Moved to the area recently. Been to this Denny's twice so far. Both times service was really friendly and prompt. The food is your standard Denny's food. It's pretty good, but nothing special. But as good as expected. I like their unlimited hot chocolate! I had 3 of them the first visit! They also have a value slam for just $6.99. You can get toast, pancakes, French toast, or biscuits & gravy included. I like their French toast. Not a fan of the biscuits & gravy. First time I had them. Not horrible, but I'd stick to the French toast. They have turkey bacon, which is important for my wife because she doesnt eat pork. Eggs were cooked correctly, wife gets scrambled with cheese, I get over easy. Overall, it's a good place to get some breakfast... or lunch or dinner, but I haven't had much of their lunch or dinner offerings to comment on. read more

I went to Denny's just trying to get a normal breakfast like usual. But once we went to the restaurant the service was already terrible. They gave me attitude and barely even checked on us. So once the food came I toke a bite and it tasted a little off but I kept eating. The ambiance was normal but a little worn down. So after the breakfast I went home and I didn't feel good and threw up for almost 3 mins. I got traumatized and am never going back to any Denny's ever again. read more

Our server was great but unfortunately found a hair in my food, this is the second time this happens and I tried to give Denny's the benefit of the doubt. This location specifically is not the most sanitary when it comes to utensils, cups and the food itself. Very mid. Took my wife to the Denny's in Alhambra for Sunday brunch. On the way there, the struggle was not finding updated menu, so here are the updates pages on the menu as of July 2025. I had the sirloin steak and eggs, steak was cooked just right, juicy and flavorful. Only regret? I should've swapped the toast for pancakes. My wife got the Philly cheesesteak omelette and loved it. The portion was huge, she couldn't finish it, so we took the rest home along with her toast. We had to wait quite a bit for a table because they were busy, which us understandable for a Sunday brunch time, but the service and the server, Noy, was nice. It's not fancy, but it hit the spot for a casual brunch. We'll probably be back next time we're craving a hearty, no-frills breakfast. read more

We put our name down and were told it'd be a "few minute wait." Then -- surprise -- two parties that came in after us, same size, got seated before us. I called him out and he straight-up lied to my face, saying he called our name. I was right next to him. He did not. When I confronted him, he argued with me like I was the problem. Told us we'd just have to wait again. This place is a joke. Rude staff, no accountability, and zero respect for people's time. What a complete dump. Never coming back. read more

This is our usual go to Dennys even though we don't live close to it. It's on the way to Target and Costco so ehhh, why not? This is one of the better Dennys as the wait staff is consistent (same friendly faces) and always so kind. Food has been consistently good and they recently renovated the private room into a game room! Never seen that at a Dennys! read more

A group of us go here weekly after our Thursday night dance. We have called dibs on server Lupe, who has become our "diner mom" and always has the Milkshakes and Pancake Puppies ready for us as we sit in our booth. Tippy is also a great server and have appreciated her attention to our milkshakes and pancake puppies on weeks Lupe is off. Occasionally the manager jumps in to help the kitchen and my goodness is his garlic bread and sirloin steak the most delicious, flavorful creations ever! Overall, this Denny's has become like a family to us and I highly recommend coming here for your late-night/after 1am food cravings. read more
