivered food as it completed with a smile, and overall seemed quite happy to be there. Prices, above, I found to be quite resonance for an independent chain offering food of this quality for sit-down. Mamma's was a surprising hit, offering great food and casual vibes at a great price. They gave us some free garlic knots to start. Delish. You order at the counter and they give you a number. The tables were moderately clean. The (very nice) staff member who came to our table when we realized there were no meatballs asked us to dig under the noodles to see if the meatballs were...hiding? We earnestly asked him, "Do you see any meatballs?" because, I dunno, maybe they were really tiny meatballs? We collectively concluded that there were no meatballs, so some delicious meatballs was brought to our table posthaste. Solid service. Their small pizza is 12 inches and has 8 slices, which is much larger than other places. Pizza is truly a staple here and not to mention their dishes like the meatballs, and the carbonara. Our favorite is the ribeye steak, always perfectly seared and cooked. Service remains great as always, very friendly and inviting! Feels like a casual dining experience until you try all the great food making you feel like at a 5 star establishment.

We arrived when they opened at 5p and sat in one of their communal tables. It was a hot day and the AC wasn't up to the challenge. With the oven, the crowd and weather, it was rather warm inside. However, I guess it replicated an authentic dining experience in Italy. The restaurant became packed shortly afterwards and the conversations and laughter echoed vibrantly. It felt like we were in Italy. Our server, Alfred, was a pro and a delight. He took care of us without breaking a sweat and always with a smile. We tried many pizzas, salads and pastas. Everything was delish. What really caught my eye was the ribeye steak, which we didn't try. It's a monster ribeye at a very reasonable price. It looked amazing. I have no doubt I will be scarfing down one of those in the near future. I highly recommend a visit if you haven't been. Go hungry and know the portions are generous.
